Mei Po House in Burnley

We ordered through the burger king app. We received the order on time, however, the order was missing a variety of items adding up to over £13 which is alot of money. I have emailed about 8 different email addresses to complain including the one on the app. I have not had one response of any of them. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. I have not ordered off the app since. The food was good and delivered hot however 2 people were missing food.

I ordered 2 breakfast yesterday from the brun lea and all I can say is I would not even feed that to my dog or a stray cat!!! Go back to being a weatherspoons!!Secondly!! My son ordered the pie and a Pandora charm was found in the pie I was told by a bar staffThat I must of dropped it mySelf as the chef doesn’t have a one on the levelOf professionalism In that place is minimal and I will not be going on my weekly visit no longer !!Disgusting Ps the picture of the pie is beforeI found a charmInside!!!! What kind of place allows the “waiter” (I use that term loosely) walk around in his puffer jacket and tracksuit! Paying £80 for Tue night meal (2 adults & 2 small children) food was ok,

Carbonara was Really tasty, only downside was that it took an hour and 40 mins to arrive. However food was great and reasonably priced.

Sort your tired, broken as trollies out, it's pathetic that almost every trolly has a dodgy wheel that gets gets stuck, outrageous
