Renata was fantastic at looking after us. Delicious food. Great service.

We were served today by Renata, great character, she really went above and beyond for our table, very knowledgeable, smiling and attentive. She made our day. However I can't say the same for other staff, dropping 1 star overall for attitude and unpoliteness of a blonde girl with a pony tail, hoop earrings wearing a checkered shirt, careless attitude, rude and not fit for working in a customer facing environment.

I have been to this Wahaca a couple of times and the food and drinks are always great. Yesterday we were served by Alberto who was very helpful and kind.

A case of the good, the bad and the ugly! The good - Veg Nachos, Quesadilla and Beet Tostada The bad - missed the Patatas Bravas (was not on the final bill anyway!) The ugly - Pork and Beef Tacos were poor, very poor. Bland and very very wet! A further point deducted for the "optional 12.5% service charge" - let the diners decide a tip (yes, this was removed on request). Final point - no Amex accepted! You in a financial services area of London!

Ordered chicken tacos; chicken was pink amd avocado and onions we're off, halloumi tacos all rancid and the plantain had mould inside it! Absolutely appalling, will be reporting them to prevent others getting food poisoning!

Food was lip smacking. We had all vegetarian food. Sweet potata & feta taquita was out of the world

First time at Wahaca with my partner, the food was amazing, thoroughly enjoyed everything. Mirko was our waiter and he was superb. Very friendly, explained the menu and gave us recommendations which we followed and they were definitely worth it. 10/10 in everything, and a special thank you to Mirko again for making us feel so welcome!

Incredible flavors and wonderful service! Every time I visit Wahaca in Canary Wharf, I am never disappointed. The flavors are rich, and the presentation is always Instagram-worthy. The burritos are huge and full of flavor, and the margaritas are the perfect complement. The staff are knowledgeable and always happy to help. This place never fails!

7. Best Mexican food in Canary Wharf! Food is always delicious, and the service is outstanding. I tried the pork pibil tacos, and they were fantastic. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy, with a lively vibe. The cocktails are also great—refreshing and strong. I always look forward to coming here for lunch or dinner.

One of my go to lunch and dinner spots. Staff are always warm and friendly and the food is tasty and fresh. My go to meal would be the sweet potato and feta taquito, Grilled Brindisa Chorizo Quesadillas and a Non-Alc Margarita (the marg is the best mocktail I have tasted)! Would highly recommend a trip.

Muhammed was a great server asked us for dietary requirements and was very attentive making sure we got all of our food. When we were still waiting for two more dishes he came over before we even noticed and made sure they were promptly at our table. Thanks we will definitely be back.

Lovely, tasty, fresh and warming food in bountiful potions. Really helpful staff, prompt service, even went the extra mile when they accepted cash despite it being a "cashless" venue. The atmospheric music was not too loud, the vibe was lovely. Good wine and top beers. Lots of vegan options on the vegan menu. I couldn't eat all my vegan food, there was simply too much. Very clean and well maintained too. Recommended.

We visited Wahaca Canary Wharf for my daughter’s bday. We had an amazing time and Stef who looked after was just excellent As it was our first time she advised on food and all we ordered was just delicious. We’ll be back for sure:)

Excellent service, thanks to Kayden who served us. I personally liked Turkey Almond Mole Tacos from "Festive Specials" menu. My wife enjoyed chicken quesadilla and sweet potatoes as a side dish. Note: unfortunately, there was no iPhone charger in the restaurant.

Very happy with the quality of the service and the food from Wahaca. When we visited the restaurant was fairly busy, but we were presented with a table quickly, the food order was taken promptly and without fuss. The dishes arrived in a short amount of time and all were clearly freshly prepared, were hot and tasted great. Looking forward to visiting again.

Wahaca Canary Wharf is, hands down, one of the best Mexican restaurants in London. My recent visit was absolutely cracking, and I couldn’t wait to share my experience. From the moment I walked in, the service was top-notch. A big shoutout to Renata, who was nothing short of brilliant. She was so friendly and attentive, really going above and beyond to make sure everything was spot on. It’s rare to find such warm and personal service these days, and it made all the difference. Now, onto the food – it was absolutely lush! Every dish bursts with authentic Mexican flavours, but for me, the guacamole was the star of the show. Fresh, zesty, and paired with perfectly crispy tortilla chips, it’s easily the best guac I’ve ever had. Honestly, it’s so good that I can’t visit London without popping in to have it again. The atmosphere is proper cosy, with vibrant decor that captures the lively Mexican vibe. It’s just a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy some banging food. I’d wholeheartedly recommend Wahaca Canary Wharf to anyone who fancies a true taste of Mexico in the heart of London. It’s a top-tier restaurant, and I’ll definitely be back!
