Ordered from burger king and forgot me burger

totally dry Angus burger with nothing added , I did ask for certain items to be left off....never again

Delivery time initially said 20 minutes. Came an hour later i kept checking the time and it kept changing. Had items missing and food was so bland and dry

The order was placed and stayed on thanks for your order for 40 minutes and then a further twenty minutes for delivery , chips were soggy and cold by the time it arrived

value for money is terrible. food is minimalistic and barely cooked. would never order from here again

Food took ages to turn up and was luke warm on arrival. I ordered from Burger King as they're close to home. Nearly 90 minutes wait time on a lunch time is not good enough

In what world is a plain cheeseburger - bread burger and tomato sauce? Daughter is allergic to tomato sauce. Her face and eyes go brighter red and close. Not happy.

Never arrived. After 1 hour and 45 minutes and numerous attempts to call driver who kept putting the phone down. Then marked food as delivered when it wasn’t. Thankfully Burger King offered to re do the food and I collected it.

Ordered food at 17.42 and received it at 18.50, all the food was cold.

ordered 2 meals and one meal come with out the burger and the sides order, half the contents was missing. I understand the low rating. won't use again.

I ordered cheesy bacon fries and for £1.50 extra I would expect some cheese and bacon on them what I got is a joke

Food was nice however restaurant was dirty staff cleaning the tables wiping food onto the floor but then didn’t come back to sweep the floor so lots of food laying on the floor. Been a couple of times and Disappointed to see that not one single member of staff working in the kitchen not wearing any hair net on any occasion

we ordered our food and received the wrong order the driver was very unpleasant I physically had to stop him from driving off and shout at him he said reluctantly that he would go and get our order he didn't return we had to then drive to burger king to see the manager to get our correct order this is unacceptable

Food arrived cold. How is it when you see the delivery vehicle on the app on other side of town when I live 5 minutes from the restaurant? No wonder it was cold. Cold cheesy fries are unpleasant and microwave burger was not good hat I had in mind for the cost.

Hallumi fries where that solid is almost cracked a tooth. The cheese & bacon topped fresh where missing that haha & the burger came without a single thing inside of it after requesting everything but pickles. Never again

Got sausage sandwich for breakfast with brown sauce. Could not eat it due to amount of sauce on it. Took it back with one bite out of it all I got was sorry no offer of a replacement even tho ruined it the chef (woman with pink hair and glasses) gorping through the kitchen knew she spoilt the breakfast waste of money

Before order placed it said 15-20 mins, ie 21:45 after placing it jumped up to 22:45, then back down to 22:00, then to 22:15, eventually being delivered at 22:19 (20-30mins l8). Happenign alot l8ly, I had to walk out to driver as he was lost in strt

Original delivery time was 12.47, the food was finally delivered at 14.06. All four meals freezing cold . No communication from the restaurant except from when they change the delivery time one the app and was unable to contact anyone from just eat. I understand places get busy but this is ridiculous!

Took 2 and half hours to be delivered and food was freezing cold when arrived we then had to drive to Burger King to get more food made as couldn’t send out another driver with food this was the whole point in getting delivery we didn’t want to come out

Ther order was over an hour late and during that hour our food was out for delivery, according to your app, for around 50 mins. As you can imagine at this point the food was freezing cold. This wouldn't be so bad if it was a one off, but this was the third time in a row. There won't be a fourth.

original time was roughly 7.15. was pushed back by an hour. granted time frame was adjusted but still over a good hour from original order. just shy £30 for 2 meals and it was pitiful quality and not very warm. we both had a touch of dodgy tummies today also. we won't be rushing back I'm afraid.

i want my money back. i had originally bought a whopper meal, and chilli heatwave chicken fries. the cost came to £21.72, the payment was processing before i canceled it, just eat still took the money out my account. i then had to buy another whopper meal with the chicken fries. with more of my money. then causing me to still have £21.72 out my account. i want my money back please and thank you.

Lovely clean store, that's the end of the positives. Service is abissmal and the food is always somehow cold even when fresh. They only serve one car at a time in the drive through to keep their stats good but making it painfully slow to order. For example I've been sat here with the same 2 cars (was only 3) for nearly 10 min. Its genuinely better for me to drive to stocktons and get my food there.

Ordered 2 double whopper’s with extra patty on one, received a double and one single, with sauce and pickles which I didn’t want and missing the muffin that I ordered, won’t be ordering again.

Busy today. Waited roughly 30 minutes for our food, but everything was fresh. Plenty of parking and plenty of seating. Disabled parking bays close to the entrance.

Apart from being a bit late everything was excellent.

I used to love ordering from BK it was always quick, now, good luck, seems to take forever, the chips are almost as bad as Maccers for being cold and floppy now, and if you order late, ie around 9pm, be prepared to play 'will it arrive' Y but V LATE!
