Extremely dirty floor , super sticky, ridiculously expensive, horrible taste of cocktails.

Came here for a couple of cocktails with a friend. There's a lovely atmospheric with really good music playing. Service as quick and the staff were very friendly. There's a great range of cocktails on the menu with lot's of options. Cocktails were well made and absolutely delicious!

Had such a fun day/night. Popped in for a drink after a morning in London, ended up staying in to the night! Jamie the guy that made our cocktails was AMAZING. He was polite, chatty and so attentive asking us what flavours we liked and advising us what to order. An all round good guy. The drinks he made were delicious and I loved the little additions, coffee beans on the side & ribbons attached to the glass. We will definitely be back.

Came down to be at one Piccadilly last week with a couple of friends and we had the best time of our lives! The bartenders are so friendly and know how to throw a party! Big shout-out to Bryantt that makes the best margaritas in soho

Incredible bar, with amazing atmosphere and drinks. What makes is special is the energy that the staff bring to the table. I especially remember Jamie offering us extraordinary service and chat throughout the night, really made a difference.

Be At One bars are generally all good. But this one has a lovely atmosphere and staff are great. Its quite small, but good. Get a window seat and people watch!

Honestly not usually a fan of Be At One’s. Came in for the 2-4-1 cocktails. Stayed for Marita. The service was amazing! And the drinks she made were absolutely perfect! I will be coming back to this be at one just for my experience tonight. Better than any other cocktail bar in soho!

Discrimination. I have a disability in my leg that does not allow me to walk well. They thought I was drunk and kicked me out. It has been an act of discrimination in which I will file a complaint. It is an act of discrimination towards a person with a disability. A totally unpleasant situation. Here I leave the photo of the person who discriminated against me

Jamie was amazing such a great bartender and his forearms are nice! He makes a very good absynth colada I highly reccomend giving him a visit! Talk about a hospitality professional as for Marita I've never seen such an amazing person she teaches the other bartenders how to be better and was so kind to me! The general manager is doing an amazing job!!

So i went there yesterday (22 feb’25) at around 11pm, it was 2 of us, i asked them can we go inside, they look at us very strangely and weirdly. I told them I’m even an stonegate employee (the company that owns the bar) and showed my employee ID. We were not intoxicated or drunk and were well dressed, they still asked me where do you work and all other stuffs, and said we’re closed now so can’t let you in, however,there were many people before and after us,they let them in even few of them were really intoxicated. The Staff was from SGL company of security. Very aware about the timings that last entry is 11:30pm and bar closes 12am as I’m an employee, they still rejected our entry and were strangely made looks on us. And the bar wasn’t even full,could see vacant tables and people walking in!!! Simply horrible! Requesting the manager to have a look on this please!

Great bar, loud 90s music, and very energetic, smiling, and helpful bartenders. They inform customers about happy hours themselves and don’t try to overcharge anyone. I will definitely come back on my next visit to London. Highly recommend!

Went in for 241 as used the be at one app for extended happy hour in many of places still . To be then told it doesn't work, yet the app said it was live for this destination. But to download mixer app . Which we already had, others downloaded to but wouldn't give us a new code or let us log in , it kept throwing us out . Instead of trying to help we just got shouted at that it helps but x3 people couldn't log in so must of been an issue with the app? Instead the bartender after 30min of trying to sort it out had finally asked the manger what to do and instead of coming out to talk to us or help just laughs with the bartender whom then calls another bartender over to gather in a huddle to laugh and just look at us like a bunch of idiots ... so we got our coats and left. What a waste of time of made to feel like s bunch of tit's..after a good afternoon. Manners cost nothing.. would never return or recommend

Went there for happy hour and got the “bit of me” cocktail. I got a glass full of ice, it was extremely sweet with barely any alcohol in it. When I complained they just replied with “this is how we make it”. Extremely disappointing.

Drinks arrived with 80% ice, when we went to tell this to the bartenders they were rude and made it look like we are weird to complain about it, then they came to our desk put a reserved card and practially kicked us out of our table in the rudest way, bad bad place

Really rude staff and poor service

Bad place. 5 minutes after ordering a drink for which you pay 12 pounds, the lights go full on and one minute after that a steward comes to tell you “we’re closed”. As an act of “service” you can take your drink in a paper cup. Great time (not)!

This is a super place to kick start any evening, especially if you’re heading into the depths of Soho..

Be at one. Great place to get a few drinks, enjoy some music with friends. But the service is honestly horrific. The bouncers at the end of the night show so much aggression to get people out (my wife had lost an earring and was searching on the floor for it). The bouncer said we needed to leave immediately and even after explaining the situation calmly escalated the whole situation (see the CCTV!!!). Absolutely ridiculous what then occurred with the bouncer progressing to violently get us out for no reason. Had no remorse about the lost earring which was found but unable to be collected due to the situation. I couldn’t believe why the bouncers did not want to help at all and only resorted to violence to satisfy their own needs. It’s crazy how this is allowed in today’s time.

Stopped in on a Friday afternoon for 2-for-1 Bartender was awesome ! Had a great yarn with them and gave us a great over view on the drinks. I had the Pay It No Mind vodka based with citrus - dandy. Nice decor, louder music but easy enough to carry a conversation - great vibes !

If you want to try the drink created by an artist who in each lixir you can feel and drink the passion with which he prepares it, go with María, he is a master.

We had a FABULOUS time here attending the cocktail making class for a hen party. The staff were absolutely brilliant, so relaxed but professional and funny. Music was great and everyone loved the class. The drinks tasted fabulous and there was a good amount of non alcohol versions available. As I couldn't get behind the bar with my wheelchair they adapted the class for me to do the other side of the bar no issues and didn't make me feel out of place or like I was an inconvenience for doing so. Accessible bathroom was good, accessed by a RADAR key. I had my own but one can be found at the bar if needed, for example one of our pregnant ladies who couldn't take the stairs down to the other loos. We felt safe, comfortable and couldn't have asked for a better time.
