I thought I’d have a go at the Too Good to Go offers, and Subway came up. My daughters had use the TGTG app at different outlets like Starbucks and at local shops and stores and had found them very good and it helps to cut down on food waste, and save money so win, win. Or so I thought. Now the offers at each outlet state that there is no accurate prediction of what you get, but does state the type of goods you will get, in my case from Subway it said bread and cookies. What I got was bread, no cookies, so not a big saving for me, and a freezer stuffed with 6 x foot long rolls. I’ll try other outlets, but Subway is a no from me, and my daughters were very surprised too, and will give them a swerve

Miserable staff My six inch sub was not 6” When I confronted the staff member who was assembling my 4.5 inch roll I asked “is that roll 6” she replied ye it’s 6” it clearly was not but I didn’t have my tape measure with me at the time, I’m so jealous that someone else got a 7.5 inch sub for the same price Won’t be returning, but if I do I’ll make sure I bring my tape measure and the chicken was inedible, knew I should of stuck to my guns and purchased a delicious sandwich from Marks & Spencer’s with friendly staff

Ordered Two sandwiches, they sent me two salad breads w/sauce and a smell of chicken. Tried to contact them but they ignore phone. Avoid.

Firstly I scored KFC a 1 because 1 was the lowest I was able to choose - zero not being given as an option. I ordered a 6" Meatball Marinara & a 6" Steak & Cheese via Uber Eats at 6.07pm on Saturday. The food was delivered quickly. However, the Meatball Marinara was just warm & the Steak & Cheese tasted as if it had just come out of the fridge. I have informed Uber Eats of this but haven't received a reply. My telephone calls to Subway have gone unanswered. Appalling service.

I ordered from here a few weeks back and they missed 50% of the items that I had ordered and paid for via Uber eats, despite the inconvenience I managed to get a refund for this from the app and wrongly assumed they must have just been having a bad day at work… I get it, we all have them. Giving the benefit of the doubt I ordered again today and once again missing items and wrong order! I don’t tend to make a habit of paying for things I don’t receive! It seems the staff are totally incompetent or just simply don’t care… and don’t bother leaving special instructions because they won’t read them anyway. Never again, shocking service! And to add, the food I did receive was cold and dry!

Apparently these are nachos????? The doritos have a texture like they have been left open overnight and as for the tea spoon of salsa and selfish sprinkling of cheese, I'm fuming. £3 for this crap! Terrible!

Says more or less enough in the title...late, cold, soggy...tried phoning to no avail. Will not be returning.

Absolutely sh** service... Told em wanted it toasted but they never... Rush your food... Forgot my drink.. Said they would come back but never returned... Wont recommend even my dog to eat there. They need new staff!!!

Well ordered Pepsi max cherry twice in the 2 times I've ordered and both times been given tango orange and a Pepsi I wouldn't mind if they said sorry were sold out would this do but no they don't well being diabetic that's not good tried ringing for 20 mins max with no one answering let's just say would it be acceptable to dangle herrion in front of an ex user no it wouldn't can you just think if someone is asking for max it most probably because they are diabetic sub was nice tho

called in for a subsidiary guy behind counter more interested in microwave than serving me was total ignored so after a few mind walked out

Subway food is always good but i found these premises small and cramped. Not much room at all! Seating was upstairs which was a disaster for us (for personal reasons) and it was very pokey!

Was make to feel my choice of food was a problem...and the young man serving was very unpleasant. It could have been a bad day...but it wasn't even busy.

Just usually bob in for their delicious cookies. White chocolate with macadamia nuts are to die for. Not huge but yummy

If you like subways and I know I do then this is the one to go to in Burnley food always good and fresh and good service too Free parking easy pick up or plenty tables to eat inside

It’s alright to pop in and get a sandwhich but it generally takes about 20 minutes before the sodium filled sandwhich is in your hand! Over priced really for what it is! You can get triple the amount of food for the same price next door in Greggs and it’ll take about 3 minutes maximum ... also they seems to be ‘out of meatballs’ every time I go

A huge queue on a Sunday morning because one person serves while two members of staff sit a yard away, having a break!! If they cared or were bothered about customers, like most places, then I'd expect them to help out, and take their break when it's quieter-it's not rocket science to work that out! Don't go here if you want to be put first!Ps the guy serving in his own was great-feel sorry for you!

We have visited this branch every Sunday at around 9:15am for several months, always ordering my daughters favourite - meatball marinara (understanding it will take time as they have to be heated up specially). But the last two weeks we have been met with a point blank refusal to provide any meatballs - with the staff stating that they don't sell them before 10:30am, on both occasions the shop was empty and we were the only customers, this can only suggest that they need more trading in customer service.... unfortunately we won't be trying again

Quería un sandwich con queso lechuga cebollas albóndiga pepino peppers gurkinsy me dieron 3 albóndigas con no! ! ! ! Salsa en ellos lechuga gurkins y pepino. La mitad del sándwich y faltaban era tan seco y aburrido y no me llenan en lo más mínimo que normalmente me encanta el metro, pero es lo que me hizo pensar dos veces a la hora de nuevo. Y ponen mi galletita con mi sándwich y por el tiempo que llegué a casa había derretido comida pobre y barato para lo que gotq

Rara vez al metro en high Street burnley pero mi hijo le gusta una rotación de restaurantes sábado así que hoy fuimos. Nada malo con la comida o el servicio, pero como los comentarios anteriores el personal necesita tomar el tiempo para limpiar la zona de comedor que es horrible.Hay hormigas en la máquina de bebidas, cerca de la ventana y mi chico encontramos uno en su cabello después nos sentamos a la mesa. Sucio!Yo se lo poner a ir allí de nuevo.

Visité Greggs (al lado) para mi trabajo habitual, sándwich de desayuno día tienden a conseguir la salchicha y huevos con salsa roja y un café, desafortunadamente, había acabado de tocino! Así que se atrevió a riesgo una alternativa sándwich de desayuno del metro (que está al lado).Me dieron el deshielo, que era un nivel Mega blanco 6 pulgadas roll incluido 1 metro y salchichas de cerdo cortadas longitudinalmente rasher, 1, 1 de tocino, huevos escalfados y comprobar 2 triángulos de queso. Esto fue superficial y ketchup fue agregado. Un café para mí era una venta sugestiva por el amable miembro personal y llegó a 3 libras, que es sólo un poco más que la puerta siguiente) Greggs (alternativa.Fue buena. No es genial y no está mal, sólo. En comparación con un bocadillo de salchichas y bacon Greggs (al lado) no fue tan bueno si (puerta siguiente) Greggs ha acabado de tocino, esta sería una adecuada y alternativa adecuada.

Really loved this store , the staff are friendly and helpful , food is amazing but what's happened to the music ? I loved to come for my lunch and listen to the music in subway but for some reason it's changed and now it's terrible , not a happy sub customer

Can't resist this place try to try loads of different ones but tend to go for steak and cheese on italian

lovely choices of bread, fillings or a salad.fast service can eat in or take out. very clean. The meat ball salad is very tasty .

Very slow service and staff unfriendly. Good variety. Sandwich was nice and the bread is soft and tasty.Good value but put off going back fue to service

Can be quite slow if more than 3 customers,but actualy like the sandwiches,especially the Italian bmt,staff are a bit ignorant tho,no please or thank you,one lad took 5 minutes to make a hot chocolate it was a sachet,30 seconds same method where I work,so slow service,but still go as enjoy there subs

Han estado aquí varias veces, la comida es excelente y el personal es siempre amable, buena opción a un precio razonable

This is a no-thrills Subways, but unlike others this one has let it's standard's slip.They are somewhat limited on the fillings - no Meatball Marinara or sweetcorn. Otherwise the food was fine, standard Subways fare.The restaurant has no seating available, which isn't necessarily a problem but considering how much space is there it would be quite easy to fit in a few stools and a side bar.It's major failing though is that it is quite dirty here. Some of the other patrons fail to use the bins provided and there is a fair bit of litter, food and dirt on the floor, which seems to go unattended for a while.The service was good though. The lady serving was really friendly and chatty, and made us feel welcome.I wouldn't go out of my way to come back here

Simply a typical subway chain, nothing special about this branch of subway.The usual subway menu applies, the meal deal drinks are in bottles rather than via the fountain and service could be better.
