Zesty Bites in Middlesbrough

Ordered cake custard and strawberry and chocolate the custard was actually frozen. Everything else was very enjoyable but the custard was a let down.

Chicken was pink and it wasn’t the 1st time!! Best of telling the customer 1hour 30 mins if you’re wanting a delivery!! Shocking.

So I walk into the store and ask for lamb chops as take away, I am about to eat, and I am seeing no real sauce even though I asked for the extra spicy sauce. I called to complain and the person I spoke to, told me was not empathic, and clearly stated they make theirs without sauce, even though I asked for it. I would not recommend a brand that will not respect my preference and acknowledge that they didn't deliver customer satisfaction. I remember telling them that the last time I ordered, it was not a good experience and they should do better. But hey! Buttom line is I will not recommend and will avoid this brand.

Worst parmo ever, i got a chicken parm but received a pork parm that was burnt on edges & just tuff.The chips were not too good either as they tasted like burnt oil and stale.There rating has really dropped lately now i now why,I got a bad case of the green apple splaters.My dog wouldn’t even take any from me,,mybe he new more than me.Thx Gs never order again
