Have been there for over 1 hour and 30 minutes waiting on my order because they “didn’t put it through” even tho it took payment and w head our drinks this was at 17:45 we order and had a 3year old with us didn’t get out food until 19:05 utter disgusting and disrespectful the staff was horrendous and didn’t care one bit rang twice and they never answered once again just like always

Very slow service again as staff were too busy looking after Just Eat, etc and just as last time their filthy delivery bags were plonked on your supposedly cleaned tables. This musr count as a health and safety issue as the tables are not cleaned again before an unsuspecting customer uses the same table. Come on someone, pull your finger out.

We ordered food and sat near the door. We were shortly joined by 4 scruffy delivery drivers who sat at 2 tables on which they all plonked their filthy, grubby delivery bags which had obviously been to places I can only imagine including filthy car boots, pavements and countless other unclean places. We managed to move to the other end of the restaurant as luckily it was quiet. While I understand the need for delivery drivers maybe they could be facilitated at a different entrance so as not to interfere with paying customers and keep their filthy bags off your spotlessly clean tables. I have to say that yours is not the first McDonalds restaurant where we have noticed the same behaviour. What a shame to spoil a normally enjoyable experience over a lack of foresight on someone's part. One of the reasons we use McDonald's is the cleanliness.. shame to spoil things.

We ordered through the burger king app. We received the order on time, however, the order was missing a variety of items adding up to over £13 which is alot of money. I have emailed about 8 different email addresses to complain including the one on the app. I have not had one response of any of them. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. I have not ordered off the app since. The food was good and delivered hot however 2 people were missing food.

What kind of place allows the “waiter” (I use that term loosely) walk around in his puffer jacket and tracksuit! Paying £80 for Tue night meal (2 adults & 2 small children) food was ok,

I ordered 2 breakfast yesterday from the brun lea and all I can say is I would not even feed that to my dog or a stray cat!!! Go back to being a weatherspoons!!Secondly!! My son ordered the pie and a Pandora charm was found in the pie I was told by a bar staffThat I must of dropped it mySelf as the chef doesn’t have a one on the levelOf professionalism In that place is minimal and I will not be going on my weekly visit no longer !!Disgusting Ps the picture of the pie is beforeI found a charmInside!!!!
