Had a bit of a sad but edible burrito. Hard to find something affordable in area, this was a solid okay. Service, food and experience were okay.

Ordered vegan burrito for my daughter who has been veggie for 6 years. She ate a third of it before realising it was a chicken burrito instead. She is very upset and I am extremely angry.

Really bad condescending service and threw the food away in the end because I didn’t trust the quality after the careless service. Asked for a bag with handles because I had my heavy work backpack and had got a water bottle and burrito and they refused to provide one with handles, only handleless. Acted like they could not understand me the whole time and as if I was being unreasonable for asking for a paper bag. The burrito smelled rank. The store stinks in the morning. I think they pump out a false smell. The meat they were serving look spoiled. I wasted my money.

My order was wrong - I ordered only two items. Shouldn’t be so difficult. Particularly as the attached receipt listed something different to what I ordered. Will never order from here again.

Portion size is smaller than I'd expect normally from Tortilla. The server spoke waaaay too fast for you to understand what he was saying (note, this was not during a busy time) - he could have been a bit more mindful. Tasted good though.

Delivery was good. But OG Burrito was missing Cheese and salsa. And the Pork Burrito had no black beans, no Pico de Gallo, no sour cream, no cheese, no grilled veg, no Pina Picante.... Over half the ingredients were missing. Was reported to JustEat. If you don't have ingredients, don't accept the order please.

Utterly useless. Ordered three times from here, not once do they get the order correct, never appropriate partition size and food never fresh.

The portion/container size has reduced and is therefore much smaller. Also received the wrong flavour salsa! I will not be ordering from Tortilla again as too expensive for a few strands of lettuce and barely a teaspoon of cheese.

Food was so stale! Tastes like it was made days ago. Quite disappointed as I usually enjoy this meal however it tasted horrible, couldn’t even eat it

Ordered through Uber Eats, missed majority of the ingredients on my order. What’s the point of giving us the option if you’re not going to add the ingredients? Especially the extras we pay for. They don’t pick up their phone either

Genuinely, one of the worst, if not the worst, takeaway/ fast food meals I’ve had. It describes itself as authentic Californian tacos and burritos. It’s about as authentic as a Wetherspoons roast. Freezing cold, sloppy tacos served by two staff who couldn’t have been less interested. Acidic toppings, a charge for guacamole which was almost a fifth of the cost of the taco. Absolutely shocking. I’ve had better meals from roadside kebab vans. Avoid at all costs.

They made a quesadilla for me before 2pm, very nice of them!

Hi, I visited your shop the other week and had a foul encounter with a couple behind me that accused me of cutting line. I was incorrectly informed on the Tortilla Reddit page that there was a Tortilla Tuesday Sambista Seasonal Special for Tortilla lovers such as I and got a little too excited. Fortunately, a young & alluring worker of yours (think her name was Maisy?) managed to sort out the dispute and ended the ordeal for both parties involved. She also informed me that there was no such thing as the Tortilla Tuesday Sambista Seasonal Special and talked me through other alternatives I could indulge in. Was very happy with her and the overall service, will be coming back soon.

I ordered a burrito here the other day, it was my first time so I was taking much longer than usual and was quite stressed, I believe Maisie was the young lady working behind the counter. Honestly just came here to really comment her, the staff here is amazing, she helped me out so much, giving me recommendations and guidance as I’m very anxious and indecisive naturally. Definitely will be coming back!

I wasn't quite sure what to get so I asked my server for her recommendation and it was one of the greatest burritos I have ever eaten in my life. She clearly made an effort to learn what she is actually selling and takes pride in her craftsmanship. No filling was going to spill out of her burrito. One of the best customer services I experienced in the UK. I think her name was maisie. Please give her a raise

The large meal does not actually include a large burrito… had it as a meal and as a single item and there’s a MASSIVE difference. Food also came cold because they put the cold can of drink with the food?

Unbelievably bad portion size. I paid for LARGE and got 65% air and 35% actual food having paid more for less. I used to really like this place. I even pointed out to the staff “this is unusually empty” and got told “no, this is normal”. As I can see from the good reviews, clearly not. Please train staff as right now I got <1 portion for the price of 2!

The tortilla was decent, bit soggy but to be a fair a 4 for food. However pricing was very opaque and it was not clear what was extra and what was not, not were the options clear at each stage. Overall ok but could not recommend.

Concerning Hygiene issues here. People are using the tills and preparing the food at the same time!!!! Happened on three occasions now. And staff need to learn to roll the burrito not just covering it up by quickly wrapping it in foil.

incredibly bland and mild because the hot sauce was missing. Also had no guacamole despite ordering it. very few vegetables, just seemes to be mainly rice. Not happy

Pleasantly surprised by Tortilla! I’ve been to plenty of Chipotle variants in the US and abroad, so I believe I can tell! Bhavisha took my order with care and was super helpful!
