I phoned around about 21:40, I didn’t get the order till 23:18 half of the food was missing I am never ordering from here again very disappointed chicken wasn’t cooked properly

Ordered online for delivery says 45mins delivery ended up taking over 2 hours. When the food eventually came the chips were not even cooked.

Me and a friend were staying nearby and decided to call in for a takeaway. Placed our order in store and was told it would be around 10 mins. 25 minutes later we were given our food, both food orders wrong and kebab wraps were marginally bigger than a sausage roll. Took the order back to the shop to be told they couldn't refund and would remake the order which we declined and requested a refund again which they did begrudgingly.

Delivered to a town nearly 10 miles away, was also quick , delicious and cheap. What more could you ask for ? Belter

Ordered food nearly 1 hr 45 mins ago... Still waiting. Phone has been "line busy" since it closed an hour ago... cant even ask where the food is? Going to bed as were sick of waiting! Really poor service.

Ordered tonight at 7:15, I called at 8:40 to see if the food had went outnfor delivery yet to which I was told it was going out on the next delivery. I called again at 9:30pm to cancel the order as it was over 2 hour's waiting at this point, I was told it was too late to cancel because the food was being cooked now, when the man earlier on had said it was going out for delivery? Apparently they have a new delivery driver and they didn't want to give him too many orders at once which is fair enough but why lie 45 minutes earlier that my food was ready and waiting on delivery. Very poor service tonight. Food finally came at 10pm, nearly 3 hours after ordering, driver was apologetic but when we opened our order 2 dips were missing and cans of pop weren't what was asked for, very disappointing.

One star is generous. Ordered a chicken fajita wrap which states comes with Mexican spices, sweet peppers and onion. I opted out of salad and chose not to have either chilli or garlic sauce. The delivery was 45 minutes late so the food was stone cold, the wedges were barely cooked and the wrap was literally just plain chicken, no onion or peppers. When I rang to get this sorted none of the staff were trained to do anything about it even though the person (rudely) told me this had happened multiple times. Save your money.

Got my order delivered not long ago, I ordered loaded chips everything was burnt it was disgusting, underneath the chips it had tomato purée everywhere couldn’t eat it that’s how vile it was I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from there.

Every time we order it literally takes hours to deliver. Was definitely the last time!!

The woman on the phone was awful Telling me that cant Deliver to this address but I get it Every week It looks like I won't be ordered at this place again.

Ordered two hours in advance to avoid delays, arrived forty minutes to early, I was then promised it would arrive on time, it didn't, then I got violent knocks on my windows and doors at half hour past due time Inspected origanal delivery, chips barely cooked and its just a general mess. The worst was the violent window and door knocking.

Tried to give it half a star but wouldn't let me. Ordered through justeat and it took 2hrs 24 minutes to be delivered. Turned up cold and wet. Unbelievable

absolutely shocking i put in a order for delivery at 10 and i rang 4 times asking where it is they said it was dispatched then proceeded not to even deliver the pizza diabolical

Wow what can I say, the girls in chatanooga have outdone themselves again, the food was bloody beautiful, certainly best in town and surrounding areas, was piping hot and lots of it all made fresh to order.

Just stopped by on my way home from work after looking up to see if they were open. Website said open till 11.30pm I thought great 😊, parked up outside sign on the door says open and I can see someone cooking on the grill. Walked in at 10.45-10.50 ish to be barked at rudely that they were closed despite all signs saying they were open and she was still cooking. Won’t be trying there again I’ll stick to Pedros next time.

Walked in for a pizza on Christmas Eve and was rudely told they weren't taking orders. Had we been spoken to nicely that's fine, but it was rude and no apology. I'd definitely recommend Pedro's next door where the service is friendly and helpful.

Opened door, female very rudely said without an order, nothing further could be ordered. No apology, nothing - poor way to run a business. I went to Pedros two doors down, very friendly, efficient and cheaper too. Pizzas at Pedros very delicious and highly recommended. PS to the bloke claiming I am a competitor - I am not! If Chattanooga opened in Greater Manchester, it would easily go out of business in days as the takeaway places there are far superior to this place. One to avoid sadly!

Brilliant pizza - very consistent quality and delivery drivers are always polite. I can only imagine some of the reviews on there are from competitors as opposed to actual customers. This is an updated review on 5th Aug ‘21

My Experience With This place is from a while ago but man I have had the worst experience. when I first would get from This takeaway it was alright but then I got bad. One night I had pizza from This place only to wake up the next day with stomach pain although I didn’t have food poisoning still wasn’t pleasant the pizzas are fatty greasy and disgusting. Chips are decent garlic bread definitely better than pizza. Never again will I buy from this place. Pizzas guaranteed to make you to feel sick and have stomach pains from how oily and greasy the pizzas are.

Food was cold and extremely greasy when it arrived. We had to pour the oil from the onion rings. No salad or garlic mayo came as requested. They had no pizzas or garlic bread. 1 he we waited for an awfully cold. Poor quality meal.

Fabulous food delivered on under an hour in these circumstances (COVID-19 pandemic) what can we say!!! Thank you guys, really appreciate tasty, fresh, scrummy food being available, you deserve medals for working in today's scary world ♥ and the food was amazeballs, lots of choice, we had two lovely thin based pizzas, plenty of lovely fresh toppings, no problem adding or changing toppings, and a cheesy garlic bread too. All Reasonably priced too, shall be ordering again soon. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered food at 7.36pm and it's now 20.40 and still nothing rang them at 8.15pm said wouldn't be long you have got 10 mins if not you can take it all back.. shocking no happy at all

Delivery was a joke called 3 times in 2 hours when theybfinally answered, obviously forgotten, waited longer for a cold meal which had sat for a while as it was all stuck together disappointed to say the least .

ordered lastnight.. 28.11.17 got a garlic bread and doner meat.. my partner got doner kebab n pineapples my doner meat was stone cold and my partners my garlic bread was hard n cold!! and this morning am in paint with my stomach from there food.. will not be going again

Halal meat sold here primarily Chicken. Stop by Tourist's, it's close to the visitor attractions, Museums, & Fish Park. Chattanooga has Hot Uniformed Staff in Purple 🆒🍟🆗🕓🕛 Open from 4 pm till 11pm on some days or Midnight on really busy days in the Calendar year. Stay in touch for more accurate closing times if you become a regular customer!
