The best restaurants in Silksworth Sunderland North East

Order some meal deals to pick up to and eat at the park. We ordered a hot pork sandwich, crab salad and ham and cucumber for the little one. All came with crisps a cake (we all got the pink slice) and a drink. The bread was soft and fillings plentiful and delicious there was even enough left over to give the birds some bread.

Always 5 star food, service and atmosphere. We come every 2 weeks and not been disappointed yet. Wheelchair accessible too! Today I had the crispy chicken flatbread special and it was absolutely fabulous! Big up the chefs! ❤️

Visité aquí un par de veces y nunca me decepcionó, pero tengo que decir que sobresalieron en el Día de la Madre. A pesar de estar muy ocupado, el servicio era excelente, el personal era muy amable y atento. Mi esposo y yo tuvimos la cena asada, nuestra hija tenía pasta, toda la comida era tan sabrosa y caliente, porciones muy generosas también. Definitivamente volveré.

The Fleece known locally as the “Dyke” Great local pub in Silksworth, great pint, reasonable prices. Some good bands play here also darts and pool nights. Great atmosphere and lovely service from the bar staff Colleen and Mary. Recommended 👍

Nan bread not cooked still like dough. Curry so thick it was just coating on food so looked and tasted horrid . Called asked for resolution said if we give food bath get refund . I said boxes in bin so difficult , didn’t offer to bring new boxes just said no refund then. Would not recommend

Items claimed to be in a box not in for example chicken dips ect rang shop said they don't put that in, even tho these items are stated on JUST EAT menu ... the food was awful ended up in the bin shop attitude was rude and abrupt and actually sent picture to justeat recieved refund then reorderd food from a different place don't waste your money ! And the delivery was late by 15mins never again will I order from this place.

Horrible staff with horrible attitude (not all of em) an item from my order was missing but I only noticed when I got back home and I wasn’t gonna make another trip to the shops again so the next day I informed them of what happened and demanded that I get what I paid for but they made it feel like I was scamming them and no one took it seriously. Never coming back there ever and tbf the food wasn’t great in the first place

Avoid this place worse than the plague. Took 8 mins to order food (concetrated on drive thru) then 25 mins to get cold food dint even bother takin it bak due to dint have time t wait t get more cold food

Tengo un comedor quisquilloso y mi hijo comió una pizza de pollo de 10 "completa de este lugar que en mi opinión dice mucho (cortezas y todo) mejor kebab que he probado en mucho tiempo obtuvimos el naan baab, el pollo era jugoso y el naan estaba recién hecho y era muy suave, los precios están en el lado más alto, pero pagas por la calidad, ya que he pagado más barato en el pasado en otros lugares, solo para estar decepcionado, pero este lugar no decepcionó, hemos estado dos veces en 2 semanas y ambas veces excelente calidad sin duda volverá!

Not impressed at all , apart from the building and cafe layout , which was very clean . Staff were helpful and pleasant , but , unfortunately the food (sausage and tomato pie) was awful , as was the ‘Cappuccino , probably from a sachet . The other items on the menu may well have been very nice , therefore my review is for the ‘ Pie’ and coffee alone , can’t comment on anything else . Won’t be paying a second visit ….. sorry .
