Best pizza shop in washington Fresh and nice

We ordered the pasta and it wasn't even cooked but was soggy The garlic bread with cheese on might aswell of just not had the cheese on there was so little. We spent £30 to get the free item. That never came either. Gone to just eat to raise a refund.

I ordered pizza from here yesterday I loved it, very delicious, staff member was lovely , today I microwaved the left over of my pizza and it is as fresh as yesterday . Well done guys.

Despite the negative reviews, I have been to this place multiple times, and they have never disappointed me. The quality has always been amazing. I had an "Pepperoni Pizza" and requested it to be a bit crispy, it was served exactly how I wanted. The chips were fresh, and they even gave me free sauces 😋

Disgusting always forget food, This place has gone from hero to zero, save your money, and go somewhere else. Pizza not cooked, chips like they been in 5 month old fat🤮 Come back Martin, been going since 1994, used to be the best Pizza shop around. beware of the fake 5 star reviews

Used to love going here but the food now is just terrible, wouldn't even give it to the dog it's that bad. £30 worth of food chucked straight in the bin as the owner refused to refund saying I was lying and there was nothing wrong with the food despite it being inedible.

Very poor pizza ordered two 12 inch ....Seriously ee have had much better frozen pizzas ...these two went in the bin....never again

Gave Stags one last chance tonight despite a few bad ones lately, the quindici was like a cheap frozen pizza, deep pan base rock hard, salad missing from the chicken kebab, the chilli sauce looks like it’s been kept in the back of the fridge for a week too long, like a solid paste, been going here since the 90s when my good friend Gary told us about a quindici he had , the good times have gone from stagioni and they aren’t coming back and either will we, wish I ordered on justeat to get some kind of refund

Ordered through the YoYo app - excellent service and my was pizza ready in 15 mins! One of the nicest take-away Pizzas, great service and good value- what more do you want?

Been this pizza shop for a lot of years. Since new management. It's now the worst pizza shop ever. Pizza and chips I got tonight went straight in the bin after 1 slice. Horrible food. Stay away ppl

Have used Stagioni for years, and since ownership has changed the quality of food has drastically gone down hill. Ordered recently and their tomato garlic bread is literally ketchup on top of a garlic bread. Prices up, quality down - will be going elsewhere.

What a shame it is to see such a great place being ran in to the ground from new ownership. We won't be ordering from here no more. We give stags one final chance tonight and yet again the failed to deliver the correct order. Same as the last 3 or 4 times. Missing items or totally wrong items. Food isn't as good as it used to be neither. When ringing to place an order, the bloke on the phone cant speak or understand English very well. This is clearly is the problem here. Very broken English. Having to repeat the order over and over again and it still arrives wrong somehow. When ringing back to explain that the order is wrong, he will be so rude, laughing, saying the order is right, I should repeat the order back, ( I did about 8 times). It's not his fault, I got what I ordered. Customer service is absolutely abysmal, can't get an order right and food is just not the same, so for them reasons, we will not be ordering from here no more.

Terrible, service and quality have slipped since they have been taken over, used Stagioni for years but won't be back.

Placed an order for delivery on just eat and just eat had to call the restaurant to confirm the order. 30+ minutes later, the order was cancelled. No explanation or contact.

Stagioni inferno pizza is a thing of beastly beauty. Wish it came in a larger size. Would thoroughly recommend.

Worst kebab I've ever ever had all curled up and extremely burnt to a crisp!

Absolutely abysmal value for money. Your chicken kebab comes with 6 tiny bits of chicken for nearly a tenner. Won’t go back

If you want a sloppy pizza that you have to eat with a spoon then this is the place for you.

Pizza was one of the best I’ve had in ages. The can of coke however couldn’t be opened as opener snapped off, looked mouldy. Chocolate cake was still mostly frozen but likewise from most takeaways. For the pizza alone, I would give it 5 stars.

Used to love this place its been in Washington forever but clearly now its under new ownership and the prices have increased and quality has dropped. £8 for a pepperoni pizza and 2 extra toppings of onions and peppers cost almost an extra £5. £13 for what resulted in a greasy bad tasting pizza, needless to say there's much better options in Washington.

Chicken Kiev pizza was delicious. The delivery man is so cheerful and lovely too. Thank you.

Oh dear I have used Pizza Stagioni for many years and it has been consistently good. Now in the space of 6 weeks Two out of three deliveries have contained burnt bases and rock hard crusts. After complaining the first time my pizza the next time was excellent and I rang to say so. This time however it was back to the standard of the first where I had to cut all the crusts off before eating. I can only assume they are so busy that pizzas are left in too long or different staff have come in who don’t have the same level of care. I cannot blame Sue who was very good at resolving my complaint but it seems to me that Pizza Stagioni based on recent orders could be a victim of their own success. Here’s hoping my next pizza is back to an acceptable standard.

A pizza treat and i'm glad to say that standards have returned to normal. My thin crust Quindici was superb in both look and taste. Everyone else enjoyed their choices. We went to the premises to order and collect and had to wait about 30 minutes but it was well worth the wait. The guy taking the order, looked like it was all too much of an effort for him, which was a bit off putting but the other chap with the finished product, was much more cheerful and pleasant. Remember that if you want the free extras, for spending over a certain amount, you have got to ask for them; otherwise you will miss out, as they won't be offered voluntarily.

Gone downhill in recent times, smaller portions and increased cost. More chicken on a dog than the chicken kebab I got from here last time I ordered.

Pizza was great but 2 issues! You open chips carton and carton is full to the top with chips!! You open breaded mushrooms carton and find that they deliberately put garlic sauce In carton so they don’t have to put in as many mushrooms in and you get half a portion! Also chilli sauce is not hot at all which is a big disappointment!

the Pizza was lovely loads of topping and very tasty definitely would use Stagioni again . Chicken kebab was also great the chicken was grilled and very tasty

I loved pizza stagioni.had them for decades.. however over the years quality of pizza went downhill first.. still ok but cheaper tinned olives etc meant not as good.. but the doner kebab was always great.. but the kebab has been changed and it is greasy and not pleasant...and the chips are nice one time and horrid the next?? good run but times up for us at this place..

I used to use Stagioni regularly as they did the best "hot and spicy (Quindici)" pizza ever. It is now a few years since I last used them, as my diet tends to be pizza free these days. However, fancying a change and a Christmas treat, we decided to have a pizza the other night. I don't know whether or not the takeaway has changed hands but I was surprised to see that their Quindici - hot and spicy, now has pepperoni; which it never had before. On examining the menu further, it looked like their Inferno, had the nearest ingredients to the old hot and spicy. I therefore decided to try it. My wife chose Bolognese. Service and delivery were fine and whilst the pizza tasted fine, it was nowhere near as vibrant in colour or as spicy in taste as the hot and spicy I remember so well from the past. Whilst they used to be renowned for their old hot and spicy throughout the town, the same cannot be said now unfortunately.

Me and my partner ALWAYS come here when we order a pizza takeaway! Employees are all very pleasant and the food is amazing! No grease on the bottom of pizzas, the chicken kebabs are amazing too! We will always be a customer here.

Pizza stagioni has been around forever (must be 20+ years) and it's still as good as ever. Best pizza in Washington by a mile and good value too.

Well after reading the reviews i thought this sounded really good.....i was dissapointed though ...i bought a chicken kebab , with salad chicken was ok but the salad ..if i could call it a salad half a dozen strands of lettuce onion and a bit of red cabbage .....definatley not one of the best in washington by a long way wont be wasting £8 there again !!!!!

Have tried almost everything on the menu over the last few years and I have never had a bad meal. Always tasty and freshly cooked. I would never go anywhere else highly recommend.

I was introduced to this takeaway by my husband and his family whilst we were dating and every Friday night we had a takeaway from there and I have always the chicken kebab - we still travel all the way from Wallsend once a month to get one!! Highly recommend!!

Found this little gem tonight after using take aways on the main 'strip' in Swan. Will be a regular from now on. Beautiful food.
