Siciliano in Hartlepool

Ordered our food online which was quick and easy. Food was delivered quickly and was hot. The parmo was to die for, chips crisp and golden, garlic sauce was creamy and gorgeous. We thoroughly enjoyed and recommend this place. Open late. Great customer service on phone and delivery.

Ordered a delivery through Just Eat not very good .not much in box special and when delivered was cold.tried to give it to my dogs and they wouldnt eat it.

Really disappointed! Waited well over an hour and gave up but then they actually appeared with no warning/updates? Wasn't happy as this woke my grandma up! Food was warmish, got a London pizza with garlic sauce, the chips were awful! Like freezer ones that you just shove in the microwave but like they'd been left for a while? Pizza was just okay and garlic sauce was not nice! Had a funky taste to it, I will avoid from now on and if people know what's good for them so will they.

SICILIANO'S (Under new management) He (The Foreigner) is a SCAMMER!!! They Send us a Mixed kebab with just 4 bits of chicken on it!!!! and the kebab meat had bits of bone in it and it was thrown together and it came very messy and with the wrong chilli sauce on it and it was 90 % kebab meat!!! and a cheese pepperoni burger for £20.50!!!!!!!! RIP OFF!!! Telephoned them and was shouted at and spoken to rudely and then he slams the phone down and then ignores the phone after that!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!!!! OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! BE WARNED!!!!!! BUNCH OF CROOKS!!!!!

Absolutely disgusting my order was an hour late and when I phoned they said it would be there in 5 minutes and still arrived 30 mins after I called and I could even hear them laughing in the background on the phone like it’s an actual joke

Worst takeaway ever do not go here!! Paid £17 to be told it would be delivered at 2:00 and didn’t get delivered till 3:26 was obviously asleep by that time so rang and would not refund or send out more food after we had rang considering it was there fault was an hour and a half late absolute mess

Honestly the worst thing I've ever had the misfortune of putting in my mouth, food was cold, limp, grease filled and undercooked, chips were still frozen and dry, pizza was greasy and disgusting, the cat tried a chip and threw up, this place should be shut down for health reasons. We phoned to complain and was sent food in worst condition than before, phoned again, the man on the phone was rude and unprofessional, told us to order somewhere else if we didn't like it, refused a refund and hung up on us. Never order from here.

Order came cold and wrong, when phoned to complain she told us ther was nothing she could do then began to give abuse down the phone then we got the same abuse from the manager. Will not be coming back, unfriendly rude & isnt worth the money.

Absolutely shocking service took over an hour and half to deliver even tho was told 45mins delivery time. Tried calling them 8 times they answered and hung up 3 times and ignored the rest. The food eventually arrived stone cold and badly cooked. Would HIGHLY recommend not eating here unless you've had about 40 pints. Stay clear

I placed an order of full parmo, 10" pepperoni pizza, 10" meat feast pizza, 1 chips, 10" garlic bread (and wasn't told we would get a free garlic bread even though I did day I didn't have a menu) and 3 garlic dip. The chips were cold for me and my children's parmo wslas really dry And did not have any flavour to it. I rang and was told I should have complained within 15 minutes of receiving the order but as a parent who needs to pacify her children then cook them food and get them to bed because if a bad take oullt this wasn't possible.l, hence my complaint about 40 minutes after receiving it. My complaint wasn't that as such but a helpful tip about their food and how to improve it but they obviously think that card perfect. The guy I spoke to was abnoxiouszand totally inadequate. If you want quality and have children who like basic food avoid this place like the plague. Also for a family of four we paid £28 which is a lot different to our regular place of Valentinos which only costs £19!!!!!!

I have recently been to this pizza shop after my family where visiting from down south and we had been to a family function, I am disgusted with the discraseful service we received. Staff were very rude speaking to customers extremely innapropriately, and then one of the female workers then started threatening my family member being extremely aggressive because we asked how much longer our order would be after already waiting half an hour. I will never be visiting this pizza shop again as I feel it was an unsafe environment which was made worse by the unprofessional, threatening, disorderly staff. How very rude. These type of people should not be working in the public sector and dealing with people on a day to day basis, there people skills are a discrase.

I requested a thin crust pizza and it was cooked to perfection, very nice 👍

That will be the last time i order from yous it was discusting the meat well if you can call all 4 pieces the meat it was very rubbery very dry just rank tbh and the chips tasted of fish. Overall very bad never again

Food was lovely - piping hot, tasty and fresh. Arrived well before estimated time as well. My only grump is the menu states that wraps are served in Italian freshly baked bread - had them before and they were amazing - but these were just in a store bought flour tortilla - I was disappointed.

Chips and parmesan was cold and has to be repeated. Would not rolecommend

tasted great as always, only thing was 20 minutes was added onto the delivery time by the restaurant but it arrived half an hour early, I didn't mind as I was hungry and it was a large portion so it done me quite nicely

First time I have ever ordered from this place and was quite surprised how quick delivery was. But despite all that I wasn't very happy as my meal didn't come with any sauces which was included in the meal and it ended up in the bin as it was far to dry to eat without. Tried getting in touch but no joy. So isn't happy and shall not be ordering again from there. 👎

Food was tasty and fresh, I would order again from this place. Great customer service, my pizza was as I like it, requested thin crust and that's how it came. Full family was impressed, would recommend.

Ordered food from my regular came in 30 mins and was piping hot must have changed the chicken kebab went from good to out of this world had real nice taste of lemon and fresh white chicken breast was perfectly cooked not black like other places do

Normally tasty from here but last night was poor! Ordered 2×shish kebabs both came cold not even warm! Very disappointing. Chips where hard as if they where warmed up. I have never giving a negative feedback but on this occasion I needed to. Will be a while if ever I will order again. Spoilt my night

It was dry as and tasted weird the only think that was nice was the onions n chips will not order from here again was ment to come at 8.30 turn up at 7.45 so good timing but maybe if it turned up at the time stated that it might off tasted better

Ordered here quite a few times as its one of my faves, when food arrived i was so disappointed as the food we normally get is really nice this time it was not. Cheese and chips were freezing only ate a few and the cheese smelt like fish, pizza was piping hot so why wasn't the chips? Chips were soggy and really greasy. Not sure if we will order from here again, very disappointing!

Food had been delivered to wrong address. The woman on the phone was helpful. The delivery driver didn't speak a word when he eventually delivered. Got a free bottle of coke for it. Probably won't go again. Shame really.

Was nice, a couple of items missing from the order but what we had was enjoyable.

I don't normally order from this place but my usual takeaway was closed after 23:00 on this particular occasion. Was pleasantly surprised, the food was spot on and it arrived a whole 30mins before the delivery time, on a late Friday night too! Very impressed. Great tasting burgers and pizza's!

Onion rings were perfect...nice and crispy. The bottom of the pizza was a little too oily, though, but that was probably because it was a deep pan pizza and not thin crust. On the whole, I was happy with the food.

Ordered at 5.25 requested delivery for 6.30 instead of asap. I then received an update around 5.35 advising delivery would be 6.40pm giving me plenty of time to put the baby to bed. At 5.55 there was a knock on the door and my order was there 45 minutes early so by the time I had put the baby to bed my dinner was freezing cold!!

Parmesan was cold on delivery but lovely food.
