Do not use this Chinese plz plz avoid, I used the food palace website. To pay with my Apple Pay. First time it said payment not been paid. So I paid again. Same thing said payment had not gone through. I phoned up the Chinese. The boss said !!!! He had 2 payments PENDING. So I used my other card to pay and that order went through. I received my order!!!!! I then contacted my bank!!!!! 1 of the payments pending went through (got a transaction number for it ) other pending did not go through. He has just lied now for 6 days. Now saying HE DID NOT receive any payments.. I’m owed £16.10. I have full evidence off payment that came out my bank. He’s now ignoring me and avoiding any qurstions. Avoid like the plaque… 😂😂

Ordered a double cheeseburger and chips a bottle of Pepsi 1.5ltr weighted over an hour for delivery when its just down the road and charged me £13.40 well over priced for cheap burgers and cold chips

I ordered of just eat it took my money,and then shut the shop I tried ringing got cut of and then tried cancling my order and it said I wouldn’t get my money back absolutely terrible wouldn’t recomend this food place at all,it’s absolutely disgraceful

food was late and cold, garlic sauce missing from donner pizza, takeaway unwilling to refund even a small amount

Large Latte and regular latte with an extra shot, bland, rubbish coffee. Not even close to a latte. Looks like and tastes like instant.

Unfortunately picked up 2 chicken dinners not my order

This fish and chip shop has been the best place to go for food since I was a child, the standards over the years have only gone up. The portion sizes are very generous, the chips taste BEAUTIFUL, the batter is crispy, the fish is delicious, and their other menu items, chicken nuggets, burgers, sausage, etc are all 10/10 as well. I didn't actually think to put a review on here until I saw a huge 1 star review that I cannot stress enough, does NOT reflect the food at the Warren, I've been eating here literally since I was a child and have never been upset with the service in any way shape or form. Amazing Staff. Delicious Food. Brilliant Options.

Food came that hot had to let it cool down, all food to a very high standard and order from here all the time now
