Once again absolutely gorgeous food we have oder many times and food always the same outstanding quality thanks team zesty bites

First time here was very good but don't think we got value for money on the all you can eat menue a lot of the sauces were sweet not to my wife's taste. Would go again

Same as last time loved it, highly recommend the mixed meat grill.

This place recently got a 1* Food Hygiene rating and after eating there recently (it wasn't by choice) it is very easy to see why!! Filth every where, cutlery not washed, still dirty. people vaping even though its law not to smoke inside. Either avoid at all costs or eat the inside of your cheeky it's probably tastier.

We were really impressed with this place and would recommend, found the staff friendly, the atmosphere and decor of the restaurant was cute and authentic, and mainly the food was great and reasonably priced.

Best shawarma in TS1, and I’ve sampled most places! Equally as good kindness also. I ordered but didn’t realise it was cash only, only having my phone to pay. The staff were amazing and just allowed me to take it and were like “it’s ok, just pay next time” … next level kindness 😍 thank you!

Fraser’s has always been good and we’ve been there many times but unfortunately the Christmas Day meal was very disappointing. Firstly one of our party was unwell and there was no flexibility in changing the booking as there was a 48hr policy, the person had only got ill that day so clearly we couldn’t have let them know. As we had to pay, we asked for the meal to be boxed so they could have it when well. We were handed some boxes as we left which were just various left overs, not a complete meal. Much of it just half eaten. No meat was provided despite the fact we paid £120 for it. The restaurant was cold and people were in coats, the heating was briefly put on but not for long. The staff were surly and not welcoming throughout. Atmosphere was lacking. We followed up with several emails but have been ignored. It was one of our favourite places but no longer.

Sadly my experience of this restaurant was poor. My order of Diavola Pizza arrived without any chilli or jalapenos and was hence devoid of any substantial taste except strong garlic. As part of a Xmas party group I decided not spoil everyone's evening by fussing for a replacement however the incident should not have occurred. For me the poor food offering was not improved by 2 sessions of very loud drumming to celebrate birthdays on an adjoining table. I appreciate such events might be marked in a family restaurant but there must be a better way than loud drums.

Went to collect cake today. Was standing in line for my turn.. then suddenly the girl at the till is next please...doesn't even look at me...proceeds to the men next to me who entered the shop after myself. One of the men did not not like me going ahead and saying I was next in line so proceeded to make unnecessary remarks about me getting upset and going ahead. To which this girl wearing a scarf I believe pakistani starts smirking. What is there to laugh about..and why is staff even getting involved in customer conversations. This girl does not listen to what you are saying to her but will tell you she understands..I was there 10 minutes trying to make her understand that all I wanted were 2 boxes with 4 slices of cake in each one. So maybe instead of laughing at customers you could concentrate on your job for a change? And not waste customer time. Karma will be nice to you I'm sure!!

Was a quiet Tuesday evening but still the atmosphere was good with music and a few groups of people. Bar staff were not only friendly but helpful and the cocktails were great.

It looks like management has changed. The food tastes different (not that good). I would like to give the new management the benefit of the doubt and make the following suggestions: 1. There is very little beef in the Mongolian beef dish. It also needed more seasoning. 2. The salt and pepper shredded chicken comes in chunks, not shredded as the name suggests. There are also less onions. 3. Chicken fried noodles are very greasy.

Just tried this fir the first time . WOW WOW WOW . Got the Licuous double mash burger. Came with 4 x 3Ounce patties. Has to be the most delicious burger I have ever tasted beautiful flavour and the fries are cooked really well nice & crispy fries . The sauces are amazing too. And sooo resonanably priced . A credit to them for this fine Establishment. One of the best burger & Phily Steaks places to eat local to the North East 👍

I have been going to this pub for a while, and it’s great because it attracts a diverse crowds 👍. and the staff are spot-on. I've had the food here before, and the breakfasts have always been decent. However, today I arrived a bit late and decided to order JD Wethersooon’s “Pub Classics” fish and chips instead. After all, a picture tells a thousand words….!

Dreadful service. Management atrocious. Stonegate need to get proper managers in.
