Very good taste and very worth prices

Been in the last 2 Saturdays and was told the last time that you are only allowed 3 items of salad , I’ve never been told this at other Subways . Each time , the price has been rounded up to the nearest pound as they did not have any change 🤷‍♂️. I won’t be going back .

Shop had ran out of lettuce so they sent cookies as a good will gesture ! How sweet

Missing a 6 inch ham from the order and all sandwich’s were cold

The sub wasn't toasted even though the receipt literally states that it's meant to be. The waffle fries were soggy and everything was freezing cold.

The two things I have problem with is that one I did not receive any kind of utensil fork or spoon in order to eat my salad and to one salad item was a sausage that came cold instead of warm,

Bread was stale and hard certainly not fresh today and the cookie wasn’t good either. Very disappointed

everything was wrong i got normal cheese and onion not over baked i got italian bread instead of hearty italian and i got lettuce instead of sweetcorn

The staff try to tell you how to have your sandwich, which isn't a problem if you are there in person cos can tell them no, this is how I want it. But through delivery it's just luck of the draw. Sandwich arrived stone cold and untoasted! My money is on the tall tanned guy, he gets annoyed if you tell him to do it your way and makes a terrible sandwich - never puts the fillings to the edge of the bread and didn't even cut it in half. Since when was making a sarnie so difficult?

this is the most depressing and scruffiest subway i’ve ever been in. every ingredient pot was empty and food spilled in all other containers

asked for onion and cucumber got neither in sandwiches

The food was absolutely awful. Stale bread. Not toasted. Meatballs tasted like they can out of a tin. Wrong flavour crisps. Cookie so hard I might use it as a door stop. Won’t be ordering again. Either this is a one off or subway have been cutting costs and reducing quality. Never again. Rank.

No chicken barely any salad, and not toasted as requested

Not sure why I bothered to try ordering from this subway. Last order was cancelled with no update. This one is all wrong. Ordered a bmt footlong meal deal. You sent the wrong drink and no crisps. Ordered crinkle chips .. they came stone cold. I ordered one nachos … they sent two. I ordered meatballs … haven’t came And you’ve sent the potato bites. They weren’t wanted. Just a waste. All that needs doing is a cross reference of the Order and what’s in the bag. Tried calling twice … no answer.

Lovely note on the package, only problem there was no egg or extra sausage in the wolf's sandwich, but what can you do. My sandwich was lovely.

My order was missing items. I did not get the full meal deal, it was missing orange juice.

Took over an hour to come from original ordering time- took longer than usual to assign driver, which I can understand sometimes happen, however Nachos were beyond soggy, sandwich chewing even though toasted. Felt it had been sat there a good while before driver was assigned.

Everything is stone cold and squished…and then too top it off all HOT food was placed on ice CLOD bottled drinks all in the same bag!!!

Single jalapeno added to meatball marinara without it being requested and looks as though it'd been thrown around the shop before leaving with the courier.

Delivery was perfect on time, order was shocking, no lettuce was on either of sandwiches, wrong drinks too, not worth the money would rather it back.

Just been in and it’s the Scruffiest subway I’ve ever been in. Ants around drink dispenser and bin. Floor dirty. No chicken or ingredients ready as greasy employee was too busy in doing just eat orders. Very poor service and the food we did get, the cookies I could have used as a door knocker and sandwich was a mess. Do not recommend to a friend.

Just been in subway and man behind the serving counter didn’t even take out order until 3 app orders. After these 3 app orders there was no chicken left and barley any ingredients left for us. Ant running round the bin due to the uncleanness.

I ordered a toasted sandwich not a dried out piece of wood! Unbelievable! And I dont understand why you drench it in sauce just to make eating it impossible. I am so annoyed! You charged me £20 for this, and theres more crumbs than sandwich. No one put any effort into putting the stuff in either left side meat right side vegetables?!

Pop was warm? Cookie was missing from the order, the cut wasn’t made all the way through the bread and sauces had spilled all over the bread ?

Salad bowl had little salad and drenched in dressing, also no poached egg I ordered which I paid extra for.

Driver was an absolute disgrace. Incredibly miserable. Do not send him to my door again.

Hash browns missing, 1 cookie was mush rotten cucumber in sandwich. Rang store spoke to Issac, advised that they don’t have hash browns available, apologised but said to contact just eat as I have basically paid £11 for 1 sandwich.

Hi I’ve previously been in contact about this , my order was completely wrong and I submitted for a refund rhat i was told I would be refunded and it still hasn’t can this be sorted please

Went in there today at 2pm. Messy public area at first sight. Still, was in need of something for my lunch. Ordered a 6" Tuna. "We've got no Tuna" and a blank stare. No apology, no nothing. The guy seemed fine having his friend just sat there and talking to her immediately before this. Customer service non existent. I find it hard they've ran out of tuna, but know it can happen. It's more the attitude that annoyed me hence the review.

Charged for 4 cookies which were not received, one sub had no sauce on, both contained olives which were not on the order. First and last time using this branch as all others manage to get the order right.

My little girl wanted a meatball marinara. The order was accepted and, instead of contacting me to say tey had meaatballs, a chicken sub was sent with a note saying "sorry no meatball, chicken sub instead". You can't just send something completely different.

Absolutely disgusting I ordered a meatball footlong! They put salami and ham in it and it was more juice than anything my bread was soggy and it was not eatable at all!!! My cookie was smashed up I did not ask for salami and ham I only asked for meatballs I have pictures of this disgusting sandwich! Went straight in the bin

Was provided with nachos with cold salsa, that is all. A cold sandwich when I asked for it toasted. I called the branch as was told to deal with it, put it in my microwave, of which I do not have! Then the women had the audacity to hang up the phone on me! Shocking customer service and outrageous how this subway can't fulfill simple orders, even tried to blame Uber eats! Laughing stock this branch - avoid at all costs!!!!

I've ordered food from this subway twice on uber eats. The first time, they put dairy cheese on the sandwiches instead of vegan cheese. If I hadn't noticed i would have been extremely ill due to an allergy. When I called to see what they could do, I was told that they "just haven't read the order". The second time, I paid for 12 inch sub which came as 6 inch, and for a litre bottle of pop, which I didn't get. They also put real chicken in what was supposed to be a vegan chicken sub. When I called they just didn't seem to care and said there was nothing they could do. I will not be using this subway again. Orders are clearly not read properly which could be dangerous for someone with a servere allergy

Staff seem disinterested and the sandwiches are messy when they make them. I've been to better subways.

Me and my boyfriend ordered two small meals from here through uber eats, I have no idea how they messed up so badly. Firstly they somehow managed to mix up our sale, sauce and cheese. Also the vegan cookies we ordered were actually chocolate meaning my lactose intolerant boyfriend felt sick the rest of the night.

The kids sandwiches are very poor.

One male server in particular is nasty and unpleasant. When asked if they did guacamole he deliberately lied and said they stopped doing it months ago. I only got it a week ago. Poor hygiene standards and I avoid going in of he is there.

I went in here on my lunch break on monday... the bread the meats and the salad were all uncovered. There was flies and wasps crawling over the food and bread. When I mentioned it to the staff and told them they will have to throw all the food away for health and safety the girl said she couldn't do that. There was a family in the queue behind me we all left the shop without buying anything. They have now lost a customer as I was there at least 3x a week. I have also warned my friends and colleagues as i dont want anyone to fall Ill

Very tasty menu, however they're never really hot after toasting. In fact, they're always cold by the time you walk to the car.

We have been regular visitors to subway, we like the salad boxes, special offers are salad or subs of the day. The food is always fresh. The bread is cooked through out the day. You can choose what goes in the salads and subs. A good choice of dressings is also available. You can also get meal deals. Cookies. And crisps.

I have just been into my local subway store and been refused the Easter offer of free kids meal with adult meal deal . It’s fulwell store in Sunderland . They are on the list of participating stores . But they said not taking part . Even pretended to check with manager out back . So I asked to speak to him then came back with his email address . This is the second time this store have refused me an offer saying not taking part . Sorry to say l walked out so you lost my business !

A big fan of Subway and Ideal having one just round the corner, always a good selection. Always Clean, great menu and good prices. Love the breakfast menu.

Le dijeron que él era su sandwich permite tomate en.Pues me hubiera aceptado esto, pero esta es la primera vez en dos años de ir a varios metros que él ha negado ensalada en su sub desayuno. Cuando le dije a la chica que ella simplemente se encogió.Si ella es justo, la franquicia no es coherente. Esto nunca ha ocurrido antes! Y clientes habituales.No volveré a esta tienda en particular.

This place is great, the staff are friendly and the food is brilliant. Plenty of food for vegetarians to get and healthy options like salad and brown bread. The prices are affordable. The prices could be more expensive and still worth the money! If you live near this place definitely try it out.

Good service from this subway store, served by the owner himself and let me tell you, he knows a thing or two about how to make a sandwich, this was a nice and filling lunch .

Regular visitor to various subways, big fan of flat bread sandwiches, almost always more than satisfied with both food and service. However, this subway serves up a meagre portion of salad, hardly any lettuce, etc., customer service poor, too!

got my subway sat down to enjoy it , sat on wet seat .. opened the wrapper for a meatball to fall out onto my childs hand, opened the sandwich to make sure all the filling was in properly as it was very hot and didn't want to risk my child getting hurt agen, she is only 2 years old, wen I opened the sandwich it came to my surprise to find 3 black hairs inside. I could be wrong however it seems to me like hairs had been put in the ingredients dishes purposely.

The staff in this subway are always smiling! Food is just like any other subway, great bread and most food is always available!! Never wait long either!

I offten visit as a treat with my two boys . The staff are always great with them. There kids meals are not bad either. However I have a stack off kids bags now!ha

Always a great lunch filler at subway and this subway is very handy situated on sea road just along from the royal marine, staff are very good , good value for money. so give it a go
