Lovely pizza, friendly staff and value for money.

Delivery turned up after over an hour, food was stone cold. Go to Milburn st instead.

Absolutely terrible meal I’ve just received tonite, firstly they’ve got my order wrong, but the doner meat I received was straggly bits of meat, I gave it to my dog. Waste of money and still hungry

Horrible customer service won’t be back. myself and a friend had went to siloth for a ice cream to find the shop was shut so we came here instead and it was a wasted journey, went in and the place is dated, went over the the ice cream section and the selection wasn’t that great.. the old man behind the counter had an attitude problem and seemed rude to both of us, when my friend asked for sauce and sprinkles he handed her a pot with sprinkles and sauce separate for her to put on her self, I'm surprised he didn’t ask her to get behind the counter and put the ice cream in the cone her self. Then we had both got back to the car and put the sprinkles and sauce on we started to eat them. The ice cream was flavourless and the cones were soft and weren’t very enjoyable.

I phoned around about 21:40, I didn’t get the order till 23:18 half of the food was missing I am never ordering from here again very disappointed chicken wasn’t cooked properly

It's OK & what you'd expect from a Chinese. The portions are massive & to be honest I'd rather have smaller ones with better quality ingredients. The main compliment I have is how fatty & greasy everything was. I mean the chowmain was shiny & there was more fat than duck. I couldn't really recommend it as a high quality takeaway, the price is rather on the expensive side too.

Terrible, young kids on the floor that don’t care, ordered at 5 pm for 6pm pickup to be ready at 6:45, they expect you to stand and wait forever. When I queried I was simply made out to be argumentative when all I was going was asking where our order was, No understanding in timings and what they can manage, they just expect you to stand there all night. Terrible and we won’t be returning or won’t be recommending

I have recently visited this Establishment Twice and received Disgusting , Dry ,Salty and just awful. Speedy Wrap Garlic Mushrooms Cheeseburger Donner Wrap They only take cash which is very bazzar in 2024 don't waste your hard earned money here the service was crap aswell will definitely not be returning.

Warmly welcomed 31st January by the staff . Been updated since we last visited when it was Siskins. Nice booths to sit in . Menu wasn’t amazing -possibly a bit quirky as opposed to traditional which may work better particularly for lunch . Menu was more limited than the previous cafe . Burger and chips were tasty - a bit wet and sloppy perhaps . Sandwich was nice - egg mayo -couldn’t taste the black pepper mayo as advertised and bread a little dry although the accompanying salad and coleslaw was a welcome surprise ! Chunky chips wonderful . Not cheap at £32 for the above and two soft drinks but to be expected. A nice lunch but not spectacular as it was previously . We would visit again as we have a bench here -so it’s convenient . Some homemade cakes on display I would imagine would sell very well too !

Order took over an hour and a half to arrive. Food cold and frozen chips. Staff rude when calling for an update on the whereabouts of our order. Absolutely awful avoid.

Ordered Senior roast beef Sunday lunch with roast potatoes instead of mash or boiled. When it arrived there was one small roast potato, frozen peas, frozen sprouts and soggy carrot sticks. Roast beef was Ok, stuffing was tasteless and Yorkshire pudding was acceptable. Really disappointed as have visited in the past and enjoyed.

This was the worst Takeaway I have had. The food hub system didn't place a full order and I Indeed shish kebab and git beef instead of lamb, it was disgusting, I threw it all in the bin!

Average Spoons that does not lend itself to a comfortable layout. Many smaller rooms none of which are well laid out.

I enjoyed my lunch at Mrs Wilson's. It's a very impressive room, but still feel welcoming and comfy. The manager and waitresses were all polite and friendly. I had a "half and half" of soup (tomato & basil) and toasted sandwich (mozarella & pesto), which were very nice, Then a very good decaff coffee.

If you want a special meal with great food and fantastic service, don't go to The Trout. We were a family of 5, and we were all so disappointed with our experience. We waited almost an hour for our food, and when it arrived it certainly wasn't 4*. After we got our meals we were ignored by the staff. Nobody checked whether the food was nice, the plates weren't cleared after we finished eating, we weren't asked if we wanted more drinks, or desserts or coffee. And when we paid, the restaurant manager charged us for another table's food! This hotel has really gone downhill. Save your money and go elsewhere. We don't recommend it and won't return.
