Great Park Food Vans in Newcastle upon Tyne

Wasn’t at the place, got it delivered but they forgot my chips honestly night ruined. Tenders in the left box burger in the right. Tell me how they were even supposed to fit chips in that box before you say I wasn’t showing the box. Disappointed fully ruined my trivial pursuit game

I've been a regular customer for years. The staff it used to be always friendly and used to provide a very good customer service. But later on the staff changed and it wasn't like that anymore. Two members of staff (Emma and Donna) seemed that they don't like foreign customers. That's why I never went back. I prefer to go elsewhere where they know more about customer service!!

I'm afraid I've had to reduce my rating in light of the recent "improvements". Since the changes, it is a much less welcoming place, seating too cramped and lighting too bright. The best seats have been removed. Focus now seems to be wholly about churning through customers, and less on the experience. The one thing that could have done with sorting, namely the toilet, hasn't been improved.

Sunday lunch. Lovely staff recruited from Newcastle Uni, sadly let down by the food. Tough beef, cold veg, and gravy that refused to pour from its jug. Sad, as local to us and used to be fab for Sunday lunch a few years ago.

What a place! Being a Newcastle United fan living abroad. I always come here for food and drink when I’m in toon. I’ve watched games in here, incredible atmosphere. Loads of TV screens. Very smiley and friendly staff. Great food. Recommended.
