It was a pleasant Sunday afternoon and fairly peaceful within the restaurant other than one large crowd. The service was an odd experience as the gentlemen who arranged our tables categorically said that this table is unstable but still set it up for us despite other tables being empty. Most importantly, the food was average. Aesthetically appealing but average in taste.

BEST FOOD. High quality food and friendly staff. Very tasty and fresh ingredients. Definitely coming back !!!!!!!!!!

Delicious food. We’ve been to the Eastcote branch before and the food was delicious here too. We got the Cold Meze Starter Platter, Family Special Platter, Wings, Salads, Nutella Doughnuts and Baklava. Everything was delicious. Friendly staff but service was slow even though they weren’t busy. Food was great but I prefer the Eastcote branch.

We had a very nice experience. 5 star service makes a great difference. Great food and amazing atmosphere. We will definitely return.

Me and my child had dinner at this restaurant recently for the first time. One skewer of chicken (6 pcs), really tiny amounts of rice and salad for £19 One smaller plate of chicken (4 pcs) with chips and some rocket leaves £10 So I paid £9 (almost double) more for 2 pcs of chicken, some rice and salad. I also ordered a plate of sujuk and halloumi - 2 pcs of sujuk and 2 pcs of halloumi for £8. Thats £2 per each tiny piece of sujuk and halloumi. Its like taking 4 pieces off a shop's tasting board and putting in a plate to serve as a dish. The food was ok just like any other turkish place - not sure why it was so pricey. Yea - I feel like I got tourist trapped and ripped off and I actually live locally in a near by town.

Booked here with family for a suprise finner for my husband, our 1st waiter was appauling but when the manager took over our table she made it perfect.

This is a very nice looking place Probably great if you eat meat I am a vegetarian so this was risky I had a goat cheese salad and in pictures (the one I saw online... I didn't take some sorry) it looks good. And even in my plate It did look good. But the cheese... was really poor quality (I am french so I know) it really was not a good combo it was just so strong an liquid, it looks like cheese soup on top of salad, but really the wrong type of cheese... sorry, but this need to be reviewed There was a starter I don't remember the name with cheese and spinach (look like samosas) this was really good.

We visited Yaprak in Pinner, a place we visited a few times before. The food and the ambience of the place are never disappointing, although as it is a large restaurant, it can feel a bit quiet at times, but we love it as this allows us to converse with each other without having to raise our voices

We went to Yaprak Pinner last night (11 May 24) for dinner with our usual Saturday Night Dinning group of family and friends, And a waitress (I think her name is Isa) was rude from the start whilst taking our starter orders and drinks ... It was as if we were beneath her waiting on us!!! It is a real shame as the food was pretty good. Big, big shame as we have been in this restaurant quite a few times before. But Isa has really put us off. We will never go back again and we will actively discourage friends, family ... in fact anyone who may be thinking of going there. It spoilt our dinning experience and will spoil theirs/yours too! DON'T GO there - not worth the risk of spoiling your dining experience. There are so many other good (Turkish) restaurants in and around that area - go to those! Anne

There are two Yaprak restaurants very close to each other. One in Ruislip and the other in Pinner and I ate at both. I liked the one in Ruislip better in every way. Here in Pinner where I was on 05/05/2024 the food was good but not extraordinary and the service was poor most likely due to the lack of experience of the waiters which I accept without problems. There are desserts on the menu that are not always available.

From some of the recent reviews below, I don’t recognise this as the Yaprak Kitchen in Pinner that I know and love. My most recent visit was for dinner with a friend and everything was perfect: friendly, welcoming and polite staff, sensational food beautifully presented, relaxed atmosphere, spotlessly clean – including the loos - and faultless service. Nice lamb and great complimentary bread. Edit: really inflexible policies and now they have 6 pieces of meat for £21!!! Awful value!! They wouldn’t even let me pay for extra meat. Also service is quite rude.

Far too over-priced and certainly not value for money. We ordered the mixed platter and the pieces of meat were so small. I had booked this place for a family birthday celebration- never again! When we had to pay, the waiter charged us more than what we had discussed when initially ordering. I.e when we complained that the pieces of meat in the platter were so small, they agreed to provide an extra plate of chicken shish (pieces again turned out very small) and that they wouldn’t charge us for this. We had been to this place around three times and the service and quality of food was depleting…this was the last straw! Save your money and go someplace else! Hatchend high street have great choices!

What a shame. This would be a great place to go but after waiting so long for our main course that we left and we have vowed never to return. It’s a shame as it was for a friend’s birthday. I’d review the food but it never turned up. It looked delicious on all the table that turned up after us - all four of them. I understand that things happen but to leave our dirty starter plates on the table for over an hour, to not ask if we wanted another drink, to not even apologise for the delay, to send food out on deliveries and to other tables without a word to us is simply unacceptable. If you are going to take 1 hour and 30 minutes to serve salmon and rice then you can surely understand that we’ve gone across the road to get fish and chips. It doesn’t matter that you’ve offered to feed us on the house - we were putting on our coats at this point. We’d had enough. This could have been averted by basic customer service. Eat here if you wish - the food looks good - but perhaps put a sandwich in your handbag in case they forget you.

Decent food.. not quite up there with the authentic flavours. Bar needs to have better drinks. Their Mixed kebab platter was good along with the breads.

This was the first time we visited this restaurant and we won't be returning. The waiter's kept missing/forgetting some of our orders. I ordered a cocktail off the menu to then be told it was an old menu from 5-10 years ago. The toilets were untidy and the restaurant smelled mildly of sewage. Main course was bland and did not reflect the price. Music was very loud, especially the birthday music for others which felt like we were in a nightclub. Overall, just didn't feel comfortable here with below average food

Place is good but found very pushy with ordering n finishing dinner. Even it was not even busy they were top of our head so we didn't able to talk with friends n chat.. just eat n go . So was disappointed after spending good money for dinner

Great food! The staff were a laugh, especially the gentleman that served us! I loved the decor. There's a strip out the front where you can park, but depending on what time you go, it can get quite busy. There's also parking on the side roads. However, I'm not sure if any of these roads are free as I got dropped off and didn't drive myself. The location of the restaurant is just opposite the library.

We went for a Mothers Day meal and the waitress was rude from the moment we stepped in. We had called twice beforehand to say we were coming with a baby and disabled parents. Upon arriving, they tried to tell me to put my baby in a high chair that was broken!!! She could have fallen out. They didn’t care at all. Especially given we had disabled parents with us. Absolutely terrible we had to walk out. They didn’t care at all.

Poor service, starters on our table for 50 mins. Our mains took 1 hour 45 mins to arrive and they were all cold. Would never come back.

Came here tonight and shared a £56 main course with another person. Half way through found a massive black hair ( I’m blonde) Manager came out and argued that nobody in the kitchen had hair that long even though our waitress did. Food was given back yet still full priced on the bill and service charge was still kept on. Paid in full however last time they get a penny out of me and will make sure the word is spread about this! Food that I managed to eat before the hair was extremely average, even had to ask for a sharper knife to cut through the lamb pieces as was so tough. Thought the place being empty was due to it being a Tuesday but now I’m thinking it’s because of the quality!

I went with a friend as she recommended it. Nice atmosphere. I obted for lunchtime menu with consist of a starter and a main. We were given freshly made bread and it amazing. My starter was beetroot salad and my main was sea bass filleto. It was delicious just the right amount of potions. The price for lunch was £12.95 which I thought was reasonable. It was plated almost like fine dining. Service was good. We were served quite quickly. Waiters were attentive and pleasant. I would probably come her again. I say probably. I don't live in the area. So it would a when I met my friend for lunch again.

Me and my colleagues went to celebrate hitting target for the year and the service was beyond poor. We waited 15 minutes for a server to even notice we wanted to order drinks, once to food arrived not even one waiter came over to make sure everything was okay until we singled for the bill around 40 minutes after the food came (there was only around 3 other tables in there), we asked if we could take home some food and my colleague was made to pack her own food. Very disappointing.

Nice atmosphere good service. Personally dislike the taste of liquid smoke which is unfortunately ubiquitous in Turkish restaurants these days. Nice bread and dips. Chicken and lamb could have had a very simple marinade to allow their own flavour to shine through.

Do not waste your time going here. Arrived and not shown to a seat.. after 15 mins not even offered a drink. (Wasn’t even busy) Starters were awful I had send back and tasted like was like food was microwaved. Chicken was dry bland & the casserole was pure oil and tasteless . The best thing about the meal was the breads Not offered a desert or coffee Probably the worst service I’ve had but they still put service charge on bill AVOID!!!

Always accept your order and then cancel happens all the time and I have to wait for a refund off just eat. Time wasters

Food was nice however not good value and highly expensive . Got the family plate which was supposed to be enough for 4 and cost £90 . It would not fill my 16 year old son and his 3 friends . Was told it was huge and was shocked to see it all come on 1 plate . My advise is to have a good feed before going .

Unfortunately we didn’t have a great experience here. The lamb moussaka gave my husband a very bad stomach. The staff were quick to bring our food order, but didn’t seem too happy to be there or to help with questions about the menu. Considering the main courses are £20 each I wouldn’t say it’s cheap, so unlikely to return or recommend as there’s more choice out these and around Hatch end for similar menus with better customer service, in my opinion.

This is the best iskender kebab that I have eaten in a long whole. Using adana kebabs instead of doner kebab meat made the flavours much more pronounced and all the more delicious. The bread was fantastic and the chilli sauce has a good kick. The service could have been faster but they were very polite. Absolutely would come again.

I went last night with friends to dine at Yaprak, we were a group of 6 adults and 6 children. The food was good but not amazing, I have had better at Yaprak before. The prices are very high, grilled chicken with chips and salad £19, the prawn dish is nice but quite dry as it comes with no sauce at all, again £21 for 6 prawns with some chips and salad it’s quite pricey. Only the adults had starters, 5 kids menus, no desserts and no coffees and we ended up paying over £360 with a £40 service charge included. The service was really good, every person that came to our table was polite and served us with a smile. I’ll probably not going to return because I left with the feeling that I’ve paid too much for what I got it.

(Visiting London from the States and our friends suggested this restaurant. I'm usually not an adventurous eater but had determined this trip to try new things.) Everything was amazing! We decided to try lots of things. The Mixed Hot Platter appetizer was great. The calamari was AMAZING. The best we've ever had! Everything had great flavor and each individual thing brought it's own unique taste and texture to the platter. The Mixed Shish (Chicken Shish and Chicken Beyti) with the rice was also amazing. The chicken Beyti was my favorite of the two. So flavorful. My husband loved the Lamb Casserole. I also tried King Prawn which was good, the peppers had great flavor. This was my "safe bet" as I love shrimp. To do over again I probably wouldn't do the prawn again, they weren't bad at all. But the other food was so flavorful and new. Looking forward to lunch leftovers for sure!

I visited with my family for a special birthday meal but was met with rude service and appalling knowledge about gluten free options. A member of our party was given bulgar wheat despite making it extremely clear that she was coeliac. I will not be returning.

It's a lovely place for dinner.

One of my fav spots! The lamb shish is always tender and perfectly cooked, very talented and attentive chefs. Staff made me feel very welcome.

The minute my family and I walked in, the staff were all very happy and accommodating as we had a baby and a pram and ensured everything was ready for us when we sat down. Jan and the team were great and I have to admit give the best customer service! It’s always service with a smile and not a forced smile! What can I say about the food! The portions are massive so be prepared! While the portions are big the presentation is impeccable! I would highly recommend Yaprak in Pinner to anyone and look forward to my next visit already!

Great Friendly service at Yaprak Kitchen in Pinner -last night with Hubby and friend. We have never been disappointed with the menu and food is always excellent in taste and presentation . For example I orderedthe charcoal king prans which came with chips and salad - no problem to ask for rice instead of chips -- guarenteed good food - good value wine - excellent service - wish I could eat there every Day !!

Best Turkish food I ever had in London. Great ambience and service. Would definitely recommend for special occassions. Update: Writing this review in 2023 as my first review was in 2020 and I was blown away by the food and service as you can see in my review above. I recently visited and I was not happy at all the food was subpar, I ordered chicken wings and they were really really small as in not worth for £17 and my partner ordered Sarma Beyti which was okish. I believe the chef might have changed in last 3 years. I observed the prices went up and I dont mind paying extra but was expecting good food. Not my favourate restaurant anymore.

Amazing amazing amazing. Good value for money, excellent service, lovely atmosphere. Trust me if you are hungry do not fill up on too many starters, the mains are delicious and a healthy size. Food is amazing I had the boregi, lambs liver, prawns & sujuk and some cocktails. Everything perfect. For main I had mixed grill and a iskender. Absolutely delicious. The most was perfectly cooked everything was lovely, this is the 2nd time I've came here and it has not disappointed. Always gotta finish with some tea and they gave complimentary sweets also. Really nice place with amazing workers.

The food is really delicious and very reasonably priced. I have tried most of the dishes, and never have I been left disappointed. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the owner is such a sweetheart! The restaurant itself is stylish, with a lovely atmosphere. This is by far the best restaurant in the area, and I would most certainly recommend it.

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times now. Once with friends and today with family. Both times the food and service have been exceptional. The staff are friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend a visit here. You won’t be disappointed

Food was okay. Service was okay, but our drinks came after the food. We had to keep reminding them for certain drinks. Paid an £85 deposit to secure the table, which they said would be removed off of the final bill, but after coming home and checking the bill we realised they didn’t deduct the amount. We trusted them but they left us very disappointed. An £85 tip they definitely didn’t deserve!

Pinner branch is a dull venue needs better lighting and the food was not great as some had to be sent back as not fully cooked. Took most home for the dogs so I didn’t waste my money. And was told I HAD to pay the service charge which I didn’t!

We had a late booking for the restaurant. What a lovely experience. All the staff on duty were very attentive. Jen, JJ and Isa made our meal so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend to friends and family to come get for good food and lovely atmosphere

That was unbelievable, the customer service was absolutely fantastic. I’ve ordered Adana Kebab with rice and salad, an extra side with chips and it tastes really great and I’m humbled and delighted to buy the best Turkish restaurant in North West London.

Very Good restaurant for food little expensive but goodness comes with price tag so it's ok

Really great food and our waitress was lovely. However it was severely understaffed. Didn't get the drinks we ordered (apparently the lady at the bar was just being obtuse) and didn't get half the food we ordered. Didn't pay that part, so it's fine. What we did get was delicious.

Had a very bad experience,as the one who served me yesterday was so rude and very miss behaved. She served me the wrong order and charged me extra. I am not happy at all with the service. I will never come to this restaurant anymore. I am so shocked that we always go but never had such a bad experience.

I ordered the lamb shank, Adana kebab and chicken beyti. I'm quite a fan of Turkish food however on this occasion I found the food quite lacking in flavour. Although my partner seemed to enjoy her meal I wasn't quite impressed. The service was great, friendly staff I could not fault. The mocktail, however were very good! The pomegranate salad was excellent 👌 I have had better tasting Turkish food in the UK. It's decent enough to try if you're new to Turkish cuisine. Our meal cost us £57

Delish food and lots of it! After having a kebab a few times before I had the chicken casserole instead, this was just as or more delicious. We ordered directly from the restaurant and was advised they don't usually deliver, but did us a favour and delivered anyway. Can't recommend more.

This was our second visit here. First time was 4 years ago and we loved the food. Never got round to going back but always wanted to. Today we finally did and the food and service was exceptional. We got the lamb shank and it was incredible. Would definitely go back again and would recommend. Menu is not over priced and the quality is definitely there!
