Milano Pizza in Bury

sorry to say but the food was awful, had lots of food from here in the past which as been excellent. Won't be using again in the near future

excellent quality food .... my only gripe would be is.... I ordered large fries and got what looked like a regular portion ... but on the up side they were tasty and hot

absolutely amazing delivery time. Beautifully hot and delicious food and a correct order..10 out of 10

the food was cold the pizza was not in the box properly asked for the chips and donner meat separately and they came together phone to ask for a refund and the man was very rude and reduced to give me a refund then later put me on hold and ended the phone worst service ever and will never be ordering from here again

kebab arrived with next to no meat on it, wedges were cold, garlic bread was just bread with melted cheese. Rang up Milanos and we couldn't understand what he was saying due to him shouting at us. when we asked him to stop shouting he finally said he would send the food back to us the next day!!!

I have been waiting for the food for over 1 hour and half and it still hasn’t shown up yet it says it’s delivered? Called them and they’ve ensured me it’s on the way even though I live ten mins away from the place

Ordered 2 pizzas. Really tasty, warm. Good amount of toppings and the dough is nice and crispy. I really like the pizza’s from here.

food was wrong phoned up asked for pian mayo for my son and got garlic mayo they quickly replaced it thanks

no forks whit the foods nd we ordered diet cooks but sending us Pepsi...

Order the Mega Burger meal which says it come ever with Chicken or Beef but it doesn't give you the option to choice which one, it also say it comes with 2 hash brown which it didn't, the chips were soft and it was also cold. Also order 6 Chicken Nuggets with cheese which there was only 5 and also cold. I have had food from here in the past and it was so much better than this, don't think I'll be getting from here from now on.

The pizza was nice and hot with plenty of cheese. Best pizza I’ve had in a long time. The onion rings were hot and crispy. Delivery was done in 20 minutes so very happy overall and will order from here again.

Was delivered late it showed on just eat delivered called 3 times to the takeaway they said 10 minutes 10 minutes was an hour food was cold garlic bread was rock hard and item full missing will not be ordering again

Ordered my food over 2 hours ago and got a notification at 5.35 saying on it’s way arrived 60 mins late and food was cold rang restaurant twice and was spoke to by the rudest guy also the delivery guy was rude when he passed me the cold food I told him it’s cold the pizza box was cold and the underneath of the bag was cold won’t be ordering again

Visually intriguing, simplistic and absolutely phenomenal. Mr.Milano has outdone himself. 4th time going and it never gets old. The doner calzone is a culinary masterpiece (personal opinion)

Gravy was like water and hadn’t been mixed properly. The pizza was undercooked and stuck to the box.

Probably one of the worst kebabs I’ve tasted the fact the donor meat was bright red put me off straight away. Tasted as they say don’t knock it till you tried it well I did and it was rock hard in places, nan bread was soggy. First time trying here and for me it would be the last , not for me but might be for others

The chicken tikka pizza was amazing. It was so juicy and had the perfect balance of all the perfect toppings.💕💕

Disappointed with this evenings order, Chicken on the kebab was full of fat, sauce I requested on the kebab was missing & naan was slightly over toasted. I order regularly from here so for the food to be like this is very disappointing

The pizza is sensational, but the gravy on the chips was inedible. Thrown away without even trying. Solid with a chocolate consistency and make up. Blergh

Absolutley shocking lack of quality. Tiny shredded badly cooked chicken strips with red spicy coating dumped on top is chicken tikka to you? Its supposed to be even sized red chicken chunks, soft and moist. What Milanos has been sending out for last couple of years has been increasingly disgusting, how much money have I spent with you?

Delivery was speedy. Food quality was great as always, we got a chicken burger instead of a normal burger but everything was delicious so no bother :-)

Didn't receive bottle of coke and when I phoned up to tell them he said he would sort it out and he didn't.

The extra toppings were forgot about. I added pineapple, keema and chicken tikka all of which were not added.

With delivery 30 after the end time ( was due between 6.40-7pm arrived 7.30pm) the food was cold and chips were hard. Really disappointed as we always order from here. Driver blaming the restaurant and Restaurant blaming the driver.

Half of my order was missing and then when I called up to say what was missing they said they would send it in a bit didn't get the missing items until 1 hour later and still had some missing after that not happy

Usually i buy pizza from here, Pizza is Good, if not a little greasy, however today, i got a burger and some fried chicken, with chips and some garlic mushrooms. Really Really bad, i never thought id say the highlight of the meal was the garlic mushrooms but here I am, they were cooked very well. I do rate this place but tonight, no.

Didn’t send the 2 portions of chicken nuggets and even after calling and letting them know they still didn’t send them even though they said they would! £5 down the drain

Absolutely disgusting the service that was provided to me...I had to call the restaurant a few times to ask for my food, to be told that the driver said that nobody was at home, i had to chase the driver down the street as he refused to stop at my address..the food was stone cold and all soggy, I had to throw the food in the bin as a result of 45 min delay, it wasn't edible and I will not order from this restaurant ever again, I want my money back, I want to be refunded in full or I will take this matter further.

Food was fine but multiple parts of order incorrect. Ordered donner kebab, got a chicken kebab. Pepperoni pizza had no pepperoni!

Food looks odd, that was so far the worst donner kebab I ever had.

Staff is very friendly. We ordered doner kebabs. Never had red doner meat before, and it was the best we've had. His wife was making homemade naans, which were delicious

Stay clear food very poor. Salt & pepper chips isn't chips drenched in chilli sauce! Ordered a burger with a hash brown on and got onion rings.

Childrens meal had 10 chips. All food was cold. Delivery man handed all the food quickly and left i thought was rude. Wont be ordering again

The pizza is delicious very nice just got the regular crust problem is its not very filling. I got 2 14 inch between 4 people and I measured them they are 13 inch gonna have to have some snacks now but apart from that and a little late I will definitely order again just more next time

I will never order from here again. Chips and gravy freezing cold, the drink I ordered I didn't get...instead I got a cheaper version and totally different flavour. And the worse was the burger was servely undercooked...was pink in the middle....wasn't able to take a bite. Not impressed at all

Sauce completely drowned the kebab totally inedible, maybe offer the sauce as an extra?

Not many places do a fatayer but none do it as good as this place!

The pizza’s taste unreal!!!! Ordered 6 (2 bbq chicken, 2 pepperoni, 1 margarita and 1 mighty meaty) 4 chips and chicken nuggets for £45 for a football team and all went down a treat within minutes!!! Definitely ordering again x

Used this place a lot.will not from hereoin.overcharged for a pizza with absolutely no toppings requested.took it up with them who said that they will sort me out next time.joke and gone downhill badly

This place has gone really down hill recently.it was starting to become my favourite pizzas but lately they've been turning up colidish like tjyvr been cooked a while.tried give benefit of the doubt one more time but once again another order where my money waisted. Best pizza in North Manchester

Food was 45 minutes late and arrived cold. It was ordered at 8pm and didn’t arrive until 9:45! Poor service from the restaurant when contacted. First attempt they didn’t answer the second attempt they said it was 5 minutes, still had to wait 20 minutes for it after the call

This order was really hot and food was amazing but the other order was stone cold and when rang the takeaway to tell them they said oh next time I'll give you free item hahaha that doesn't resolve the current order

Really really poor tongiht had last night and was hot and really nice but tongiht it was cold as if driver got lost on way to my house and chips looked stale.

Real nice good will be getting again and delivery driver was nice and polite

Normally the food is good, delivered fast and is hot. Not tonight. Lukewarm pizza and burger. No excuse as we live 3 mins drive away.

Food was ordered at 8.02, received text to say food was on its way at 8.20. Food arrived at 9.40. It was cold, the pizza order was slightly wrong and congealed as was the cheese garlic bread. I will not be ordering from Milano again

Pathetic food Bad smell and taste

The one star is for the chocolate cake that's all they are rude and 0 help I ordered a chicken wrap and got sent chicken tikka and the 2 chocolate cakes I ordered were missing I phoned up first over the cakes and they said they will send them then I opened my wrap and its this red stuff I phoned up and they said I ordered wrong I looked on just eat and no I ordered the chicken wrap like I have all the time it's 2 chicken strips with lettuce and I got sent 2 red chicken tikka wraps he was exstremly rude kept talking over me shouting at me and said there's nothing they can do and he just put the phone and to top it all off the chips are freezing cold and the garlic bread is like eating frozen butter it's just full of grease utterly inedible now I am never going here again

Food came cold and sent the wrong pizza

Not great pizza! Ordered some fanta and two pizzas ended up getting no Fanta and two wrong pizzas. The pizza we did get didn't taste that great either
