Pizza Delight in Hartlepool

I visited last week and tried parmo burger and it was delicious.

Very enjoyable pizza great value ended up ordering 2 days in a row really enjoyed would highly recommend pizzas,

Cheeky staff trying to overcharge thinking we were too drunk to notice. Food quality is also poor.

Ordered off Just Eat, didn't arrive

This place should not be in business. I binned everything. This is a joke... Money thrown in the air. I don't understand how someone can make food that bad.

Went and got two kebab wraps and a tikka wrap last night me my partner and her friend have woken up with food poisoning. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. Will never go there ever again. Not one of them was covid safe either no masks,, no gloves,, no sanitizer,, wheres health and safety at these days.

I ordered to half Parmo’s when there arrived mine was burnt & never got any salad with them & there also charged me £17 what a rip off I won’t be ordering from there again

Very dry meat ,next time put little bet fat on the meat .

Disgusting service said food would be delivered at 1:30am never turned up I phoned to be told all orders are going out still not turned up then no one answered it was 2:15am at this point food didn't arrive but you took my money I want a refund or it will be reported that you are robbing your customers as I'm not the first shame on you

Would score less if I could, got told delivery would be between 30 mins to 60 mins, which is fine, but I sat and waited 2hours and it never turned up totally disappointed

The most unreliable delivery service who couldn't find an address if it was in front of them. Basically I ordered a meal from this place and the food took nearly 2 hours to arrive to my home address, and when it did arrive it was delivered by a very unfriendly & aggressive man who appeared to be under the influence of drugs and violently slammed by gate when I raised the delay of the delivery to his attention. He replied with "it's not my fault" DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!

Massive - seriously, huge - pizzas, cooked superbly with generous toppings. All for a very reasonable (cheap) price. Don't know if they do delivery as I collected

Ordered off Just Eat. Received message stating delivery time. 30 mins after stated time, still no delivery. Went down there to complain and collect the food myself. Don’t bother using via just eat, probably ok if you are desperate for a kebab on way home from pub. Also, none of their registered phone numbers work.

Tried to shortchange me, possibly the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

What a disgrace this place has turned into. it used to be nice but now I will avoid it at all cost. the bloke who took our order which was a donner wrap with chips and garlic. and then a donner bun with chips had no mannors for a start. secondly we were charged 3.50 for the donner bun and chips which was fair enough but all my partner got was the bun and meat and when questioned about it says it was 3.50 just for a bun and a few strands of kebab meat.. when I got my wrap the chips was ok but that might have just been cause I was hungry and still am. but my donner meat was all hard and tasted like cardboard. I didn't eat any of it. I have took photos of my meat. it would not even be passible if I had been drinking.

This is now the second time this establiahment has been ludicrously ridiculous with their delivery times. Both times I've ordered from them, they have taken an hour to deliver one item. Also, I will say, an hour AT LEAST, since I'm currently still waiting. Terrible.

I got a phone call from Vitos saying there was a problem with my payment and asked to give card details over the phone, i hung up. Then my food turned up without problem so i rang them to ask about the phone call, i was told a manager would call me back, i havent heard from them since. AGAIN THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES AND SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Think every night they can over charge just as people are drunk and vunrable. People should stop using them and go else where and it would be there own fault for over charging and taking libertys just because people are drunk!!!!!

Absolutely shocking service! Save your time and go with another company. Twice VITOs has been over 45minutes LATE! after pre ordering.

Just ordered from Vitos this evening and am absolutely disgusted bu the service i received. This was my favorite takeaway, not anymore. Ordered my usual shish kebab(which normally comes with chips)and a 7 inch pizza queried the price cos its seemed a lot more than i usually pay. Was told its the delivery charge by the girl who answered the phone. No probs. Food arrives no chips with the kebab (roughly 6 quid for 8 bits of lamb ) and a cold 10in pizza. So i called to ask about the chips to which i was told well we've got a new manager. I asked if she maybe should have told me that? I was annoyed fair to say, to which she replied well we put plenty of meat in your pitta. as i asked again if she could have told me she simply put the phone down on me. Called back spoke to another woman told her about the phone call and was told well we have a new manager......awful customer service.... I would like to tell the new manager that due to his staff and a missing £1 portion of chips they have just lost him about £1500 in revenue over the year. potential customers do yourselves a favour.....go somewhere else......rude rude rude and the food was overpriced and cold and i live less than 1 mile away from them.
