Great service and tasty fish and chips, at reasonable price. Popular after 5pm but we got there early, so beat the queues.

Great place for food not found it very expensive and not enough food on the plate for a mouse the chicken curry dish I had only had six pieces of chicken in it. On top of that got charged £10 for one glass of wine - will not be back on the plus side the staff were really nice

On holiday in the area and heard a lot about the potted lobster - wish we hadn’t!!! So over rated, and SO expensive!!! One bottle of wine we saw was £50 - the previous restaurant we had been to it was £36. Food was no more than very average - far better options and far better value to be had! Avoid

Great service and top class food.good portion sizes and very clean surroundings.will definitely go back. We have now re visited now in December 2023 and met by very helpful and happy staff. Still have a fantastic menu and still very clean surroundings.When our food arrived after waiting 10 mins due to cooking to order. The batter was crisp and the fish was white and flaked. Four adults sat down ordered 4 main meals and left stuffed and very happy! Once again we will visit again when up here on our trips. We have revisited In March 2025 and once again had a very tasty Fish and Chip meal for the 4 of us. Again the service and staff were excellent. Can't wait to revisit in the future.

This place is just nice. That's all it had to be, not flash or posh just really good and really nice. The craster kipper sandwich is recommended, actually it's flipping awesome.

Great selection of beers. Staff lovely but please can someone show them how to pour a proper pint of Guinness!!! Went after the footie but telly still on soooo loud

We visit Seahorses a few times a year and have visited most restaurants in Seahouses. Experience keeps bringing us back to Lewis's for the quality,choice, and especially quantity!

Came in for a soft serve, we had vanilla and butterscotch was so delicious homemade soft serve I’ve ever had. Friendly service to!

I had the smashed burger and it was amazing highly recommended to anyone wanting a bari burger 10/10 all day long I will 100% be back again

Value for money and very tasty food. No complaints. Good vegetarian option, ordering halloumi salad and chips. Doner meat and chips was lovely. Enjoyed our meal

Horrendous customer service. Awful, rude and moody staff that didn’t even apologise which is the least they could have done after the way they treated us. Very disappointing.

The best pub meal we’ve had in a long while. Proper pub grub done to a really high standard. Delicious chips and generous sized kids portions. Both the mains and desserts were great. Very quick service was a real bonus. Spacious dining area yet cosy, with fires burning. Highly recommend this pub for unpretentious, hearty fare.

We visited a few times over Christmas whilst staying in the area, sometimes just for drinks and once for food. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was good and it was a good menu including locally sourced options. I particularly enjoyed the smoked haddock (although my poached egg was a touch overdone). There is a great drinks selection, with a wide range of prices. The Christmas cocktails were excellent (I worked through many of them over the week!). They were mixed properly by the bar staff, not pre-mixed as you often find in chain-type pubs. The atmosphere is great and it is dog friendly too. Lovely views of the harbour and sea beyond.

Cannot believe people are complaining about this place , we and lots of people we know go on a regular basis . The wine is extremely well priced compared to other places in the area . The house ones being very good much better than the usual crap house wine you can get . The staff though often run off their feet are always as helpful as possible even in busy times , the food is always good and plenty of it , do not listen to the negative views and try for yourself you won’t regret it I’m sure .

Fabulous staff food good great atmosphere definitely recommend this place even on a wintery blowy day Dog friendly too.
