McDonald's in Sunderland

This must be the worst local McDonald's in the area. Every order i have via just eats is missing items. Never get it right. See every review says the same!

Northmoor Mcdonald's hot chocolate taste is really bad. Its taste like hot water.

Food was as expected but why the coffee is always cold is beyond me

Went with my aunt who is in a wheelchair couldn't get in as there is no ramps or disabled access need to rethink the access

Would be overall great experience if it wasn't for the kids hanging around shouting abuse at staff and causing havoc

bsolutelt rubbish do t even answer when they get an order ewrong. literally rang up beforehand to be sure they got the order correct and they still got it wrong. then when rerang they were absolutely no help. absolutely shocking, half the order missing

Just wanted to give a thank you and positive review for the excellent, quick service & hot food I received on 08/02. The young guy whom served us was fantastic-I believe his name is Kian. The restaurant was really busy as you would expect on a Saturday afternoon & I explained I needed the food as quickly as possible as I had 10 children to feed. My son’s birthday party was being held at the nearby ski-slope. It was a really large order & Kian swiftly got to it. He helped me back to the car with eveything too! I was only gone 10 minutes & returned with hot food for hungry kids & the order was spot-on too. Thanks so much Kian. You made a 10 year olds birthday party run smoothly 👍🏻😊

second time ordering from McDonald's and it's always the same they miss items off

Disgusting service from a woman who speaks to you with no respect talking to me like im a child !! Says manager on her badge sure it said jen or jane oviusly need to have a look into her behaviour she was wearing purple eye make up on as when she was speaking to me eyes were fluttering also wearing glasses its sad to say but ive always had good customer service off all the younger people in there very disappointed and wont be returning!!!

Undelivered multiple issues with McDonald’s

I placed a order for it to have items missing again. Can't get in touch with restaurant and can't get a refund. Just paid nearly £10 for fries and a hot chocolate. Only plus was quick delivery, which was thanks to the delivery driver, and this time I got the sauce I ordered (for a change).

Food freezing even tho it was drive thru and only live 5mins away .

All ways get your order wrong and I have ordered food for delivery and their was items missing so I rang the shop just for them to say their can't do nothing I had to ring Uber eats to get a refund so I did that and I still have not been given a refund or the food I ordered

Really busy McDonald's and the car park is ridiculous. If you park facing the road in then the drive thru queue blocks you in. Wasn't great food either.

FOR NORTH MOOR DELIVERY KITCHEN. NOT RESTAURANT. FOOD ARRIVED COLD. MISSING FOUR ITEMS. WAITED ON HOLD FOR AN HOUR ONCE WE ACTUALLY FOUND OUT HOW TO CONTACT SOMEONE. THEY WONT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE COLD FOOD BUT REFUNDED THE MISSING ITEMS. DONT ORDER FROM HERE. ITS NOT WORTH THE STRESS FOR A COLD BURGER. WE WONT BE AGAIN. MISTAKES HAPPEN BUT SHOULD BE EASILY CORRECTED AND AN APOLOGY WOULD BE NICE TOO. ALSO THERE ISNT ANYWHERE TO GIVE THEM FEEDBACK.

The staff are friendly, wonderful, lovely and provide great customer service and delivery.

Driver did not deliver, claims order was left in a safe place, there is no safe place at my property, no phone call or anything

all food was there, spoke to staff over the phone because of trouble with missing items and Just Eat refusing refunds, staff was polite and helped alot, thank you to the staff and delivery was early and driver was polite and friendly also.

Ordered 2 meals and one didn’t have bacon in it so took it back instead of bringing it back to the table they left it on the bench and didn’t tell me the same girl came out a few times and saw me sitting still no burger husband had finished his so he went up and she said they tossed it away had to wait for another one being made ended up having to bring it home

Ignored twice whilst at drive thru another 2 cars were served before me on the other ordering point. No apology and made to wait again for food!!!

Just wanted to mention the exceptional customer service I received from Dillon in your Farra restaurant. He was so lovely. Polite and showed enthusiasm unlike normal people on the drive through! Give this lad a raise!

Really rude staff, called about a problem with the delivery through the McDonald’s app as they gave my mam the wrong order, was told there was nothing they could do and had the phone put down on us mid conversation. Very very rude.

not sure if the workers here are blind are not. ask for a burger with no pickles, mustard etc and you are more than guaranteed to get that on your burger. if you're ordering you will definitely be waiting at least 40 mins for freezing cold food to arrive

Seal was not tight on top, bag was unrolled & open on one side without breaking seel. Some kind of substance was on the open food (fries) saliva I think. I think delivery has spat in food because I didnt tip him.

He estado en McDonald's muchas veces con mis dos hijos como locol en vivo. Normalmente hay algunos pequeños problemas, sin embargo, no había ninguno hoy y todo fue genial! Lo que realmente hizo nuestra visita lovley fue el joven que tomó mi orden en el camino a través. Realmente nos hizo sonreír a todos que era tan agradable y educado que nos tomó a todos por sorpresa, ya que este no es normalmente el nivel de servicio al cliente que recibimos. No soy de los que normalmente dejan comentarios, pero pensé que este joven debería obtener algún reconocimiento por su actitud positiva y gran servicio al cliente. Se llamaba Tom.

I have ordered the Latte Coffee regular. When I got my order I have opened my coffee lid to see coffee quantity but it’s disappointed me the coffee quantity was low I felt un happy.

When ordering via an app, have it be delivered from another store. Orders are consistently incorrect and clay cold, not helped by poor delivery and service from Uber.

Every time I go to this McDonalds there is always something wrong with my order. Which is more annoying because it my nearest one and convenient. I’d say 1 out of 10 orders have being right. Items missing, not the right custom items which is more annoying and frustrating as I have an intolerance to some ingredients. This place is honestly shocking and management should really do something about it as from looking at the reviews I’m not the only unsatisfied customer.

Food regularly incorrect or incomplete. Managed & staffed by kids, who clearly just don't care. Really needs a responsible adult to take charge, maintain standards and keep the children in check. Staff can be heard swearing, clarting about and obviously not concentrating on getting orders right.

Wow, este es el peor McDonalds que he estado y decepciona cada vez. Me lo he dicho a mí mismo, nunca voy a volver a ir. Trabajadores despistados, la máquina de pedidos ha estado rota durante 11 meses si quieres poner tu código, las máquinas de tarjetas siempre están caídas y la aplicación falla constantemente allí, lo que hace que sea casi imposible usar ofertas, etc. No sé por qué no pueden solucionar sus problemas, pero ahórrate el trabajo e ir a otro lugar, ya que aquí estarás tratando de no conducir por un acantilado después de un viaje a North moor McDonalds

Ordered a triple burger for delivery. Order turned up. Stone cold double burger. Not what I ordered and certainly didn't want a cold one. Disappointed to say the least. Straight from delivery driver to bin.
