We waited 30 minutes for two mac flurrys and a drink we asked one of the managers she went off but didn't come back to us I will never be going back to this place and wouldn't recommen it to anyone.

Quick to get orders food is goated and service is the best but it's always crowded with wannabe thugs

It's really upped it's game since it's been improved

Food was absolutely freezing cold . No dips which I specifically requested absolutely disgusting I refused the order

Bearing in mind this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant 🤔 wot a joke ordered on app for click & serve waited 15minutes and still had to go in and ask where my order was!! Finally got order 2 things and they were luke warm 😬

It's OK however they now charge way to much for food? Not sure they think they are a posh restaurant or not but it's 💯 not worth what they charge value is as low as possible. Atmosphere is also 1 star there's no human feelings from the workers. You can tell it won't be long until the robots take over everyone's job in macyds they are certainly going that way😒

I have rang several times to tell them I have items missing from my order but there poor lack of customer service has shown clearly since there was NO ANSWER.

Absolutely atrocious. AGAIN!! Food missing!!! Cold Food! When you order on the mcdonald's app you're told to contact uber they tell you to EMAIL mcdonalds, no-one answering any phones.. if I could swear I would.. ABSOLUTE JOKE!!! Stick to ordering via Justeat. Atleast you know you're gonna get somewhere.. I can't stress this review enough... it happens time and time again. If I could give them No stars I would. It's obviously the staff who aren't up to the job. Date of visit: July 2024

every time i do a click and collect order, i have to check it for missing items. this time two items missing. i can’t believe it every time i go hence me writing this review just to warn others. so please check your orders. and mcdonald’s please review the way your staff prepare orders to make sure paying customers get what they ordered first time

ordered a 9 piece McNugget meal and only got 8 chicken nuggets I also ordered 1 large smarties McFlurry and came in the large carton as should but only filled less than half way.

Fries missing from both meals!

Ordered via the McDelivery app. Should have received a 9 Chicken Selects Box, got 9 McNuggets instead. Tried phoning, phone didn't connect. UberEats also on hold for far too long. Ticket has the right order. Not hard to read "9x Selects" and put Selects in the box.

chicken strips so dry £5.99 for 5 cant even swallow them with out a drink no juice in them and they don't know what plain means in a burger please double quarter pounder with cheese only .... free mustard and dill pickles .. and cant even ring the restaurant pfft !

I ate my luke warm meal & within minutes vomited it all back.

food was cold had to be reheated in microwave. no ketchup with order and receipt didn't acknowledge that it given a tip to driver or other fees I'd paid

Waited 40 mins for for an order that’s down the road. Put directions to the notes to the SHOP SWEETIE. For the food not to be delivered. Delivered to the wrong address Rang the shop and no answer. Fuming still waiting

Worst McDonald’s iv been too. Drive through time is disgusting, the attitude of the staff is terrible, don’t even get greeted at the window when picking food up. They just say “there’s “YA” food” drinks always half full, chips always cold. It’s getting more expensive to go there. It’s full of teenagers with no manners. Will not be going back to this terrible place.

The food was surprisingly cold!? Especially the fries. And I received a bottle of water instead of a banana milkshake ☹️ 1st time using MacDonald’s . Really disappointed. Sorry to have to give this feedback. Wishing I’d stuck with Indian. £15 😖

FOOD DELIVERY HUB NOT THE RESTAURANT!!!!!!!!! Orded off the app, food came from the delivery hub, and I came to my door 1 hour late (not blaming the driver). food came, and the cold bag was split open. All the food was in the bag. i took it from the driver who cudent apologise more, so i jumped in the car and went down there to see what was going on the hub is very understaffed drivers are waiting in ques for orders all the readys order are on the counter just sat getting cold manger was just stood there doing nowt she needs sacking members of staff chewing gum rotten i asked some drivers out side how a fast food restaurant was so slow there reply was lazy workers well after what i seen was true from now on ill just go thru the drive thur no point paying for that service my food was redone i have pictures to follow id like a reply to this if you send me an email so i can have a chat (just look at all that food just sat getting cold the counter should be clear and orders should be out straight away) (VERY POOR MANAGEMENT)

Decent place, but as I walked in there was a man camping in the bushes next to some kids with a camera and a bottle of whisky.

Absolutely Day light robbers & refuse to answer the phone.. changed far too much for my order & rang n rang n rang them but they just keep cutting phone off and dont get to speak yo anyone !

Food was fine and usual quick service but I would avoid at all costs kids throwing stones in car park, riding bikes around dangerously, security guard wasn't interested in stopping it almost a ghetto area didn't feel safe and thought my van was going to get damaged

Waited 35 mins for our order when we visited. When asked where our order was they stated they were waiting for the apple pie to be cooked... Miraculously a minute later our order came out freezing cold. It seems if it gets too overwhelmingly busy then staff can't cope

No straws for the drinks how can you drink the milkshakes without them ridiculous

Both medium fries were freezing, the big Mac and mcchicken sandwich were cold and there were no large fries or tomato dip that comes with mozzarella bites.

at this point, it's ridiculous how wrong they get your order i asked for: chicken big mac, large fries, large coke and i got: beef big mac with no bun, apple and grape bag, and a large sprite all workers here need a visit to specsavers, i don't know how you can get nothing correct and get it THAT wrong, and who on earth gets a burger with no bun??? + after all this, they don't even refund me because it was 'my fault'????

Easily the worst McDonald’s in the area for service! Drive through takes far too long to get service and when you click and serve it’s just ridiculous! Ordered 2 coffees for click and serve and waited in a bay for over 20 minutes for them! Think this site need new management because the ones in here just haven’t got a clue what they are doing

Only delivered pop no food at all there was 80 pounds worth of food missing totally disgusted with this service and delivery driver was very rude

I never ever want to put a bad review against a company as I work in the food industry myself, but every single time I have placed an Uber delivery it is always missing at least one item. I work with Uber and just eat deliveries, It's not hard to read the receipt and double check.

When i ask for a large meal, i would like what i ordered. Not once have i ever asked for a small fries in a large carton, that’s just not the sort of thing i do. Also, and i know this is a radical concept, but do you think at some point in the future you will start serving hot meals at the drive-thru? That could be a game changer for you.

Ordered on the app and had my food delivered to my outside seat so I didn't have to leave my bike..all served with a smile 😄

Very incompetent staff working were do you get them from a lucky bag? Three separate occasions of the drive through service was used to get home to realise things have been missing from the order. Staff are very rude when bring order to the car then to get told another staff will follow with the drinks or another item from the order. Terrible service and customer service from this branch. Ordered from the app in advance and still sat waiting for over 30 minutes and food came very cold.

not sure if the workers here are blind are not. ask for a burger with no pickles, mustard etc and you are more than guaranteed to get that on your burger. if you're ordering you will definitely be waiting at least 40 mins for freezing cold food to arrive

Sent me the biscoff milkshakes instead of the strawberry milkshakes I ordered.

North moor McDonald's, very popular & always busy,i cant rate inside cos always use driv thru which is very good quick service and also very busy.

driver refused to deliver to the house and made us go out and collect it from his car when members of the household are disabled and struggle to do so.

The most dangerous McDonald's in the north east, or so you would think with all the security, well they have security uniforms on and that's about it, couldn't stop an argument in a nursing home

Yet another extremely poor service experience at this outlet. Ordered online in advance, arrived just after midnight. The app advised to use the drive through as collection wasn't available. Got in the queue and after about 15 minutes advised the operator of my order reference number. Eventually got to the service window, given my drinks and asked to park up in bay 1 to await my food, the New bay 1 actually makes it difficult for others to pass, in particular vans, so had to move to bay 2. Eventually received my food in the bay from a member of staff comingoutside, so why couldn't I just complete the usual process when I arrived for collection? Anyway to make matters worse there was only one burger in the bag. My wife had to go knocking on the door to ask for the missing item. Probably a good 25 minutes to complete the process, fast food!! Arrived home to find the burgers were loaded incorrectly onions, mustard etc on the wrong burger. This isn't the first time that we have had problems with the a plain burger request. I despair sometimes with customer service at this and other McDonald's outlets.

Food was hot and tasty, didn't wait long, food delivered to table, friendly staff. Clean and tidy good parking. I chose a hot chocolate which wasn't great but everything else was spot on.

Meal was cold and inedible will not be ordering again. In fact I think you should refund my money, Alyson Cahill 3 Greenwood Ave Houghton Le Spring DH4 5DF.

Don’t know why people expect McDonald’s food to be delivered hot. It’s not even still hot when you pick it up and drive home! I really enjoyed it and so happy you eventually deliver to me even though we can only order after 10:45

This is Sunderland’s worst McDonalds every time you order food either they miss all the dips or they leave an item out, personally I would advise not to use any type of delivery and just drive there but be advised they still manage to miss something so always check before leaving.

Normally good service, avoid Friday & Saturday night (with family) as it's like a youth club, lots of kids hanging about swearing. Security guard on site seems like their pal?

Amazing me and my friends went yesterday Wednesday 7th February 2024 for the return of the breakfast wrap the staff from 07:25-08:00 were fantastic I’ve never seen service like it , it was still dark and we were 3 teenage lads most would be fuming to be at work at such a time and even more angry when 3 teenagers walked in at such an hour but they weren’t smiles all around lovely attitude made my day it was an amazing way to start off the morning and any staff who was there at that time deserves applause I’ve never seen such a great atmosphere at a Macdonalds in my life fantastic services and workers Also breakfast wrap spot on delicious

Got a chicken combo and 2 double cheeseburgers revived one chicken select box not 2 20 chicken nuggets with only 16 in box cheeseburgers didn’t come either and chicken cold £26 down the drain never again

Don't bother ordering for delivery. Multiple items missing every time, even the delivery driver said they were useless. Big avoid

10/10 prefect forgot my sauce but it’s not a big deal at all, couldn’t fault the food at all.

Ordered on the app got the delivery from a rude man, open the bag one of my burgers was missing tried to ring the location 2x to no answer not happy at all. Incompetence at every level!

Absolute last straw ordering from here tonight, Always something missing or wrong despite having the correct receipt, never get what we actually pay for and always just chucked in the bag, everything all over. A little bit of common sense wouldn't go a miss, drinks should be placed in a separate bag to stop spilling and soaking and ruining all the food! And please don't blame the delivery people, it's not them who pack it up!

Missing items of food and no sauce delivered? Has happened twice before but gave benefit of doubt, therefore not the first time this has happened and will not be ordering again.

Got given the wrong order, and when i told the driver that it wasn’t my order he laughed and drove away.

Definitely one of the better restaurants. Place was clean and tidy, tables wiped down etc, quiet and organized. I say that because many can be chaotic and often have stuff missing from the order. We'll done to the staff here.

Felt like I had to write a review based on a visit on January 2nd. What my husband was most impresses with was how professional the staff were despite the unreasonable behaviour they faced by someone making a complaint. The staff were polite and friendly and working hard
