Chicken doner had absolutely no flavour. Chips were soggy and salad was past its best. Not worth the money.

Ordered lamb chops and got a lot osf extras . Enjoyed the food.

We were served by Mohammed, he was amazing and so was the rest of the team, we enjoyed the food and it was a good portion hopefully they don’t reduce and we had the Turkish raki which was so good.

Always fresh and tasty Turkish food. I went with two other friends, grown up hungry men. We ordered Aysu Grill for about £49 - I THINK! and hummus. (Love the bread.) This was more than enough for all of us and ended up taking food home. Staff are friendly and polite. Best eaten when served.

I only stopped to grab a side to have with my home made meal at home, as I was walking by the shop. I had a dog with, so I couldn't go in. The place looks nice, the staff wear professional uniforms, the atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. The food was delicious, the service was very quick and friendly, I'd love to go back for a proper meal.

Way too expensive for the low quality of everytging .

Food is delicious and the service specially from Mr. Shyqyri was friendly and helpful with cheerful smile. Excellent customer service. Once we start eating here we kept on coming back.

I ordered from this restaurant through JustEat yesterday and had a horrible experience. I got the mixed kofta, but as soon as I opened the food, I noticed a bad smell. I decided to give it a try anyway, but when I started eating the kofta, I was shocked to find a large chicken bone inside! It got stuck in my mouth, which was both painful and disgusting. The food was so bad that I couldn’t eat it and ended up throwing everything away. I called the restaurant immediately to ask for a refund, but the person I spoke with flat-out refused. I then contacted JustEat, but they haven’t responded to my request for a refund either. I’m very disappointed with both the restaurant and JustEat’s customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save your money and order from somewhere else!

Order received- but I was not given a code so I had to wait for ages till the driver confirmed. Food is now cold as took 10 mins for this issue to be sorted.

Excellent as always but only gave one pot of garlic and chilli sauce for a mixed grill between 3 people. Became dry without sauce

This is an amazing place great food and very polite and helpful staff

impeccable food and service. At the toilet, although it looks clean, it smells very bad inside, I think there is no ventilation... and no conditions for changing babies. If you sit at the tables at the end of the hall near everything, you won't eat with pleasure because from the toilet when the door is opened many times, a strong, disgusting smell comes.

AYSU is fast becoming my families favourite Turkish place. When I am in the mood for a good quality Turkish it is the first thing that comes to mind. We normally order the AYSU special platter and the portion sizes are perfect for a family of 4. The quality of the meat is first class and the taste from the charcoal grill is one of the most authentic I have had. Accompaniments are always fresh and generous and this place is very consistent with their standards so you can be assured in the knowledge that you will have the same high level experience every time. The staff are family friendly and are happy to accommodate any requests. Well done to the management, this is a real gem !

This is the worst and most disgusting food I have ever had. The taste is really bad, and the quality of the meat is awful. The rice is spoiled and leached. The doner kebab was definitely overcooked and had likely been kept for at least a few days! Nothing like delicious turkish food

Good value for money, outstanding service. Everything freshly cooked to perfection,presented well. Fresh complimentary bread served with sauces. Would go again and would recommend to others. I've given it a 4* as it has room for improvement, but other wise what it's says is what you get

Very disappointed, ordered one wrap and one kebab and got two wraps, one with extremely spicy chilli sauce which I didn’t order. Couldn’t eat it was too spicy.

Very good food &servic ,good portions well prestend, The only prob was the drinks , think the cans of coke tast nicer then the Small bottles ,it good u got a licence , think draff bear tast better , bottle work out more pricey .thank for the good food

I recently dined at Aysu restaurant and was thoroughly impressed with the authenticity and quality of their Turkish cuisine. They invented me to their restaurant i was with my husband and i don't know how to describe the service and the food oh my god one of the best services i got from aysu restaurant the kebab and food all was fresh and delicious, the staff were so nice and they kept checking if we need it anything and the service was amazing also the owner of the restaurant was so kind and nice to us all i can say everything was just perfect I could score 10/10 everyone needs to try here also you can park your car front of the restaurant. Amazing I highly recommended to all.i forgot to take a picture from the food but they invited us without charging a penny that was my bill but free of charge. thanks again 🙏🙏

Celebrated my Mum’s birthday here. Staff were so tentative and ensured we were very well looked after. Food was great too and served hot. Can’t complain. Would recommend

This place has been my local kebab restaurant since it opened, and forever will be, the sheer quality of the food is something to be awwd at and is honestly, some of the best food I've had.

Food is good and good size portions. Still seeing veg on non-veg things being touched by chefs without changing gloves. One touching meat then using the same gloves putting salad in my wrap.

Last week we had dinner at Aysu. It is a very beautiful restaurant. The food was not only delicious but also served in generous portions at good price. Staff are kind and professional.

Food arrived late so we eat starter and chips get full so we ask could you pack the food we can take home they gives us box very Rudely and said pack your self over charged with item everyone make sure check the bills not recommended at very first before order the food they look after later they give importance those who waiting for order

We went in there as a big group of around 15 people. Although I am sure we were louder and more annoying than we should have been, the waiters and the rest of the staff have been more than stellar. They were very friendly and helpful, and joked around with us during dinner. The food was amazing, we had 4 family platters, 2 mix starters and some drinks. The starters already were delicious, the warm pita to go with all the different dips was so soft it melted in your mouth. The different meats on the platter were succulent and flavourful, and paired extremely well with the bbq vegetables and rice. It is a great place to go in a group, as the sharring platters are worth their money, and the staff will accommodate you quite well. I would come here again if the opportunity arises. 4.8⭐

Good quality wasn’t good, ordered a falafel and halloumi wrap - there wasn’t any falafel in there and only one piece of halloumi.

Significantly more expensive than it used to be. They now have minimum spends for groups (on fridays we have been told) other similar turkish are much cheaper. It does have a nice vibe, the food is good and if you go after 6.30pm you will find parking outside.
