We were visiting London and very glad that we found this small vegetarian-vegan place. We loved the the food here. Very reasonably priced too. Jacket Potatoes with the variations of Baked Beans, TadkaBeans (Baked Beans cooked with some Indian spices), with Coleslaw and vegan mayonnaise were delicious. We gobbled them up. The sourdough toast with mushrooms and avocado paste (tasted like guacamole), the Tofu bhurji (scramble) burger, the garlic bread pizza were also tasty. Veg pizza was so-so. Some chilli flakes would have livened it up. The staff were friendly and helpful, in particular Saniel the young man who always had a bright smile and welcoming demeanour. Keep it up, Vegology. We’ll be back.

Just wanted to write this review to mention that Bishow gave my girlfriend and I some lovely service on the May bank holiday Monday! He had said his shift just started, but was very warm, friendly and genuinely smiling! We have both been to several tortilla branches before, particularly around Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, but Bishow gave us the friendliest customer service to date!

Have been to this cosy restaurant twice and was very pleased with both their sweet and savoury crepes. Will definitely be coming back for their monthly specials!

Chips were fresh but lamb doner is old and hard. Obviously not freshly cut and has been sitting in the pot for hours.

This a great place for drinks with friends. We went for a friend’s birthday and enjoyed the happy hour as well while we were there. Brilliant selection of cocktails. Staff friendly and helpful. Lovely environment for a catch up with friends our server was Gosia and she was friendly and helpful.

Not a terrible place, but a bit disappointing overall. It’s really crowded and noisy, with those heavy metal chairs constantly scraping the floor—pretty unpleasant. Service was slow, likely due to not enough staff, and the team didn’t come across as very friendly or welcoming. Also, a 13.5% service charge automatically added? Just felt odd given the experience.

We were so pleased to have outdoor seating at this Mandarin Oriental spot that overlooks Hyde Park. The service is beyond A+.

Friendly and attentive staff, delicious middle eastern inspired brunch

Brief but lovely one night stay while transiting through London. We stayed here 11 years ago for a few days and had a wonderful stay. And, the second time around was good again. Helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Fabulous location. Very close to Parliment and Westminster Abbey. Beautiful front garden and lobby.

One of the best places we often visit for dine out. It's a calm, stylish place where people feel comfortable and that really matters. The staff are polite, attentive and always make the effort to keep the atmosphere relaxed and respectful. Even when it's busy, the environment never feels out of control. There's a sense of order and safety that's not easy to come by in venues these days. From the moment you walk in, it's clear that the team take pride in the way they manage the place. We've seen how quietly they keep things moving, how they deal with larger groups with care and how they make sure guests are treated kindly. We've never had a reason to feel uneasy or unsafe there. The area around the venue is also kept clean and quiet, which shows the team's respect for the neighbourhood. For night life, we recommend Tiger Bay International is a best place to spend time during weekends.

No complaints about my meal at Albertini. I try to limit my pasta intake but decided to go all in for some spaghetti carbonara. It was delicious and then I went in for the cheesecake that was obviously store bought but still good ending for my meal. My server was attentive enough with a smile. Food came out quickly. Restaurant was loud or maybe it was just the crowd at the time.

Marita, Ryan and Jamie were amazing. Absolutely perfect service and the Customer interactions led me to the zombie (5* drink!) Make sure you head there before and after any show near Soho!!!

We were at the Swan last night and felt like we were at home in the living room from the start. Great atmosphere, Andy did a great job (thx Andy 🤟) and we were full too. Lovely evening in a great atmosphere...
