Today I went into Tortilla and the girl that took my order I think Tanjila she was so nice and sweet like this girl needs a pay rise.

Here Food is really good here and I often go for breakfast and the breakfast burrito is amazing! Big up to Mariana for the amazing service and suggestion! You should really go and try out!

Recently i had came to tortilla to get some food. Mind u its my first time coming here so idk what to get a nice guy call Gem who is one the staff helped me and ensured me on what to get. From then i love coming back.

We ordered pretty much same dish but the quantity differed a lot bw those two named burritos.. Also we ordered via touch screen, they messed up our fillings...btr to order directly instead of touch screen

The food portions were quite small with no option for a larger portion of tacos. The tacos only amounted to three and only amounted to a snack. Some foods were sold out even in the middle of the afternoon. Music was not played and there were no wet wipes or toilets to wash your hands.

I usually go to the lakeside one to have my tres tacos and I love it however Canary wharf really disappointed me. The staff were absolutely rude not helpful and my tres tacos looked like someone has vomitted. I mean look at the picture. Does it even look like a tres tacos?

The ‘Large’ naked burrito bowl was shockingly small. It’s made with zero care and attention…you can see the staff literally throwing the ingredients in the bowl with no attention to quantity.

I ordered a chicken naked burrito and the number of toppings available really added to the experience. Decent price as well!

Me and my work colleagues go most mornings for breakfast and severed by Maliana. She is so nice and friendly, we go specifically to be served by her and the breakfast burritos are so good

I arrived to purchase some nachos on my way home today. It was a takeaway order. I was surprised back home when I saw how much nachos I was given. It's not half of the box and I paid 7.70 for it! Is it inflation or your new regulations? Definitely not worth of price, felt like tgtg bag. I will add the photo to investigate it.

Dropped by for a late lunch. The chain was recommended. Pros: Clean Friendly staff Quick service Tasty taco chips Cons: Burritos messy to eat (hands or fork) Bland tasting, esp the meat Pricey - overpriced and def not worth it for families of 4. Tip for potential visitors Given the tasty taco chips I suspect the aco trio would be a good choice Tip to management The additional costs end up making it not a cheaper eat. Look into deals. Would we visit Tortilla again? One of the family would. Three of us wouldn't.

I ordered a Vegetarian and when I got there, the guy confirms "Vegetarian?" I say "Yes." They close shop and I walk away to open my box and see the thing filled with various meats. 🤦🏼

For me it just didn't taste good. Ordered their large tortillas with meat (I forget which one) it was just stodgy and a pain to eat. I like mexican food, this really isn't it. Also you have to pay extra for guac!!? Service is quick as you'd expect in an automated factory style shop but doesn't make up for the lack of quality in food.

DO NOT order from this restaurant if you have allergies or dietary restrictions. I ordered a veggie breakfast burrito *without* egg - and egg is an option you have to explicitly select, which I didn’t (see attached image) - and I got an unpleasant surprise after a couple of bites! I love Tortilla’s burritos, but this isn’t the first time they’ve tainted my burrito with egg and/or cheese that I did not ask for. I mistakenly believed they’d actually learnt to read orders properly now. Clearly I was wrong.

Great for convenience but very expensive

Good taste. But I ordered a naked burrito replace rice with lettuce, and they didn’t listen. So now I got box full of rice at the bottom. Wasted! And I probably have to go somewhere buy extra salads . Why give the option if you aren’t gonna listen!?

Very good price and healthy food

Incomplete order. I ordered the vegetarian salad bowl on Deliveroo. It came without the black beans. This is terrible because for a vegetarian there is no other protein option in the salad. The salad did not taste fresh. I have ordered a burrito from here which was underseasoned. The staff gives poor attention to detail. Will be looking somewhere else for ordering Mexican food.

Had a medium burrito. Food was okay. Chicken pretty tasteless and rubbery. Salads is always good from Tortilla. The staff were chatting amok get themselves and made me feel insignificant when I asked for service. The guy that actually made the burrito was very pleasant - the young lady taking the payment not so much. When finished I cleaned the area, binned my rubbish and returned a stray fork (not mine) to the counter (even though I was in a rush to catch a train). The aforementioned lady stuck her hand out whilst leaning on the back counter and ‘tutted’ at me when I left it on the counter rather than handing it to her personally, with an attitude and face that what bordering on offensive. I left politely saying I was trying to help, but I’m in a rush, at which point she turned away. Very disappointing service and for that reason will use Chipotle for Mexican food moving forwards.

Iftekar and mihai work very fast speedy service

I recently went there and was absolutely disgusted and shocked I went in to order my food and I see so many flies green flies the same flies that eat feces all over the food and flying around and the staff are looking at the food multiple staff member are there and no one is doing anything then I say to them there’s flies on the food no one does anything they just all look at me like I’m talking gibberish so I repeat myself then one boy attempts to brush them off and then continues to stand there while the flies land back on the food so I just left no attempted to try and cover the food or do anything and I’ve not been back since because it makes me feel nauseas. The first time I went here i really enjoyed the food I do think it’s a bit overpriced for what it is I always get baked burrito but they give more rice then meat and then have to squash it into this container and you have to pay for extra if you want extra because there’s never enough space for anything else after they’ve finished filling up half the container with rice and never get the burrito wrap because it taste horrible I don’t know want tortilla they use but it’s weird

Unfortunately I ordered a chicken bowl last night and work up at 4am with food poisoning. Tortilla was all I had eaten yesterday past breakfast. Uber eats did nothing to help the situation and I am not confident that they passed on what happened to tbe restaurant. Every other experience here has been fine/ at least not dangerous. But I've thrown up like 11 times today ˙◠˙.

Fast and delicious yet healthy food. Decent portion sizes. Could perhaps do with a sink though as it's easy to get sticky fingers after eating a burrito!

Came Tortilla today I am a regular customer at other branches but it was my first time at Canary Wharf. I was served by Tanjila and it was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Give that girl a raise!

Edit Oct23Quality of food seems degrading. Also they stopped serving coriander rice in Burrito. Staff seems to be least interested in serving customers. -------------- Good Mexican food with decent portion size. It gets bit noisy and busy as it's just below Canary wharf DLR station

Tucked in the DLR station, this shop provides cheaper and tastier burritos than any other closeby alternative. They have a great selection of meats and the end result is naver dry and always flavourful.

Staff are friendly, the food is good and a reasonable price and it's located right by the DLR.

Came by the store earlier today and I could not have been more impressed with the service provided by Tanjila. She was so sweet, patient and helpful. Food was lovely; first time trying Tortilla and I will definitely be coming again. If not for the food then for Tanjila. A true credit to the company.

Amazing store, been to Oxford Street and it was awful but Canary wharf changed my mind as a whole. There new chicken is amazing! Gemson was so helpful!

Great experience with canary wharf service really loved and enjoyed the experience here, would always recommend this place. Mathias the manager is very helpful with service and hospitality, making sure every customers are treated with love.

Extremely lazy and incompetent staff. Arrived at 4 mim after close with 2 orders to collect obviously they were there along time ago as I had to drive there and they tell me it's closed and and don't have any orders..

Worst burrito I’ve ever had. Ordered on Deliveroo, delivery was quick. Veggie burrito was only cold bland rice, pinto beans and bland veg even though I had ordered and paid extra for cheese sauce, guacamole and monetary Jack cheddar. Definitely won’t eat here again

The workers are too busy gossiping behind the counters to actually understand the difference between a Regular vs Large chicken bowl, ordered a Large and was given a half filled container with literally 4-5 pieces of chicken. Stingy and messy.

Gem, Aniqa and Ifti were super lovely this evening. First time visiting the branch. Food is amazing, people here are so sweet too (especially when I admitted getting lost... Yikes). The food is fresh, flavourful and was put together for me with care which I appreciate. It wasn't just thrown together. Bless x thanks so much ^_^
