The best restaurants in Spitalfields and Banglatown Tower Hamlets London

Food was nice enough, but staff was very rude. We were in a big group and no bill was provided, and we were overcharged (despite being on a set menu) so make sure to check. Staff went to take our plates away before we had even finished, and were not happy when I asked to finish my meal. Plenty of better alternatives and will not be going back.

Samantha was very attentive knowledgeable and had a great attitude while seevicing us. Her product knowlege, especially the craft beer and IPA selection.

Marvellous desserts. The cakes and cupcakes are splendid. The food is so good. The bakery/cafe is wonderful. Would recommend.

My older brother recommended this for Vegetable Singara it freshly made here every day, I like it got nice flavours on potatoes, Samosas chicken and lamb is nicely flavoured.

Creo que es una buena idea tener un restaurante tailandés dentro de un pub. Tiene sentido pedir su comida y tener una pinta y una charla con quienquiera que esté alrededor mientras espera. La comida era un poco mezclada. El entrante de verduras tempura fue un poco decepcionante - la verdura se cortó un poco grumosa para mi gusto y la masa demasiado espesa y pastosa. Pad Thai era un poco mejor - gran porción, un montón de gambas, pero le faltaba algo. Los rollos de primavera eran buenos, pero luego estos generalmente se compran en lugar de hacerse en el lugar. El mejor plato de los que probamos fue el pollo satay. El servicio era un poco peculiar con ambos cursos llegando al mismo tiempo. No es una mala experiencia pero no es probable que repita.

Really tasty food! I had the sweet chilli chicken and it has the perfect kick to it! If you like it spicier, the guy also offers chilli oil to add. Great sized portions also!

Everything they cooked was literally burnt and very very greasy. When asked that they burnt the food, they got very grumpy. Feel sick already.

Staff kinda rude, they could do with some communication training. Quietest place in the markets and know you know why!

Fui a este restaurante como asistir a un evento al lado. La comida era preciosa y el servicio increíble. Precios muy razonables especialmente las margaritas. Sin duda volveremos cuando en la zona.

Wow my first visit to this store with my mum in a wheelchair happily sat outside in the sun. Wow what great service from the gentleman who I think must of been a manager, very helpful and polite, defently go back thank you costa.

Wagamama’s a classic around the world, if you haven’t tried it yet, you might as well come. I’ve heard it’s Asian/Japanese, I am not entirely sure what it means. What I do know is that the food is food, there’s plenty of options and things you can play around with. I can’t say I’d recommend coming here as an absolute when you’re around the area, but if you are around and feel like some simple Asian food without having to spend too much it is a solid option.

Been here a number of times, varying in occasions.. Date, night out, work drinks.. But today I visited alone & as always, lovely vibe. Really friendly and chatty staff.

im Restaurant war es extrem kalt, hinterer Teil, wir baten um einen Tisch im vorderen Teil, wo es wärmer war. Das Essen war ausser den Namen der Speisen in keinem Fall indische Küche. Der Drink wurde mit braunen, abgestandenen Zitronen serviert. Die Speisen waren so schlecht, dass wir alle Speisen (fünf verschiedene Arten für 4 Personen) ungegessen zurück gegeben haben. Auf die Frage des Personals ob es nicht gut war, haben wir ehrlich aber höflich geantwortet. Dafür haben wir einen kleinen Rabatt erhalten. Das Restaurant ist weder von der Atmosphäre noch von den Speisen her zu empfehlen.
