Ordered takeaway for a birthday treat , treat it was not. Freezing cold bland overcharged food, it's a shame when you order food that has to be re heated in the microwave , absolutely tasteless, just vile,, there's nothing more I can say other than AVOID!!!

The website populated my old address OK my bad but 15 mins after I called to clear that up I got nice pizza and nice wine delivered by my fairy godmother!! OK not everyone can remedy everything so soon but that's a start xxxxx

Absolutely abysmal takeout service,2.15 hours to arrive,kept trying to ring takeout service too see where our food was,for it to not connect,they probably turned the phone off if truth to be told. Contacted food hub who runs there app for them to be told give them a bit longer as they didn't expect to be this busy,it's a Bank Holiday you should expect to be busy in my opinion. When the food finally arrived my sons cream for his brownie was in the bottom of the bag,the lid on the container hadn't being on correctly. His sirloin steak kebab was thinly sliced cheap cuts of frying steak. My pasta filling was some kind of sausage not sure what,the bacon was hardly cooked and the sauce runny. Will never be returning here,will never recommend them either.

We ordered a pizza and kebab at teatime, looking at the clock... Still no food. Called and asked when food was going to be delivered and was told they had a driver down, (we'd of gone and got it ourselves) if this was the case then why don't they call you back and tell you instead of waiting and being hangry! Food arrived after two hours, was not worth the wait, will not be going again.

The food here is amazing, really tasty. We came here last night. My husband and I had the spaghetti bolognese and the kids had pizza from the bambino menu. Then for desserts we had profiteroles and the amaretto cheesecake. I cannot rate it highly enough for quality and value for money. We have eaten here four or five times now and have never been disappointed. Would come here every night if I could. I don't write reviews very often - well hardly ever; but if you want excellent food at a very reasonable price you should try this one.

10 Grimshaw StreetWe stumbled upon this place in a rush before going to a gig at The Mechanics, what an wonderful surprise when we went inside. Beautiful decor and the staff were so attentive. We both ordered the Sunday roast beef which was the most beautiful roast dinner we have ever had! Such a shame we had to rush it as we were late for the gig. We will definitely travel back from Yorkshire to come back.

1 Barracks RoadMy fiancé and I visited Ballaro's on Monday evening and, while originally sitting outside, we decided to go inside because the sun was setting. Although there were plenty of customers there eating, the staff tended to us very quickly and took our drinks order, and returned with them almost immediately. We ordered a pizza to share, then my partner ordered Simone's Special Cheeseburger, and I got the seafood risotto. The pizza was great and my fiancé really enjoyed his cheeseburger, but I didn't like the seafood risotto so much. When the staff came over shortly thereafter to ask us if everything was ok, the man noticed I hadn't eaten much of the risotto and asked if I didn't like it. When I explained that I wasn't too keen on it, he told me he'd take it away, replace it with something else and cancel it from the bill. I then ordered the lasagne, which he brought to us quickly and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We drank a few glasses of wine each, which were all really nice and well priced, and we both had a Pina Colada, which were absolutely brilliant. The food was great, but the service is what shone the most. The staff were all friendly and funny, but also incredibly attentive and accommodating. We will definitely be back there again soon.
