Never arrived they said no house number but on account number is clearly visible ?said they tried to phone but no missed call on phone Spoken to rudely by staff and was told order can be delivered if I pay a further £2.90. Disgusting service won’t use again.

Got a 14” pepperoni pizza with a tub of garlic sauce. Left a note to ask for a thin and crispy pizza base, and they made it, which I appreciated. Pizza tasted really good, has been my go to for a good 10/15 pizzas now. Wish they offered smaller tubs of garlic sauce on the menu as much goes to waste - but thats about the only bit going to waste. Might as well put thin and crispy bases on the menu while you’re at it cos I want it next week too 👌

Disgusting customer service! They Could not give a **** ordered food 9.20 waited until 11 before ringing as delivery was stating delayed (thinking they must be busy) rang and said because it’s a “new cash payment order” they ring to check it isn’t fraudulent ..1 i have ordered cash payment before and 2 They said they had called and got a EE voicemail not my number ..then blamed me saying I must have put the wrong number in just eat ..ordered here before no probs but if paying cash just go to bed

Ordered food over 30 pounds said get free cheese garil bread. Bur only got a plain garlic bread which was like rubber!!! My last 3 times from here have not been good! So no more now! Avoid i have seen many a person this happes to! They tell lies!

Pizza was disgusting. I really didn’t enjoy it, I ordered a chicken tikka pizza and it was covered in some sauce that completely overpowered the flavour of anything and it was DRENCHED in it. This mystery sauce was not in the description and had a foul sour taste. The chilli was completely flavourless and the garlic sauce wasn’t nice either.

Delivery driver was very nice, food was lovely and this is now our go to Chinese takeaway!

Had a 14” pepperoni pizza with a thin base from here and a tub of garlic. In addition, I was sent a 10” garlic bread for my order value. Paid £16.15 inc. deliver. So, great value for money. Decent delivery time but even still I’d let them off for it being slightly longer than some other because the quality/taste of the pizza I got last night was brilliant. I will have to eat here again to confirm but this restaurant might have the best alternative to Domino’s thin crust pizzas - my fave kind :)

Delicious everytime best place for chicken kebab

There was so much liquid in the salad and red cabbage that it made the bread so wet it was disintegrating and slimy. The liquid from it made it look like a pool of blood on the plate. I couldn't eat mine, it went in bin. Won't be ordering again from there

missed dips from the order but pizza's were excellent .....easy to miss parts of the order when it's busy

Last 3 times I’ve ordered from here the order has been messed up one way or another, been sent cheesy garlic bread instead of margarita pizza on 2 occasions and then no garlic was sent, that’s about £15 wasted

35 pence carrier bag charge even when ordering a pizza or a pick up. Piss take I think. I dont know of any other takeaway that makes this charge. Disgusting

They charge 35p for a carrier bag. How else do they think you are getting it home. Even if you order a pizza you get a 35 pence charge. When does a pizza need a carrier bag.no other pizza place does this. Come on. Get a grip

Usually order from here never had issues but this time the food quality was terrible. Kebab meat & cheese cold and tasteless, burnt chips, soggy nuggets and runny garlic sauce 🥲

No card machine onsite so had to order through Just Eat. Got home and realised I had been given the wrong pizza. This was changed when I returned it but an inconvenience. also, why such a massive difference in prize on Just Eat and in store? Unable to chose half half pizza on Just Eat. Staff were great but the overall service wasn't great! Thanks

Friday Night takeaway place to go. Only Pizza my kids will eat . fast delivery and drivers always have a smile on their faces.

Delivery time was quick however the delivery driver come down my street at 11pm, revving engine and also had music blasting, after delivering food, sat outside for a couple of minutes still with the music up very high that I could hear it from inside my house

Delivery was early but never again a always give it a chance and no more something simple to Cook of 2 bolognese and chips come cold very tomatoey cheese on top was stiff and had no taste wasn’t edible at all even got a free cheese garlic bread that was cold pay good money and nobody wants to cook decent food anymore or it’s rushed out the door a rather wait the hour to get decent food then me food coming early and being what it is tonight

Ordered at 8.20pm said would arrive 9.25/9.45pm didn’t arrive but said it had then had to phone up at 9.50pm and ask where it was they couldn’t find my order then after five minutes said they’ve found it and making it, so had to wait a further 45mins for food.

We love pizza planet never had anything negative to say. I understand they may of been busy today but I didn't get any Chilli I had paid for and it was about 40 mins late.

Waited over an hour and half to be told pizza was still not ready and to wait another 20 mins this will be nearly two hours for a pizza far from acceptable. I won't be using your company again.

I've never left a bad review about this place but this they have let them selves down. Late delivery by 30 mins and when the food came it wasn't that warm, I even had to reheat the pizza's and chips in the microwave. Very disappointed.

This pizza shop is usually great but tonight has let me down, pizza & chips were cool & the pizza was over done. Kebab portion seemed smaller than usual. Unfortunately couldn’t wait any longer as family was hungry. Gutted to say the least as normally it’s spot on, maybe a busy saturday night and next time will be better again.

Ordered at 19:15, called the shop at 20:45, said they were sending it out the door then (shop is 10 minute drive away) , now 21:05 and still not here, call to shop and they said order was on its way and they would give £7 off next order. Not sure I would be ordering again but at least they made acknowledged it. Order eventually arrived 2.5 hours later. Food was hot and decent.

I ordered a kebab pizza with extra garlic and got a Pepperoni pizza. I was too hungry to argue so I ate it anyway but I was disappointed.

Well… this place was AWESOME !!!!!! I loved watching the chef (name Mario) sprinkling the cheese on like sprinkles on a birthday cake the chilli sauce was magnificent as the chef slowed put it on I saw a sparkle of pure joy my only complaint is that when I took it to the beach a greedy seagull took it
