Ordered food on the app, tracked the driver. Sat in front room curtains open! Rang shop after 75 mins said driver attempted delivery twice and called my mobile! Lies can’t show proof of call, and only thing they have is a photo of my front door. Which means he stood in my garden and took a picture of my door. My dogs didn’t even bark!!

Absolutely appalling. Took over an hour to be delivered. When I phoned to ask when it was as app was showing it had been delivered, told it would be 10 mins. I only live 3 mins away from the shop, in this time I could have made my own if I had the flour,

Deplorable service took over 45 mins for delivery despite app showing order had been delivered. When I rang the store all they could say was it would be with us within 20 mins and they were busy. When it did even show up it was cold. Sad thing is this is the second time this has happened!

It took forever, over 45 mins, to get a takeaway delivered on a weekday early evening. When it eventually arrived it was nearly cold. The portion size of the potato wedges was pathetic, I reckon the delivery driver had been eating them on the way!

I think they literally meant 2nd one is worth £1 no bbq base oh sorry ,,on 3 slices ,, 6 pieces of bacon shared between a 13 inch pizza 1 piece of pepper on each slice ,, shocking, I was in Southampton 4 weeks ago ,, dominos was facing my hotel,, it was beautiful,,Burnley,, nah,, never again £23.74 out of pocket

Absolutely awful ! Frequently you’ve messed up my order! It always arrives late ,usually cold with too much sauce and cheese! You’ve once sent me out a fresh pizza after messing it up first time and it was redelivered uncut as one big circle ! You are an absolute joke to the Dominos franchise if only they knew how frequently poor you are and how bad you make Dominos look ! Do not buy from here they are not consistent, they will leave you dissatisfied frequently! Too many hiccups from the Burnley branch !

Delivery men are always nice enough. However when I called when they had missed a topping of my pizza, I was met with angry unreleased staff. I wanted a refund as when you pay so much, you hope for it to be right. They just point blank refused and said they would send fresh. Why would I want to eat at a different time to everyone else? I'd already waited an hour and didn't want to waste the pizza, Even a partial refund I would of been happy with. I took the free pizza as there was no getting around it, second pizza came still missing the topping.... By this time I had been waiting over 3 hours for a correct pizza. Kept calling and would not pick up my calls, called on withheld and was hung up on... What the? Who does that... Tried asking to speak to manager and he was just as bad. He kept putting a poor young girl on phone cause he didn't want to deal with the fact his staff, his service, and pure arrogance is appalling. Given some stars because the food and cookies are tasty, when done correctly. Most of the time food it rather late, and the staff are just not very good. Fair enough if your out of one toppnig, but don't get why I wasn't told that. Like 2 pizzas I didn't want make up for it... Called head office and reported it.

Very popular takeaway pizza parlour and friendly staff. Great deals and good value for money. Pizzas were to collect and delicious. Would definitely visit again.

Usually late delivery and it's ongoing problem, time to sort this out Domino's Burnley, nobody is paying extra £ to wait forever

We were staying at the premier inn, which is at the top of Ormrod Road, only approx 10 minutes walk from the takeaway. We phoned to place an order for delivery, as we were both very tired & the weather was bad. The female taking our order, firstly stated she didn't know Burnley had a Premier inn, she wanted to send the order to the Travelodge. After a very difficult discussion of 10 minutes or more with her about a very simple order of a large pizza and potato wedges, the penny dropped, and she said Oh yes it's just up the road opposite from here. Hurray we thought, but no, she then told us she needed the full post code or she couldn't put the order through.Which we didn't have to hand, but could wave at her from the bedroom window, they are that close. No not good enough, so we gave up and went without. Come on Domino's get your act together. This was appalling service.

Don’t go near this place, cold pizza and sides, and when we called up to complain, where told by the MANAGER, to try another takeaway. Well done dominos, you do really let anybody with enough money to take a franchise store from you, and drag your name through the dirt. Outstanding.

No where near as good as Pizza Hut up the road! Last time I ordered pizza from here it was crap! Greasy, cold, not enjoyable at all! And very expensive! And the time before that, they delivered it to the wrong address at the opposite side of town... when it turned up an hour later, to be fair thy gave it me for free but I had to re heat it in the oven (hence the reason they didn’t get 1 star)

3 and a half hours and yet no food? The store ignored our call for an hour and then each time we spoke informed us that the food was on its way? Ruined our weekend! I would NOT recommend

Ordered online to collect..when we arrived the display said our order was ready.. waited a couple of minutes.. staff completely ignored us so i had to ask if our order was ready.. one of the guys checked and then looked a bit concerned.. walked off and started making another pizza without telling me what was going on. waited a few more minutes, asked again.. turns out they had forgotten to make one of the pizzas.. I complained that the two pizzas that are ready are going to be cold by the time the other one is ready. The young lad behind the counter made no eye contact, did not say one word and just wandered off to do something else.. just downright rude. When i pointed this out...finally said "i can't do a refund because you ordered online.. the best i can do is give you one free pizza next time you order" Pfft. Don't bother.. there won't be a "next time" Btw.. my COLD pizza tasted crap.. very overpriced crap!

Over priced pizzas is an understatement!! Collected the pizzas which were cold and the vegetarian one (very little veg)had mostly burnt veg on it with a horrible tasting tomotoe sauce, also the same awful sauce on the garlic bread.. Next time I will go to Asda who do a delicious vegetarian pizza for half the price or stick to my favourite takeaway Enzos who really do know how to make a tasty pizza. Dominoe's you are way over priced for the pizza's you are shipping out! Not impressed!!

It's a pizza place what else can I say,they do amazing pizzas,great garlic bread and the sides and dips are amazing.Frankies red hot chicken wings are brilliant.

Ordered domino's for the first time Saturday night. Had a voucher that wasn't working online. Rang the shop and they managed to sort it out abs allowed me to order over the phone. Food arrived quickly. The americano was so tasty!! Overall a good experience

We order pizza from Dominos it was terrible. The delivery was late,pizza was cold and burned. The man who answer the phone was like "15 minutes bye" and this was the second time. This is such a waste of time and nervous.

We've eaten here loads of times but only when there's an offer on as it's far too expensive to eat otherwise. The food is always great, whether it's the pizzas or the side orders. The garlic bread is especially awesome, but they're far too small....

When I just can't be bothered cooking or the kids want a quick treat this is where I turn - they always manage to deliver quickly and the food is still hot.
