We visited the new store located inside a barber’s shops within Jesmond. The shop is unique but would benefit from some further seating area. The coffee was nice and fresh. Nicely roasted coffee beans with a good dark flavour.

Loved it! Superb decor, great atmosphere and the food is next level quality. The banquet choice is excellent value, the choices aren't set in stone either. I chose the hot & sour soup instead of the listed chicken & sweetcorn. The aromatic duck with pancakes, sauce and cucumber, spring onions was delicious, plenty of meat. The garlic king prawns were about 2 inches in size, coated in the delightful spices. The main courses, we chose were beef in chilli and garlic and chicken in black bean sauce, both with fresh, tasty vegetables and accompanied by the most delicious special fried rice. Got enough for lunch tomorrow in a doggy bag!! Fantastic service, fantastic value. 10/10.

Always good service here, friendly and fast. The usual Costa selection of food, availability of pastries can vary a bit, but they do an excellent sausage bap. Very handy for EV charging, 6 Instavolt chargers next to it.

Unsafe location for hot food vans; customers park on brow of hill on main road/bus route. Do we really pay NGP service charge for ideas like this? Burger vans don't compensate for total lack of basic local amenities promised years ago by developers. Thousands of residents and finally in July 2021 there's somewhere local to buy a pint of milk.

Arrived here with my husband for Bottomless Brunch and we were greeted in a friendly manner by Ellie. We were shown to our seats and menus explained. The ambience is lovely and we both opted for the deluxe burger with fries and rhubarb crumble with ice cream for dessert. The food was lovely and good presentation. We had selection of cocktails we could choose from and also option for prosecco. Drinks were lovely, and Ellie also served us and was polite, friendly and fabulous service. We didn't realise it was restaurant week when we had booked and although it was busy it did not affect service. This was our first visit and we would come back again. Thankyou chef's for great food also.

Absolutely disgusting service spent 70 quid on food plus delivery and a tip, sent prawns instead of chicken and when phone we have been told we have to take it back, just as well we don’t have food allergies, won’t be going here again and will also let all friends and family know how crap it is

After a morning out, we decided to try this bar for a cheeky glass on the way home. We were greeted by "What my getting ya?" There were about four bar staff, I'll assume a manager and perhaps his wife around the bar and very few customers in on a Sunday Lunchtime, perhaps this was a warning sign, or should have been? With so many staff on, I wasn't expecting to see so many spillages on the bar yet nobody seemed to clean them up. We ordered our stupidly expensive drinks, not knowing this until the only other words that came from the barman were "That's £15" A please and a thank you would be expected, though sadly, they did not appear. We weren't offered one of their loyalty cards, instead the points we assume went onto the card of one customer at the bar who gathered every one else's points when they bought drinks. My wife had a glass of wine and having had a sip towards the end of her glass would have questioned if it was wine or vinegar, thankfully my cider came out of a bottle and not a drip tray. I'm happy to pay a tenner for a good glass of wine in a nice city centre bar, this was neither! No other member of staff engaged with anyone other than the points hoover and each other, not great service. A severe amount of training is needed as it seems none has been previously given. I see no reason to revisit this bar as there are several other options nearby.
