Waited far too long for my delivery. Over two hours. Would have been quicker making it myself

Unfortunately not very happy as order though Sunderland eats we ordered a chilli con Carney with chips and bacon and cheese panni , a chicken curry came with the panni we rang the shop up and they said ring tommrwo and we will give you a free chilli con cornet unfortunately my parnter now has to order somwhere else to eat as dose not like chicken curry

Breakfast sandwiches are the best very fast delivery service they missed somethings from my order due to the item not being in stock and they delivered to sandwiches for free the next day highly recommend

I got a all day breakfast and it was stone cold took up to two hours to arrive then to top it off the coffee had no sugar and no milk

Would not recommend this place at all! Yesterday I got a breakfast wrap and waited half an hour for it. So today I ordered one half an hour earlier over the phone to pick it up. However I arrived to pick my food up and I still had to wait an extra half an hour and my beans were cold! Would not recommend this place. Shocking service!

Hard to find a decent breakfast sandwich these days, however Roll With It have smashed it! Great products at great prices. Would definitely recommend trying!

Ordered on Uber eats and they deliver themselves, ordered at 10:40 it’s now 1:40 and it’s still not here I’ve rang multiple times and they’ve just said it’s on its way absolute disgrace does anyone know how to get your money back ?

Order came 3 hours late and 2 out 3 items in my sandwich were missing and food was freezing cold

Delicious food. The best tuna mayonnaise jacket potato I have had in very long time. All the deli fillers that are on display always look fresh and very appetising plus there is always a good selection. The staff are extremely friendly and always make you feel welcome. I have only been a customer for a couple of weeks but the friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff have made me feel like I have been a customer for years. I can say with all certainty that I am now a regular customer and would/will highly recommend this deli to anybody and everybody.

I FEEL LIKE ALL THE REVIEWS ARE FROM GOOD FRIENDS BECAUSE THERE DEFO NOT TRUEordered 2 breakfasts , now if I had paid £3.50 for it I would of been happy as u get what u pay for , my bill came to over 20 quid and when I pay over 20 quid for a brekky I’m expecting very good quality but what I got was a £3.50 average breakfast it was cold the bacon was very fatty and low quality the toast was inedible because it was that soggy the hash brown was soggy and inedible sausage had a funny taste cos low quality products, charging that much for a soggy inedible breakfast is crackaz like the price needs to be lowered or buy better produce if your gunna charge that much do some research and see how other 20 quid breakfasts look and taste this was a bog standard brekky that I would normally pay about 4 quid for off the burger van at work and it is nicer , also it was supposed to be a big breakfast? Where ? I’m still sat here starving and down £25 quid I’m a bit gutted that iv paid that much for nothing my friend didn’t eat much of his either cos he asked for well done bacon no fat but yous did the opposite and also soggy and cold. This is constructive criticism cos the staff who work there are actually lovely it’s just the food isn’t nice for the price I wouldn’t expect to pay that much for what it was and I’m annoyed .

Ordered a small order a salad and panini with chips. It was 45 minutes late the food was cold obviously not including the salad, and when the driver arrived he was rude and argumentative. Not impressed, first and last time I will order

Hadn't time to make lunch before leaving so had to order in, so glad i used Roll with it, great panini and the homemade wedge cut chips were delicious, plus the side salad came with the most creamy red cabbage coleslaw which i could have happily eaten a bowl of. Delivery was quick and food still warm, thanks very much, i will definitely order from again

The best breakfasts in Sunderland and topper service. Food is fresh and hot. Make a massive order for us every Friday and change whatever we request.

I have been in this venue a couple of times and the staff have always been lovely. But I have had that experience ruined today by what I could only assume to be the owner of the store shouting at their staff. I can understand if there’s been issues on multiple occasions but not really raising your voice and shouting abuse at your staff shouldn’t be stood for. And I’m surprised you still have loyal staff working there for you to begin with. This isn’t to knock the business everything can be improved with a little tlc at the end of the day you just need to treat your staff better.. My heart goes out to the staff you’re doing an amazing job!

amazing food order from her regular. i often take my 75 year old grandad who says its the best food hes had in 75 years, staff are lovely also

Third time from here, today lasagne chips and coleslaw. Outstanding and plenty of salad and coleslaw aswel ,all fresh and just yummy. Thank you will be ordering more often .

Absolutely beautiful. I had the chicken bacon burger with chips. They were more like wedges but so soft and fluffy. Lovely staff. Highly recommended.

We order from here to my work place all the time everthing I've tried has been beautiful but I must say the chicken curry rice and chips is a favourite with all us girls in the shop the homemade chips are unreal. The staff are always very friendly and professional the customer service is outstanding give this place a try you won't be disappointed xxx

I have never been to the restaurant itself. However at my place of work, we order from this restaurant almost every weekend. It has become our go to because of the amazing selection of food and amazing food quality. They have a great breakfast selection which is often included in my order. Without a doubt they sell the best homemade chips and coleslaw. Their food always fills me however its that could I always try to make room for more.

We had sandwiches from roll with it today and they absolutely delish and huge. The shop was immaculate and staff were very accommodating. I hope people reading will ignore the negative reviews from years ago, give them a try.

Was passing and felt peckish,and this place looked clean and tidy unlike many similar outlets,but that is where the positives ended. The ingredients were from the budget end of the market and were not as fresh as they should have been,especially the bread. The girl who served me didn't smile or interact with me or the other customer she served before me,and didn't wash her hands after handling food or cash,all of which in my opinion are cardinal sins if you are working in the catering industry and dealing with the public. I also feel I must comment on the owners shocking attitude to other reviewers on Tripadvisor in his previous response's,as they really should learn to accept constructive criticism,and ignore nasty comments,after all they have named this place"Roll With It"! Reading between the lines I get the distinct feeling that they have an inflated opinion of what they are doing,after all it's sarnies not high end fine dining.

Went in here with my wife and two kids, I had the ultimate cheeseburger with chips and it was absolutely delicious made with proper meat and fresh salad and lovely homemade chips , my wife had a crab salad which looked delicious and she said it was lovely and my two boys had chicken curry rice and chips which was huge!! They ate the lot ! The staff were really friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our food which, considering the shop was busy I was very impressed, the shop itself was very clean and tidy and the owner told us he'd just had a major refit, money well spent I'd say, overall a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Roll with it to all my friends

Don't go here what a dump I've seen cleaner tramps than this place and waited ages for a not so nice sandwich with a hair in it and I marked each one with a score of 1 that's because there were no minus numbers to choose, don't waste your time and money.

i popped in for a takeaway sandwich. Then I spotted the cakes yummy ice topped muffins. The staff were quick to take my order, then asked if i wanted brown or white roll, mayo or butter. Then which choice of filling. There were so many to choose from i chose the freshly grated cheddar and my choice of salad. As I'm watching my weight i chose the healthy option of brown bun no mayo, cheese onion, tomato, cucumber and lettuce. My husband who ordered the daily special of home made mince and dumplings was not disappointed. It came with freshly mashed potato not that powdered rubbish, carrots and peas, and gravy. Hubby also wanted a fresh coffee and cake. The food was so yummy and great value for money at £10.14. Will be telling back again

Myself and my colleagues have just taken delivery of a food order from Roll with It. absolutely great ingredients and lovely tasting food. Would highly recommend the Handcut homemade chips and the Ham and egg Salad on Brown with Mayo and black pepper. Will definitely be using again. Roll with it rocks.

Never experienced anything like it! Not only did 3 breakfasts take over 2 hours to arrive,it was cold and not of great quality but that wasn't the worst bit of the experience! Customer service was absolutely appauling, the staff were rude, unapoligetic and liars!!! I placed my order at 10.56am I rang 1 hour later at 11.56am to be told my order had left the shop, I then phoned again at 12.18 as my food still hadn't arrived and I expressed my frustration that I had now been waiting 1hour 20mins to be told they weren't doing it on purpose it wasn't their fault and in actual fact the food had not yet left the shop despite being told 20 mins previously it was on its way! 12.45 came around and still no food, phoned again to then be told in a very rude manner that it was my fault the food was taking so long because I should have phoned earlier and did I not realise they were busy! I said no I didn't because noone had informed me on the phone! I proceeded to voice my anger in the hope that someone would do something for the trouble but she said she can't do anything and did I want it or not! The food arrived at 1pm and I had to pay full price- £15.45 for 3 breakfasts that took 2 hours to arrive to be spoke to like crap and the food was cold and not of good quality! I will never ever order from roll with it again and I would advise others not to unless you want the worst customer service ever experienced!
