Items claimed to be in a box not in for example chicken dips ect rang shop said they don't put that in, even tho these items are stated on JUST EAT menu ... the food was awful ended up in the bin shop attitude was rude and abrupt and actually sent picture to justeat recieved refund then reorderd food from a different place don't waste your money ! And the delivery was late by 15mins never again will I order from this place.

Food said it had arrived on the app when it had not already late. When I called to ask if the food was coming the man I spoke to was rude interrupted me said the food was on its way and hung up. Clearly this was untrue as 15 minutes later the food still had not showed up. I contacted just eat who then said the food was now on its way and would be another 15 minutes. Food came cold and with the wrong items. The wrong rice was delivered and our order was missing chicken. Over half hour late and co

No food was delivered after 2 attempts to call the shop they said it is out for delivery however has been over an hour

Not as good as it used to be, small portions, quality just isn’t there. Used to be my go to place for a curry but won’t be ordering again

Ive looked at the recent reviews and it seems to be a common problem with this place , not enough meat in the curry i had about 3 pieces absolutely terrible, curry was nice and hot but disappointing

Beautiful came piping hot was delivered early only thing I would say is 3 bits of chicken in the tikka starter isn’t really enough too share other takeaway is normally 4-6 bits but was still nice

Did not get my full order missed out poppadoms also the cheese nan also small amount of what you pay for won't be ordering again. Disappointed

Very tasty but there wasn’t very much meat in any of the curry’s that we ordered which was a little disappointing given this of course is where the main value of the meal is.

Biryani and veg curry wasn't nice but everything else was (Korma, pilau rice and naan bread).

Very poor quality in taste not back again

Food gone badly down and place gone right down. Shop looks dirty and side ally used by staff disgusting. Awful naan and worse "chilli" pickle. Used to be regular here but never again. If the front is hap dash and dirty and the side ally like that who knows what is behind that door to the kitchen.

Very disappointed. Took 1 hour 45 minutes for my order to come. It was luke warm, no flavour and the keema naan was that over cooked it was like a popadom

Chips were scabby and dry and hardly any chicken in the tikka masala. Used to be lovely from here but was not impressed with it tonight 🙁

As good as eating in a restaurant, absolutely fantastic.

The food was quite bland and the curry sauce so thick but not really flavoursome at all.

Food unfortunately was the worst I've had yet. Normally spot on but that was just vile. Sauces were like water chicken tasted plastic and poppadoms were like rubber. Not good at all

Poor quality and taste for the 4 mains - lack of meat in the meals. Starters, naan - over cooked and dry. Rice - pretty decent. Tried the place but won't be returning.

Very poor quality from both dishes chosen. Lack of chicken and the taste of dishes well below expectations. Rice was the best part of the meal since Nan was also tasteless.

Not good food chips were refried and in old oil so had a fishy taste. Curry was bland with low to little taste and very little meat in the curry 4small 20p size pieces only thing good was delivery on time pretty much left the food after 2 fork fulls.

In honesty, you get what you pay for, 6 peice special for 16 quid, bland curry, burnt rice, chicken was meh, and even the naan bread was meh, I won't say 1 star because its unfair on them if so, but generally I'd rather pay probs 5 to 6 quid more and have a much more pleasant meal Sorry 😞 hope you can improve the food next time

Half the order was missing, when I called the restaurant they guy was quite rude saying it was impossible, that was the case the naan where in together couldn’t understand that it was just a naan that was missing other stuff as well. He eventually said he would call the driver and of course we’d been given the wrong order. They did eventually deliver the correct order but the food was cold, and the chicken in the curry had a weird taste. Order from them because the reviews score was high but honestly don’t think I’ll go back. Once heated the food was kinda edible and we were hungry but yeah wouldn’t recommend

We have been using this take away for quite a while but the last 3 orders have had items missing and yesterday the order was late and freezing cold and because it had been in the delivery car for a long time the packaging was damp and damaged. £30 wasted for the 3rd time.

Ordered a naan bab and got no chicken tikka and barely any doner meat, £12.50 for a bit kebab and chips apart from that it was nice

Order seemed rushed, aswell as the delivery driver,who practically threw it at me at the door,without word,slamming the gate. I normally give tip to any food delivery I order. The curry was tasteless and the poppadom was more rubbery than crunchy. Coming in from work to this i will not be ordering again from here.

Order was 20 mins late after it went to the wrong address. The Kurma had leaked everywhere. The Tikka masala was watery and Cold. I am really disappointed that i have had to take food out of trays and microwave it to warm it up.

Don’t ever order from this restaurant. Order came 2 hrs late. Rang 3 times and told conflicting information- they said it was on the way, said they misplaced the order and it was on the way!! clearly have no honesty! Half order missing and the fact most my guests have gone home as too late has just ruined my night. Thanks you dishonest Aroma Spice !

Really watery curry & mint sauce very little flavour in both quite disappointing really, samosa was nice don’t think we would order from here again. Delivery spot on though.

Food was nice however came cold. 30 minutes late even though order placed early. Not a great deal of chicken in the madras.

Chicken Tikka Masala and pilau rice was delicious and full of flavour. Unfortunately the Onion Bhaji’s were dry and soaked in oil so couldn’t eat them.

This place has went rapidly downhill both service and food items were missing and what we did receive was cold and tasteless hardly any sauce. When we rang about missing items staff were rude and seemed as if they just couldn't be bothered at all.

Paid £20 for this order, took over 1 hour 45 minutes to arrive. Food bland and missing the chips I paid £2.20 for. Will never buy from them again, I gave them the benefit of the doubt as suggested by a friend after previous problems. How wrong I was to order again. Ho and its about time JustEat vetted the their services, I for one won't ever be using JustEat (not) again.

First time trying this place.. and really disappointed.. won’t be eating here ever again.. Both prawn puri and chi chat were tasteless..onion bhaji was rock solid.. kg pr butterfly was really bad (smelt bad and got old chips stuck on batter) and I hate chips.. shammi and shk kebab tasted off.. whichever chef made this, needs to stop cooking.. think the owner should check up on his staffs cooking..

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our meal it was full of flavour, piping hot and of great quality. I have to say the chicken madras the the hottest curry I have ever had in my life, I usually ask for extra spicy however, on this occasion it would not be the case. I ate the whole thing and by the end I looked like I had just been for lip fillers 10/10

Only ordered nan bap. Still yet to have a good one in Sunderland. This was the worst one. The kebab tasted weird so couldn't eat it. The chips and chicken tikka where really nice but it only had 3 little bits of chicken in. I basically paid for a box of chips and nan. I'd have probably got a better deal getting the spicy tikka chips for 3x cheaper and might have got more chicken

Absolutely lovely food, especially the crab bhaji. We never go anywhere else.

Food was OK but rice hadn't been drained properly so plate was very watery. Mosala sauce wasn't thick enough either. Dansak was nice but again lots of water in rice.

Usually order from here often and food is 10/10 but todays order just wasn’t right. My rice had a piece of metal scourer in it. All of the food tasted soapy and an overpowering taste of lime on everything. Really disappointed with the food this time round

Normally excellent from here however the last two orders I’ve had have been disappointing. Mixed kebab starter normally comes with some grilled peppers, onions lots of flavours some extras,there was none of that, the salad it came with is usually lovely and fresh, this was just sad looking lettuce, not even a tom or cucumber like normal. The madras was just spicy water, like really watery- 0 flavour. the chicken wasn’t even as good quality as previous. I’m really disappointed because aroma was my favourite Indians for years, I gave them the benefit of the doubt the previous poor order but now again- I might have to find a new favourite. Very sad

Normally order here but tonight's was pretty awful. Don't know if a new chef but food had a very horrible smell on opening and when we tasted it, it was as if someone had spilled lots of salt into it. Unfortunately went in the bin, really disappointed as Normally its lovely. Hope it was a one off but now put me off ordering again

I was really impressed with everything connected to this experience and can confirm now I will definitely be using this method of ordering my takeaways again
