Took 2 hours to arrive, despite 4 phone calls from myself. Guy lied over the phone regarding trying to contact and find me. Ordered chicken vermicelli with curry sauce for me (ÂŁ16). Needless to say it was cold on arrival. It all tasted like Chinese 5 spice seasoning too. Never again.

The New landlord Tony, has really turned the place around, it's cleaner, brighter more welcoming and a fantastic atmosphere. With the help of a great team behind the bar, service is quick and they have some great drink offers too. Nothing is to much trouble for them, and they really go out of their way to help. For those who's man's best friend is a well behaved dog it's pet friendly too. You also have the added bonus of it being right across the road from Burnley football club, great for a pre match pint or a celebration or comiseration drink afterwards. My weekends just got a whole lot better, entertainment kicks off with a great karaoke on Friday night, and finishes with a little stagger out the door. Haha. Well worth a visit.

Ordered food on the app, tracked the driver. Sat in front room curtains open! Rang shop after 75 mins said driver attempted delivery twice and called my mobile! Lies canât show proof of call, and only thing they have is a photo of my front door. Which means he stood in my garden and took a picture of my door. My dogs didnât even bark!!

As a coffee lover I have always wanted to try the infamous Tim Hortons brand, synonyms in Canada for their timbits and excellent coffee. We were visiting family in Burnley recently and happened to come across this place and I wad excited to give it a try. The coffee is excellent, I can recommend the French vanilla latte, even my partner who is not a big coffee drinker is a convert to a Timmys coffee now. We have sampled the food on a couple of visits, the burgers are OK, not amazing, but they have a good price value when compared to the likes of Five Guys or Burger King. The grilled cheese, or cheese and ham is a tasty grill cheese toasted sandwich, and light lunch with a coffee, again at a decent price point too. We have not sampled the breakfast yet, but we will be going back to try as they do have some good deals on the breakfast meals up till 10.30am, which we have always sadly missed. We have travelled over from Blackpool to Burnley a few times now to get coffee here and we are so overwhelmed by the customer service of the staff. One of the members took time chatting to us on her break on our first visit, and has remembered us on each visit since, giving us a warm welcome and even letting us have some free timbits and donuts as a thank you for our continued support for them. That Canadian customer service spirit is certainly "aboot" in Burnley! We are just disappointed that there is not one closer to us as we would be regular customers.

I tried to order the popcorn chicken and chips I waited half and hour in parking bay one, the chips were spggy and the chicken tasted like what I imagined my nans feet to taste like. The staff were rude and called my nan rude names. Absolutely LIVID. đ€ŹđĄđ

Ordered takeaway for a birthday treat , treat it was not. Freezing cold bland overcharged food, it's a shame when you order food that has to be re heated in the microwave , absolutely tasteless, just vile,, there's nothing more I can say other than AVOID!!!

I recently visited your place, KFC- Trafalgar St-Burnley, on February, 2025, and was extremely disappointed with my experienceâboth with the service and the unfair parking charge I later received. I ordered food to eat in, as the restaurant was not busy. We placed our order and waited a long time before realizing that our food still wasnât ready. I could see the staff were busy behind the counter, but the delay was unreasonable. Eventually, we had to ask about our order, at which point the staff confirmed it was ready and brought it to our table. Right away, I noticed that my drink wasnât served, and I had to ask for it. By the time we finally got our food, it was already getting dark, and since I had a 40-minute drive home, we couldnât finish our meal at the restaurant. To save time, we had to take our food with us and eat on the way. Then, a week later, I received a parking charge notice from VARS, stating that I had overstayed by approximately 12 minutesâdespite the 60-minute parking restriction. This is completely unfair, as the delay was caused by slow service at your restaurant, not by me taking too long to eat. I immediately tried to contact the KFC branch by phone (using the number listed on Google), but no one answered. I then reached out to KFCâs Facebook page to complain, only to receive a dismissive response saying that 60 minutes is âadequate timeâ for eat-in customers. This is unacceptable. I clearly explained that the long wait time for food was what caused me to exceed the parking limit. Had I known that: 1. The staff were going to ignore eat-in customers, leading to a long wait time, and 2. The parking enforcement was so strict, I would have gone to McDonaldâs instead or simply paid for extra parking. To make things worse, KFCâs response was to offer me a voucher. But why would I return to a restaurant where I spent over ÂŁ20 on food, only to be hit with a ÂŁ60 parking fine (even at the reduced rate within 14 days)? I canât even give the voucher to family or friends, because I wouldnât want them to go through the same frustrating experience. KFC needs to reconsider its parking policy. A 90-minute free parking limit should be the minimum for food establishments, especially for families. Imagine if I had brought my nieces and nephews for a birthday party, with a pramâwould 60 minutes still be enough? Clearly not. And now, KFC claims thereâs ânothing elseâ it can do except offer a voucher? Really? Thatâs the best you can do?

The delivery driver had come and dropped off the food, he then said it was the wrong order even though it was correct. He took the food back and came 30 mins later with food that had been half eaten. This is absolutely disgusting. DO NOT ORDER

A middle aged asian man with whiffy breath. I made an excuse and went straight back out again. I will not ever want to call in here ever again.
