My first time having a takeaway from here. I got wings chips and pizza. Although i had to wait 90mins. But omw. The wings were amazing and my pizza was good too. Chips were seasoned well. Worth the wait. Definitely being getting a takeaway again soon

Took nearly 2 hours to get our order and when it did finally arrive the tiramisu was missing! They refunded but that’s not the point. And was the pizza with the wait…no not really… the base was doughy and undercooked and the toppings weren’t evenly distributed across the top…a bit like when you get a supermarket one and all the peppers are on one side. I phoned to find out what was taking our order so long and was basically told I should have phoned rather than using the app!!! Order was placed at 5:23 on a Sunday evening hardly rush time. Will not order again.

Wow just had the potato bits with hunny n bacon ! Next level ! And the pizza is the best I’ve had ! Propper stone / wood fire baked and lovely family run joint ! Will 100% be back

Very poor service. Called them with no answer, as usual. Advertised salt & pepper special pizza of the week, but didn't have it on there " Burnley Eats " menu. So I ordered margherita and added into the notes " please can I have the Special pizza". Waited 2 hours for delivery and the pizza I ordered wasn't here. Called to say I was disappointed and was told if you wanted a Special Pizza you should of Called us. After explaining I called several times with no answer I asked why the didn't ring me. Long storey short. Rude staff long wait times would go elsewhere. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!

recent visit to this area we found this place near by staff so friendly and helpful with the order Pizza was lovely and we returned another time and ordered the ribs /wings We both enjoyed all the food purchased and next time we are here definitely pay them another

This is our favourite pizza place. Every week there is a special (as well as the normal menu) and they are always delicious! The pizzas are so fresh and the staff lovely when we collect.

Come in every weekend and so far never had a bad pizza or experience usually quite busy but always lovely staff

I heard a lot of good things about this place. So I finally ordered and WOW! The pizza was amazing, freshly made and packed some really good flavor. This isn't your box standard pizza you get everywhere, this is made with love! 10/10 would definitely be ordering again.

Fabulous pizza... really authentic. Made with love and care by the young man. It's a family run business and even mama bear helps out with their deliveries. She's a lovely lady. Can't recommend this place enough. A bit of a wait sometime s on delivery.... but as there is only one young man creating these wonderful pizzas it's to be expected. Just order a bit earlier. I've no complaints at all. Thank you to all of you!

Went last Sunday 9/7/23 and was asked if I’d ordered, which I hadn’t. To be told sorry we’re sold out. So I said I’d take a menu for next Sunday and pre order. Menu says it’s open until 10pm. Tried ringing several times from 7pm, kept getting answering machine saying we’re busy with high call volumes, so I drove down at 1930. Shop is closed! If you’re thinking of ordering from here, don’t bother. By chance on google I found veterano restaurant just round the corner. Lovely restaurant and while waiting to order the owner was offering free espresso or limencello. Lovely little place & the pizza is amazing

Terrible way to run a business, call in yesterday to place an order of around £70, it was 8pm I walked through the open shop door to be told sorry we're shut we've decided to close early (1 and a half hrs early) they can't be doing very well if there closing when they want and don't advertise this, I travelled almost 20 miles round trip for my first visit, this will be my last visit because what's the point of calling in if you don't know if they have decided to just close

I travelled a distance of 18 miles round trip to try this place, heard good things we was having a small party so I went to order 6 pizza's and 3 spicy tomato garlic bread an order of around £70 I walked in at 2 minutes pasts 8 and was told they had decided to close early even thought this wasn't advertised anywhere and they even had the door open to the shop Terrible way to run a business, first and last time visit what's the point in going if they close when they want

I can't fault the pizza in this place its amazing probably the best pizza I've had since moving to England, but my downfall is thay never answer the phone, I've been trying to order from you for the last 3 months one weekend as a treat to myself, but I give up on the phone after about 15 minutes of just ringing out. Don't take this as a personal attack, your food is flawless in every way, just answer your phone and you will make a lot of profit from me especially. 👍

Smashing pizza!! The dough is incredible, and so is the business.

Ordered food 3 hours ago and told it was to be 1hr and a half. Rang after 2 hours said it was gonna 10 mins. Turned up an hour later. Complained said they would knock 10£ off the price, check the food and it was stone cold! I feel like I’ve been robbed. Won’t be going there ever again.

Food is ok but customer service is not great! They seem to have got above themselves.

Had the pizza van/tuk tuk at our garden party for a 50th birthday…what a success. The pizzas were delicious, the best I’ve tasted and the service was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. It was quirky, original and a real talking point. Excellent all round. Highly recommend

Passing through I ordered a pizza and chips. Sitting in truck literally 3min along the road. An hour and 10 min later delivery arrived. Apologies where given for the delay due to delivery drivers not turning up. I accept these things happen. My chips where hot but my pizza was stone cold ever tried eating a cold shredded chicken pizza not good. Lesson learnt collect myself next time. I would like to say it was lovely but I will never know I gave up gnawing at it after the first slice. Chips were lovely and I could not fault the cold can of cola.

I had high hopes for this place after reading mainly excellent reviews. The girl who took my order was very good and efficient. Great customer service skills. But....on delivery over an hour later I received freezing cold Marinara pizza and garlic bread...also cold chips and coleslaw...coleslaw was just two spoonfuls (for £2) the pizza was lacking flavour and topping... hardly any topping at all with little cheese..so disappointed...the garlic bread was basically dry with no garlic butter or fresh garlic...just sprinkled with garlic granules and was like eating sandpaper. On the whole a very expensive and disappointing first and last visit! £20 quid for this meal.

So yummy everything they do is fantastic pizzas,wings,cheese heaven box also including the weekly specials. The service is great and a breath of fresh air so friendly. The Thai ginger and garlic chicken wings are a taste sensation they even added them the week after as chicken bites 😋😋😋

Without doubt the best pizza around. Always top quality food and brilliant service. Would highly recommend, we order from Serranos on a regular occasion and have never been disappointed.

Been getting pizzas from Serranos for a couple of years and they've always been great - for the last two times tried the "tear and share garlic bread" and sweet potatoes in addition to the pizza and these are brilliant - the garlic bread is thick and really moist with butter and just enough of a blackened top to give a great combination of textures. Couldn't put it down. The sweet potato fries were my wife's choice and I didn't think I'd like them but they were amazing- a nice change.

Quite simply put: The best italian take out around, if youve never tried Serranos, you havent lived!

Shocking delivery late pizza burnt cold chicken and ribs horrible will not use again you could not give any excuse as why your delivery was late other than sorry but you made sure you took your money first shocking service and not good value for money

Heard such good things, we were eager to try the pizzas. I gotta say, was just, okay. We ordered the serranos pizza and a cheesy garlic bread, on recommendations. The pizza, although a great size for what you pay, and can tell are good ingredients, just seemed to be lacking something. Had some VERY hot chillies on it but was so plain tasting! The garlic bread was nice though. Slightly underwhelmed to be honest.

This place is just wow... if you’re considering a pizza treat night look no further.. amazing fresh pizzas, succulent crispy wings and the freshest crispiest fries you’ll ever try! My mouths watering reliving my recent order.. 10/10

Not all pizza is created equal. That much is clear. So ordering from a new place feels like a risk. This won’t disappoint. Outstanding pizza, clearly very fresh and incredibly well made. All for half the price you’ll pay at the big chains. Arrivederci Domino’s.

Lovely authentic Italian pizza, A must visit!!!

Brilliant meal, pizzas were awesome, brie bites have always been my favourite but these were way better than what I could make. Fries were actually proper fries, perfect seasoning even !! Proper garlic bread and tiramisu for dessert Absolutely stuffed, the Mrs will have to roll me out of bed in the morning but well chuffed with the food

Ordered 2 Pizzas and 2 sides, was a longer wait than what was said but was very good quality and tasty. Didn't realise until getting home that they forgot one of the sides but they did give 3 cakes as an apology for the wait so we weren't too bothered.

We have had pizzas here a good number of times now and even ordered a huge order recently for a family gathering and everyone was impressed! Really fresh and tasty pizzas, not at all stodgy or greasy, better than most Italian restaurants I have been to!!! They have a good selections of starters and mezze boxes and the homemade desserts are amazing!

been passed a few times so thought to give it a tryi had to shout to a large girl washing up in the back as she never once looked round to check for customers then she never smiled once just took the money and made the food i even tried having a joke with her but nope just the straight face. don,t know if she was in a bad mood but no need to take it out on the customers. its put me off going again

I Had a Bisiness Meeting at a Local Company close to Padiham that did not finish till around 6.30pm, myself and two of the Companies Directors that I was having the meeting with decided that we would go to get something to eat before we set off on our journey home, we had planned to go to the Fence Gate at Fence, but as we where driving through Padiham we notice a Pizza Deli called Seranno's which seemed to be a little bit different from the usual Pizza take away and it also looked like it had seating inside, so instead of going to the Fence we decided to go and try a Pizza from Seranno's. What a Great Decision, I have never had a Pizza like it, it was Delicious, I had the Serrano's Special so did my two Colleagues it was so Good and nothing on it was processed, it was all fresh the meats, pizza base, the Cheese and tomatoe. All cooked in a Tradional Wood Fired Oven. We sat in and eat it not with a Bottle of wine or a Glass of Beer not that we would have done so at the Fence we where Driving, No we all had a can of Cola.... If it was possible to give 10/10 to this Establishment I would, its a Great place to eat and a Great Place for a Take Away. Well done to the owners who have a winning Product, why pay for processed Pizza Food, When Everything at Serrano's is Fresh and as I was told Locally Sourced and I can Believe it, It Was and Is Delicious .... Guys you've Got it Right.... Fantastic Place to Go. We will Call Again.....

Whether it is Domino’s or local pizza shops, the lack of quality control with orders baffles me. I mean c’mon, the pizza was only meant to have 3 toppings; peppers, pepperoni and chorizo. The food was okay. Would potentially come again to give a second chance, it is nice to support local businesses. Price is slightly cheaper than Domino’s/on a par with them if you get a meal deal.

Popped in on the off chance while out on a jolly. The place looks great with some quirky decor that has clearly been well thought out. The staff were really welcoming and friendly throughout our visit. Drinks wise; the coffee was very nice and the ‘barista’ could be seen making it. As far as the food is concerned; the special ‘chicken skewer in flat bread’ was yummy. The pizza however is on a different level. I had my favourite pizza: ham and pineapple, this was done to perfection with plenty of gammon style pulled ham and loads of pineapple. Over all a very pleasant experience that we intend to repeat soon so we can try the tiramisu that was sold out.

Good quality ingredients make their pizzas better than your average take away. Excellent garlic pizza too.

Delicious, been to serranos a few times and can’t fault it! My husband says it’s the best calzone he’s ever had. I’m quite picky but I’ve tried a few things and have no complaints. The garlic mushrooms taste amazing and perfectly cooked, the sweet potato fries are well seasoned and all the dips are well flavoured and obviously very fresh and homemade. Lovely

Me and the girlfriend here just been here after I tried a slice of a friends pizza earlier. Friendly staff, clean place and excellent food. The pizza is probably the tastiest I’ve ever eaten. They’ve even managed to perfect a chip, I’m not even sure if that’s a thing but they’ve done it.

I was passing through Padiham this afternoon and decided to visit this relative newcomer to the local food scene. I was very impressed! They have a fantastic wood fired oven covered in 2 pence pieces that will blow your mind. The friendly, chatty proprietor recommended the popular Serranos pizza and we sat down to wait for it. It was ready in just mere seconds!!! Apparently wood fired pizza ovens operate at such high temperature that they bake so fast! Real fast food and the best pizza I've ever had! They also have a deli counter where you can taste artisan meats and cheeses. Apparently the meze's very popular. They also make their own tiramisu it's yummy! I'm going back soon to try another pizza I hear the pepperoni is popular but I'll maybe try the Americana... mmmmm!!!

The wood fired oven makes the tastiest pizzas ever, these guys mean business, with quality ingredients, cooked to perfection.

First time from here but will be back ! Food was delicious and portions perfect. I got a mixture of dish’s which each one was just great.

Pizzas are out of this world as they are cooked in an authentic wood-fired oven. chip are absolutley gorgeous and only £1.50. Absolutely recommend. Favorite takeaway!
