Wasn't the best fish and chips I've ever had but the owner was very pleasant and helpful. Fish was a bit small and the batter not very fluffy. However it was under £8 which made it good value

Chips was half undercooked and half old and chewy

My opinion. Such a shame was really looking forward to the food , very small portions indeed . Chip muffins and they were supposed to be large. Very expensive. .

If you want Excellent tasting food DO NOT GO HERE fish tasted slightly off and batter was not much better the chips were greasy as well and reheated maybe Never again

Chips were reheated and this is not the first time this has happened unacceptable for the price charged And the barm cakes are small and all ways stale Avoid

£7:50 for 2 chip muffins with curry. Worlds gone mad. Was it worth it. No. 4/10 room for improvement.

Great food at affordable prices

It's a chippy it sells chips and fish as well as other usual food stuff sold in chippys. It is one of the better chippys in Radcliffe in my opinion.

Very expensive small portions served by a bloke that had just been smoking outside who failed to wash his hands ....give it a swerve !

Very expensive place for fish and chips

I normally dislike a chippy tea but Next Frydays' is really high quality compared to others I've had over the years! The chips are nicely cooked and aren't greasy at all, my partner loves the fish and I like the pies. It's quite large, bright and airy inside, it feels very clean. I live locally to this chippy and have been eating here since about 2017, it has been consistently high quality over all these years!

Foods always lovely & fresh, great prices and friendly staff.

When in the area I always stop by - chips and spicy curry sauce are amazing! So glad they use a separate fryer for the chips so I can have them despite having a fish allergy and being vegan 👍

Grandkids wanted chips after school, cold dried up chips,same with pea fritters,only thing they liked was curry sauce and sausage Tasted like they had been kept from lunchtime

First time visiting Frydays with my grandson, the proprietor was lovely and chatty, the takeaway was delicious and I would highly recommend anyone to visit we shall be going again next Tuesday after swimming, well done for running a good quality fish and chip shop.

Couldn't be happier. We were served by two decent lads that were happy to help. The food, especially the fish, was great and for sensible money. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff, have asked for very very lightly battered fish in other shops and not getting the fish right, i asked the lady serving me to dip in and out, she said like drip dry and so my fish known as drip, dry now and perfect.

Had a lovely meal here food was hot n tasty we would call again if in the area.thank you for the food

Nice food usually. Chips are sometimes a bit overdone, but that doesn't affect the rest of the menu. Fish is nice and staff are friendly. Try the Chocolate Shmoo with bits on top.

Not the greatest fish but chips were good

Staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Although the fish was freshly fried it was small and the battery soggy, the peas were tasteless and the chips had been sitting a while so weren't very hot, one of us had curry sauce which apparently was watery.

Just asked my son to go and get some chips from here. It was £2.90 for a small portion and small peas. Some were overcooked ( burnt) some were raw, full of grease and extra small portion. It might be local to cams lane but I'll drive and go further a field next time.

This is the first time I have been to Frydays the fish and chips were on a different level to some others we have tasted. Will definitely come back for more.

underwhelming especially at lunchtime. Should be called "Last Frydays" because I'm pretty certain this is when the sausage and chips I've just tried to consume were cooked. Pretty annoyed really... £3.80 could of resulted in a solid meal deal from Tesco... and a cinnamon bun.

Like walking into the 1980s, I'm and dismal inside, Much better chippies out there, portions are too small compared to other chippies, their large carton peas/gravy are the same as everyone else's small for example, tiny fish, overcooked chips, oil not been changed in a decade by the it, the oil is cleaner in my car engine

Busy but the service excellent. All the varied food ordered was freshly cooked and served hot; it was also deliscious. All Covid 19 precautios were observed in full.

Great traditional food and good value. Chips are fresh and crispy and the fish is always freshly cooked while you wait. Premises is COVID aware and staff have masks and also have card payment facilities. Some great meal deals and portions are excellent. Would definitely recommend a try.

Popped in today to get some chips as the smell from the road was really inviting, chips were grey, greasy and inedible, scallop was greasy, hardly any potato and the batter was chewy, no social distancing signs and unlike everywhere else, no plastic shields between staff and customers, never again

My son and I got fish and chips from Next Frydays on 22/04/20. There were more bones than fish batter was soggy the chips were soggy and greasy. Will never go to this chippy again

I always go to Frydays for my fish and chips and their special for two people is excellent value. The food is cooked to order and is fresh.

We often eat here, food and service are good. The portions are generous. It's clean well decorated and comfortable, I love the paintings (you would have to see them).

Always a great plate of chips from Keith and Zak, a little more expensive than some but for good quality english fish and chips you can't go wrong. Portion sizes are great.

Great traditional fish and chips

This traditional chippy is run by a lovely couple who always welcome you with a friendly smile and take a moment to say hello and ask how you are, even when they’re really busy. There are all the traditional pies and puddings (Holland’s) but best of all is the fish. The fillets are prepared on the premises and fried to order. The batter is just right and cooked to perfection. My mouth is watering just thinking about it and I’ve never written that in a review before. The chips are spot on and plentiful. Plenty of other items in the menu such as fritters, scallops etc if you fancy something different. If needed you can eat in and have a ‘brew’. Plenty of parking in the adjoining side street.

We called in Next Frydays by chance for Lunch today, after shopping and were glad we did.Our meals were tasty and we got large mugs of Tea.The Staff were helpful and friendly and made us welcome.Several people called in for take-away lunches, as we sat inside, so the place is popular.We would certainly return.

Fish was lovely wasn't happy wen staff walked out with my muffin in hand and placed it on a sticky table what ever happened to plates was gonna have chips but they looked like they had been there for ages and one pound for a bottle of water is rip off don't wonder this place is empty

Llamado en la noche pasada para pescado y patatas fritas. Las patatas fritas estaban secas, cocidas, no caliente, y en general una decepción. El pescado no era genial, pero a la orden era muy finas y nada cerca de las mejores que he probado. Salsa de curry fue aguada y también una decepción en general.No vamos a volver y no será recomendar.

Llamamos después entretenida adecuado pescado y patatas fritas. El pescado estaba preparado a pedido, pero estaba seco y soso. Las patatas fritas no estaban bien caliente, se hecha y marrón. Los guisantes blandos parecían miserables y no probar remotamente de guisantes. La salsa de curry también fue una decepción.No reciben una botella de Pepsi para pasar más de 10 libras, lo cual fue una buena promoción.Por desgracia, no lo recomendaría.

Siendo de una cierta edad, a principios de los años 60, y un no-meater he experimentado y los altibajos de pescado y tiendas en todo el chip Islas Británicas y más allá. Volví a vivir en mi ciudad de nacimiento el año pasado y después de varias falsas esperanzas finalmente encontramos un outlet que vende una comida que es consistentemente sabrosa y bien de precio. Por 7 libras. 95 te dan dos peces, dos cartones de guisantes y una gran porción de patatas fritas, más que suficiente para 2 personas. Es el sabor y textura de los pescados que establece este lugar aparte de los otros chippies. Como una ventaja adicional, debido a la visita de nuestro hijo y nieto, porque la factura superó 10 libras nos ofrecieron una porción de patatas fritas o un 1. Botella de 5 lt de Pepsi/Seven Up. Hemos comprado comidas allí varias veces desde Navidad y no me ha decepcionado con la calidad de la comida.

There's a great choice on offer at Fridays - great fish and chips of course but also various fritters - spam, black pudding etc. and pies too - all with lovey gravy - yummy

Moved local to here recently its really nice.The staff are polite and friendly aswell.👍😊 Would reccomend..
