McDonald's in Sunderland

Really rude staff, called about a problem with the delivery through the McDonald’s app as they gave my mam the wrong order, was told there was nothing they could do and had the phone put down on us mid conversation. Very very rude.

Spend most ya life in the drive thru

Drive thru is fine. Most of the staff are kind.

Had no fizzy drinks only milkshakes and hot drinks

not sure if the workers here are blind are not. ask for a burger with no pickles, mustard etc and you are more than guaranteed to get that on your burger. if you're ordering you will definitely be waiting at least 40 mins for freezing cold food to arrive

We been Friday night for a meal and my little one has been food poison. I recommend avoid this place

Have been to this McDonald's many times with my two boys as live locol. There are usually some small issues however there was not any today and everything was great! What really made our visit lovley was the Young man who took my order on the drive through. He really made us all smile he was so pleasant and polite it took us all by surprise as this is not normally the level of costumer servace we receive. I'm not one to normally leave reviews but I thought this young man should get some recognition for his possitive attitude and great customer servace. His name was Tom

burger was good, chips Luke warm. cola no uce and was flat

I have ordered the Latte Coffee regular. When I got my order I have opened my coffee lid to see coffee quantity but it’s disappointed me the coffee quantity was low I felt un happy.

Order was placed and received within 20 minutes however when it arrived there was dips missing and the food was cold

Always get your order wrong and have no accountability. I’m sat here right now waiting for an order they got wrong for delivery. Great way to spend my day off with family There’s a reason your working there

When ordering via an app, have it be delivered from another store. Orders are consistently incorrect and clay cold, not helped by poor delivery and service from Uber.

All drinks below the 0.5l line and they refused to top up unless I agreed to add more ice. Rip off

Every time I go to this McDonalds there is always something wrong with my order. Which is more annoying because it my nearest one and convenient. I’d say 1 out of 10 orders have being right. Items missing, not the right custom items which is more annoying and frustrating as I have an intolerance to some ingredients. This place is honestly shocking and management should really do something about it as from looking at the reviews I’m not the only unsatisfied customer.

Ordered from mcdonalds app... staff must be thick as mince... missing 1 big mac from an order of 2... guess can't ask for too much 1 out of 2 arrived with ice cold fries.... Uber refund burger but not delivery or service fee so to get my food I'd need to reorder and repay.....

Food regularly incorrect or incomplete. Managed & staffed by kids, who clearly just don't care. Really needs a responsible adult to take charge, maintain standards and keep the children in check. Staff can be heard swearing, clarting about and obviously not concentrating on getting orders right.

Wow this is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been too and it disappoints every time. I’ve said it to myself I’m never going again. Clueless workers, the order machine has been broke for 11 months if u want to put your code in, card machines always down and the app constantly glitches there which makes it almost impossible to use offers etc I don’t know why they can’t fix their problems but save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else as here you will be trying not to drive off a cliff after a trip to North moor McDonalds

Ordered a triple burger for delivery. Order turned up. Stone cold double burger. Not what I ordered and certainly didn't want a cold one. Disappointed to say the least. Straight from delivery driver to bin.

Absolutely useless. Ordered a q pounder with cheese meal and received a double q pounder with no fries. it's not that hard

It's OK however they now charge way to much for food? Not sure they think they are a posh restaurant or not but it's 💯 not worth what they charge value is as low as possible. Atmosphere is also 1 star there's no human feelings from the workers. You can tell it won't be long until the robots take over everyone's job in macyds they are certainly going that way😒

Absolutely atrocious. AGAIN!! Food missing!!! Cold Food! When you order on the mcdonald's app you're told to contact uber they tell you to EMAIL mcdonalds, no-one answering any phones.. if I could swear I would.. ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Stick to ordering via Justeat. Atleast you know you're gonna get somewhere.. I can't stress this review enough... it happens time and time again. If I could give them No stars I would. every time i do a click and collect order, i have to check it for missing items. this time two items missing. i can’t believe it every time i go hence me writing this review just to warn others. so please check your orders. and mcdonald’s please review the way your staff prepare orders to make sure paying customers get what they ordered first time

ordered a 9 piece McNugget meal and only got 8 chicken nuggets I also ordered 1 large smarties McFlurry and came in the large carton as should but only filled less than half way.

Fries missing from both meals!

Ordered via the McDelivery app. Should have received a 9 Chicken Selects Box, got 9 McNuggets instead. Tried phoning, phone didn't connect. UberEats also on hold for far too long. Ticket has the right order. Not hard to read "9x Selects" and put Selects in the box.

chicken strips so dry £5.99 for 5 cant even swallow them with out a drink no juice in them and they don't know what plain means in a burger please double quarter pounder with cheese only .... free mustard and dill pickles .. and cant even ring the restaurant pfft !

Waited 40 mins for for an order that’s down the road. Put directions to the notes to the SHOP SWEETIE. For the food not to be delivered. Delivered to the wrong address Rang the shop and no answer. Fuming still waiting

Worst McDonald’s iv been too. Drive through time is disgusting, the attitude of the staff is terrible, don’t even get greeted at the window when picking food up. They just say “there’s “YA” food” drinks always half full, chips always cold. It’s getting more expensive to go there. It’s full of teenagers with no manners. Will not be going back to this terrible place.

The food was surprisingly cold!? Especially the fries. And I received a bottle of water instead of a banana milkshake ☹️ 1st time using MacDonald’s . Really disappointed. Sorry to have to give this feedback. Wishing I’d stuck with Indian. £15 😖

FOOD DELIVERY HUB NOT THE RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!! Orded off the app, food came from the delivery hub, and I came to my door 1 hour late (not blaming the driver). food came, and the cold bag was split open. All the food was in the bag. i took it from the driver who cudent apologise more, so i jumped in the car and went down there to see what was going on the hub is very understaffed drivers are waiting in ques for orders all the readys order are on the counter just sat getting cold manger was just stood there doing nowt she needs sacking members of staff chewing gum rotten i asked some drivers out side how a fast food restaurant was so slow there reply was lazy workers well after what i seen was true from now on ill just go thru the drive thur no point paying for that service my food was redone i have pictures to follow id like a reply to this if you send me an email so i can have a chat (just look at all that food just sat getting cold the counter should be clear and orders should be out straight away) (VERY POOR MANAGEMENT)

Decent place, but as I walked in there was a man camping in the bushes next to some kids with a camera and a bottle of whisky.

Absolutely Day light robbers & refuse to answer the phone.. changed far too much for my order & rang n rang n rang them but they just keep cutting phone off and dont get to speak yo anyone !

Food was fine and usual quick service but I would avoid at all costs kids throwing stones in car park, riding bikes around dangerously, security guard wasn't interested in stopping it almost a ghetto area didn't feel safe and thought my van was going to get damaged

Waited 35 mins for our order when we visited. When asked where our order was they stated they were waiting for the apple pie to be cooked... Miraculously a minute later our order came out freezing cold. It seems if it gets too overwhelmingly busy then staff can't cope

No straws for the drinks how can you drink the milkshakes without them ridiculous

Both medium fries were freezing, the big Mac and mcchicken sandwich were cold and there were no large fries or tomato dip that comes with mozzarella bites.

at this point, it's ridiculous how wrong they get your order i asked for: chicken big mac, large fries, large coke and i got: beef big mac with no bun, apple and grape bag, and a large sprite all workers here need a visit to specsavers, i don't know how you can get nothing correct and get it THAT wrong, and who on earth gets a burger with no bun??? + after all this, they don't even refund me because it was 'my fault'????

Easily the worst McDonald’s in the area for service! Drive through takes far too long to get service and when you click and serve it’s just ridiculous! Ordered 2 coffees for click and serve and waited in a bay for over 20 minutes for them! Think this site need new management because the ones in here just haven’t got a clue what they are doing

Only delivered pop no food at all there was 80 pounds worth of food missing totally disgusted with this service and delivery driver was very rude

When i ask for a large meal, i would like what i ordered. Not once have i ever asked for a small fries in a large carton, that’s just not the sort of thing i do. Also, and i know this is a radical concept, but do you think at some point in the future you will start serving hot meals at the drive-thru? That could be a game changer for you.

I never ever want to put a bad review against a company as I work in the food industry myself, but every single time I have placed an Uber delivery it is always missing at least one item. I work with Uber and just eat deliveries, It's not hard to read the receipt and double check.

Ordered on the app and had my food delivered to my outside seat so I didn't have to leave my bike..all served with a smile 😄

Very incompetent staff working were do you get them from a lucky bag? Three separate occasions of the drive through service was used to get home to realise things have been missing from the order. Staff are very rude when bring order to the car then to get told another staff will follow with the drinks or another item from the order. Terrible service and customer service from this branch. Ordered from the app in advance and still sat waiting for over 30 minutes and food came very cold.

Sent me the biscoff milkshakes instead of the strawberry milkshakes I ordered.

North moor McDonald's, very popular & always busy,i cant rate inside cos always use driv thru which is very good quick service and also very busy.

driver refused to deliver to the house and made us go out and collect it from his car when members of the household are disabled and struggle to do so.
