When I say staying at the St. Ermin's Hotel was one of the best decisions I can remember making--I mean it. This hotel has it all--incredible location (quiet and quaint but a 10 minute walk from Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, etc), beautiful décor, incredibly comfy beds, and some of the best hotel staff I have ever encountered. I can't thank Juan and Frederica enough for helping me make pre-arrival plans to ensure I had a fantastic stay, and then Shanoor Ahmed and Gabriela at the front desk were so friendly and helpful, I felt like I could talk to them and depend on them for anything! As an example--I was really interested in experiencing the afternoon tea, but unfortunately there was no reservations available...so they had afternoon tea treats delivered to my room! This is the kind of above-and-beyond service that elevates a good hotel to a great one--one that I will be recommending to everyone I know on their future trips to London. A+++

Excellent location, easy to find. Terrace area for drinks and food. New Japanese’s themed menu. Very attentive and polite staff. However the terrace menu of sushi selections are below standard for such a fine establishment. None of the sushi combinations are authentic flavours. The combination of flavours were not pleasant. Whilst the presentation of each set of dishes was pleasant. The taste of the sushi was poor. The sushi rice used was under cooked and partially stale. Some of the ingredients tasted as if they had expired (e.g sushi ginger, stale gluten free soy sauce, odd staying tuna. Ample amounts of saffron, pepper and sprinkled chilli seeds were present on the dishes. The combination of flavours was really unpleasant. Sushi on the terrace aside, the ambience was lovely, the drinks menu extensive and the bathroom facility’s are clean and easy to find. The sushi menu on the terrace could be improved immensely- it was a shame. But - the Caesar salad and Burrata dish were lovey. Just avoid the sushi!

I had afternoon tea here with my 10 year old son. The food was lovely, it's the first time I've had afternoon tea that didn't leave me stuffed all day which isn't a bad thing but does feel like it was an expensive light meal! The staff were absolutely brilliant.

Beautiful Autograph Collection hotel in the central location of Westminster. The front courtyard, lobby, and public spaces of the hotel are beautiful and elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor overlooking the front courtyard is perfect spot to enjoy cocktails or tea. The rooms are on the small size, but nicely appointed (White Company bathroom products). And the staff was welcoming and friendly. My partner and I have stayed at several Marriott properties in London, and this was one of our favorites. The active beehive on the 3rd floor is also really cool!

Excellent location in London, within a few. Minutes walking from Westminster Abbey and Big Ben. Most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. We had a Junior Suite and while small, it’s typical of a centrally located hotel. Bed is comfortable, restaurants are nice, happy hour and breakfast were great.

My sister and I had the pleasure of staying at St. Ermin's on our first visit to London, and it was absolutely exquisite. Every single person made us feel welcome...and everyone was a wealth of knowledge. This knowledge helped to make our trip fantastic, and I can't wait to come back! Rooms: The rooms were comfortable and super clean. We felt right at home. The housekeeping staff regularly serviced our room... and this was a true bonus coming back after a long day of touring being able to relax in a clean and organized space. Service: As stated, everyone was great. We specifically loved the concierge folks. Also, everyone who worked in Caxton Grill provided 5 star service. The bartenders were also amazing! Special thanks and appreciation for Nahid who is the Food and Guest Experience Director in Caxton's. He has an amazing knack for making everyone feel seen... . We greatly appreciated his advice on accessing the sites in London! Kudos to an amazing group of people that make St. Ermin's stand out above the rest. Location: The location couldn't get any better... it is walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and Parliament. It is totally the best place to be for travelers that want to experience the city for the first time! Again, thanks to everyone in St. Ermin's. Our trip couldn't have been any more perfect!

St. Ermin’s hotel in Westminster is a wonderful place to stay while visiting London. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are very nice and helpful. We arrived 3 hours earlier than the normal 3pm check-in time, and they had our room ready for us within 45 minutes. The location is perfect if you’re visiting primarily the tourist areas around Westminster, and there are several Tube Stations within easy walking distance, which can take you anywhere in the city. The staff is Exceptional and it's a beautiful hotel. I hope to be back and would absolutely book again and recommend it. The rooms are lovely , I booked a room that was smaller (which I knew) - AC was great (this is an amenity that is important to me). Great location to St James Park and Buckingham Palace . Welcoming staff made this such a pleasant trip . Highly recommend.

One of the best afternoon tea experiences. We were welcomed and seated with top service and it continued throughout until we left. The decor was stunning, perfectly laid out china and cutlery, presentation of the food was amazing and thoroughly explained. The fact we could have as much tea as we wanted was a bonus. There were lots to choose from and I want to come back to try more! The teas tasted wonderful, as well as the food. It's excellent value for money. I cannot fault anything. Definitely one of the best afternoon teas we've been to and would come back!

This hotel is has a very elaborate furnishing. The walls, the ceiling, and every object displayed gives it the Old English Flavor. The location is top notch, and is walking distance to Big Ben, Horse Match, Leicester Square, Trafalgar Square, St. James Park. It’s also right next to an Underground. Service wise, in terms of room service, we got missed out for both days, informed front office twice but did not receive them. We also find the old designed rooms with power plugs underneath tables abit inconvenient and my hubby hit his head while trying to reach one.

I just spent 5 nights at this fantastic property with my two teenage kids and my 2 parents. We all thought the experience there was top notch. The location is unbeatable in terms of access to all that London holds either by foot or Tube. The service was 5-star throughout the stay and we didn't have a single negative interaction with any of the staff. In fact, the staff goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for and special. And the building itself is gorgeous with a boutique-y feel and a lot of cozy lounge space on the main floor. Breakfast was amazing, and the bar food was perfect for a quick afternoon or evening bite. I would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning to travel to London.

Honestly this is the worst hotel I have stayed at in London. Checked in yesterday and have one more night to go. I have three rooms as I’m traveling with family and I don’t want to move them after a long trip. My biggest issue is the size of the room. It is claustrophobic and tiny. If you wanted to order room service you would have to eat on the bed! After check in I immediately called reception to inform them the room was unacceptable and they said there was nothing they could do. I called the “Bonvoy Elite” Members number and they didn’t even try to find me a different hotel. The thing is the last time I was in London we stayed at the Park Lane Marriott and it was phenomenal! I would have booked there again in a heartbeat! But this hotel was their “Autograph Collection”! I thought it was supposed to be better! It is 3 star at most. I am incredibly disappointed to end our trip here and the fact this hotel currently has a 4.6 score is completely misleading. My flight home tomorrow is at 4 pm and I would normally try and get a late check out but in this case I would rather hang out at the airport lounge. If you want to stay at a Marriott definitely book Park Lane. I feel lied to. Edit- I just tried to order coffee to the room and they tried to talk me out of it! Said it was going to take a really long time. This place is a joke. Edit Edit- The coffee never came…

This hotel was perfect. We previously spent two weeks in Oxford and I was a little sad about having to leave that for London. This hotel changed my mind almost at once! It was magical! The hotel itself is simply beautiful. There was a lovely French restaurant basically across the street. There was also an amazing Spanish restaurant slightly farther, but still easily walked to. These were the best meals we had the entire time. We walked to parliament and Trafalger square and also walked to a play in the soho district. The hotel bar was a little pricey, but worth going into just for the service and to sit by the cozy fireplace. Delicious snacks were provided gratis along with our drinks. The reception staff were constantly at their best and always attentive. Room service brought me milk for my coffee so quickly I barely had time to dress to answer the door. Just a perfect experience. Would love to stay there again when in London.

I love the location and the people who work at the St.Ermin’s. I gave the rooms a 4 star because the floorboards were squeaky and our room had a shower that was also a tub and I almost fell a few times trying to step out of the very slippery high tub when done showering. My husband and I especially want to recognize and thank Nahid Yasin for making our stay extra special. He greeted us every morning at breakfast and made the most amazing recommendations to us for restaurants and activities. Nahid is very professional and a true asset to St. Ermin’s and truly a wonderful person!

Hi everyone, We stayed here for Christmas for two days. Ever since checking in we felt welcome the staff was very friendly and helpful. Lobby and reception is very nice and warm. Unfortunately our request for a room away from elevator was not met therefore it was quite noisy at times but we didn't want to mention it since we didn't want to be the annoying guests. For breakfast it's nice and big variety of all different foods. They always checked up on us if everything is fine and if we need anything. On Christmas Eve unfortunately the restaurant was already booked so we ordered room service and they said it's gonna take up to 1 a half hour because of the high demand but luckily we got our food delivered in less than half hour which made our evening very pleasant. The concierge was very helpful on the last day providing us with all information about Public transport since it was limited due to holidays. Would definitely recommend.
