Jess was great, I love the food in Tortilla Richmond.

It was not a good experience for me. For 2 adults 35 pound. The meal was not delicious. It is only ordinary snack point but tasteless.

Great food lovely staff will definitely be back!

Staff completely clueless, borderline rude. Average burrito, no depth of flavour. Many better places in Richmond to spend your hard earned money, eg poke island, bone daddies

I have to say the service here is always so lovely and welcoming and friendly. The food is a tad under seasoned but I think that’s to help for all palettes. The service makes me return!

Tortilla is always amazing … specially the staff in Richmond was sooo good I always recommend

I got the tres tacos (medium) and queso fundido along with nacho chips and drinks. The tacos were so small that I could finish it in a bite. The queso fundido was in a small dessert bowl and was cream cheese with chorizo bits. I also had a quesadilla which was nice and the portion was about bigger. Didn’t like the food portions at all and the taste was ok, but not worth the price. The drinks were horrible canned drinks. The staff was good and atmosphere was amazing but I wouldn’t come here again.

They don’t allow their delivery partners to use their toilet. Unacceptable 😡😡

Best customer service you can get. Always happy to be there, shame that I have to leave them moving to different city shortly.

For a start this is not Mexican nor anything close to what you'd find in California. Here's what I liked: • Reasonably clean restaurant • Food seems fresh Here (we go with) what I didn't like: • Unfriendly, indifferent service • Food not seasoned well nor particularly tasty • Very small portion sizes • VERY mean with the avocado guac scoop! • Poor value for money • Cold restaurant dining area Overall not a particularly inviting set up. It will be interesting to see if it stands the test of time when others locally have been and gone. Do I recommend going? NO unless you're really hungry Will I go again? NO Was it good value? ABSOLUTELY NOT Price point: $$

The 3 soft tacos 🌮 were very nice, but cold 🥶, corn 🌽 fritters with chipotle sauce or sour cream delicious, again the flavours spot on but cold, that's why I am giving 3 stars as I don't like cold food, when it should be hot.

Friendly staff and excellent burrito meal. I would recommend adding the chorizo! Directly opposite Richmond station so excellent transport links.

You can park in ‘Old deer car park’ to get here or via train Richmond station is right opposite to this place. We enjoy visiting Tortilla in Kingston. Today while shopping came across this branch in Richmond with all the colourful balloons 🎈..turned out they were celebrating their birthday and had buy one get one free offer on burritos so we went in to have some 🌯 . More than usual crowd and could feel the stress among staff but they tried their best to keep cool. Specially the cashier lady was polite and helpful. I tried their soya burrito with black bean, tomato rice and salsa instead of usual chicken as I wanted vegetarian option, it was surprisingly delicious. I recommend it if you are looking for vegan or vegetarian option here.

I've just had a vegetarian burrito and my friend has tacos. The food was OK at a decent price. The place looks clean and has a nice quiet atmosphere.

It is your standard mexican food place, nothing exceptional. I like the possibility to customise the food a lot. Very expensive for what you get.

Absolutely great place to eat. However I got there at 11 o’clock as they advertise on the timer open and I was greeted at 11:45 by a man claiming that the chef was not in and that they wouldn’t be open till later on in the afternoon. I find this absolutely shocking and expect whoever the chef is to be fired, Clearly the chef doesn’t care about their job. I won’t be coming back to this chain as you have already proven that the customer service is awful.

It was my first time to visit a Mexican restaurant and I wasn't disappointed! My friend and I went for a quick bite over the weekend and enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was lively and the service was great. Although it was lunch time the place wasn't too crowded which I think was great considering its location, right in front of Richmond station. Would love to visit again. The chicken here is halal I confirmed. 👍

I do not live In London and have come down for work . My friend and I decided to come here and I’m so glad we did . The location the staff and the cleanliness was outstanding. The staff again are very kind . Would come again

Solid take on Mexican food. (I'm probably too harsh a critic, being that I'm originally from California.) Top points on the volume of food provided...i.e., value for money. The flavors were good, but I honestly couldn't finish my burrito.

Probably the worst burrito I’ve ever had. Order was completely wrong. Ordered a Pork Burrito, got veggie one, wanted cheese, no cheese added, asked for Pinto beans got black beans, asked for salsa, didn’t get any. Didn’t want onions got onions. Avoid this place at all costs. The staff are clueless.

Does for Burittos what Subway did for sandwiches. Fully customisable fillings. Great food.

Great food, fast service and friendly service. The whole team was working really hard but very chatty and having a laugh with us customers in the queue! Loved the vibe! Will be back! Thanks to the manager for checking on us at the table and making our experience great :)

Cheap place and the food is good

Poor customers service. Horrible food and missing items. Tried to call them to get our missing food, they couldn’t care less and just hang up the phone. Please train your staff members properly, because they are absolutely helpless.

10/10 food and I highly recommend. All the staff was brilliant especially Archie. The manager was very respectful and I recommend this tortilla.

We ordered 3 burritos, it was tasteless & seemed like it was made by a person who has really has no understanding of what a burrito is or what it taste like . Also the bread was soggy . I hope they improve what a shame ..

They put sauce on my tortilla chips even though I asked for it on the side. Either way I liked the food.

Quiet on Saturday lunchtime; but the food was good. I chose the open bowl (naked burrito) rather than the wrap - lovely.

Mohammed and Archie made me a buritto and it was very exquisite. The establishment was very clean and was well over my expectations. Top tier and I highly recommend.

Not very hygienic one glove on one off we never eat there again

I came all the way from Feltham just to eat from this restaurant, but the customer service is going very down. I came around 8 pm and your restaurant close at 9 pm still one hour but most of the items were finished and this happened before too. The guy who served me was very rude, plus the portions were lesser than usual. I don’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

When I went there with my wife, she ended up locked in the disabled toilet as the lock wes broken. This was reported to staff.

Very friendly people,great service,I walked in and told the managers I couldn’t stand in the queue because of pain in my legs so they sat me down and brought my food to the table(it is self service) and really looked after me. I love their variety of vegetables mixed with lots of spices and very reasonable prices.

Food is awfully full of coriander, you can't enjoy the taste not of the burrito not the quesadilla neither the guacamole. They should warn their customers they oveefill everything with coriander. Disgusting.

Tortilla’s nachos are just the best! Plenty of cheese that taste delicious and a good mix of guacamole and more! My always go to fav!

Doesn't accept cash. Closes at 9pm when clearly there are others patrolling Richmond for a place to eat. Quality of the burritos has been declining since I first ate here in 2017. Shame really.

Just found a bone in my chicken burrito. Not happy

Food was decently priced and mostly tasted alright, but unfortunately the tortilla chips were slightly stale, I didn’t feel like the portion size was big enough/filling, I would’ve perhaps preferred more seasoning (it was a little bland), and they had no glasses for a margarita jug (not the end of the world, but a shame nonetheless)!

Good food served quickly in a cafeteria style. Ignore the quite confusing menu and just go straight to the counter and point at the stuff you want. A little pricey for the amount served but it is in the centre of Richmond and in easy walking distance of the theatre.

Kazito was amazing - he made my burrito with care and attention, and treated me really well when I was having a terrible day. Respect and love

I like the food but there's a lot of plus options and it always feels like I could do with a little more meat... That said, tastes good.

Good 🌯 burritos, advertised churros are huge disappointment. I can not tell that were even preped correctly more raw and chewy. Apparently made in an oven but soaked with all the fat could absorbed.
