DOESN’T EXIST !! Just spent 20 minutes looking for it and couldn’t find anything! Asked staff of Spitalfields markets and they had no clue either! If it is there it’s extremely misleading and unclear. We got the train half an hour to specifically go here, so a real let down.

Couldn't ask for anything better to end the day! I am here with my sister right now and just had to post this review. Enea, our server, is amazing. He took care of our food preferences so well and delivered the best. Great place to be! Cheers to the team.

I have been here many times and always had good food and service. The meals have been consistent so you know what to expect and the staff have always been friendly and attentive, even when extremely busy.

Friendly staff, quick service and yummy food!

Great Wagamama branch!!!!, the food and service was brilliant, in particular the manager Enea who served us. Our group consisted of vegans and one with a nut allergy, however we were spoilt for choice and the manager personally ensured the kitchen was aware of the allergy. Thanks guys we'll be back very soon, I would give you more than 5 stars if I could. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had such a lovely meal on the balcony of the Spitalfields wagamama - all of the staff were so friendly and professional. Enea was really welcoming and the service was super fast. Also definitely recommend the immunity juices! Will be back soon :)

New menu just started. Some of the old favs are there, some new selections. Over all good food, good timing on delivery to the table. No real problems or complaints at all.

I really love wagamama but have been to this particular restaurant recently and the food was extremely disappointing. My tuna stake dry and chewy, the chicken from kids menu dry and tasteless and my friend's katsu carry chicken not as good as usually is. The only positive was the friendly staff.

I have been coming to this one specific Wagamamma restaurant in Spitalfields for years! I've even seen the staff come and go. Great range of Japanese food and the chilli squid starter is to die for. Chicken or Prawn Firecracker is a must for me. Great place to grab a quick dinner/lunch. They also have outdoor seating for the warmer summer days. See you soon.

We camr here on a Friday night, having never been to Spitalfields before. Even with the market area being eerily quiet, it was difficult for us to locate the premises. After walking around the market for what seemed like ages, we eventually found the Wagamama (upstairs, behind a fitness studio!) We went in and were quickly seated on the benches, and when a booth became free, we were moved over. I wouldn't recommend sitting in a booth if you are hungry or in a rush, as it was so difficult to get the staff's attention to order and to pay the bill. Once the staff were at our table, they were nice. The food had mixed reviews. The veggie bao buns were delicious and the prawn starter were okay (it's hard to get deep fried food wrong!). The firecracker wasn't as spicy as I'd like and the prawn ramen tasted of nothing. I had to add soy sauce, seasoning and lime to make it tasty.

More Pan Asian than Asian itself, does the job in terms of satiating hunger but that's about it.

Had a bad experience here with a rude staff member, I asked if it was possible to be seated elsewhere, he said no and became aggressive and patronising. I complained to the manager and he dealt with it courteously, but I won’t be coming back to this place anymore when they hire idiots like that.

visited thursday 2 Jan around 7pm - food was nice, wish i had more dressing in my salad but was fine. The katsu curry was super tasty! service was great, super fun and engaging team member. (male mid twenties , blonde)

I'm a deliveroo rider when collecting for your clients I am habitually ignored and have to make myself known even then I am not taken notice of. These are your clients we are servicing the least you can do is acknowledge us and let us know exactly how long our orders will take. If we are not happy to wait we can then reject and another rider will show. So please some acknowledgement and true information is all we are asking.

I would like to make a complaint about Wagamama’s treatment of Deliveroo workers. Not only are they subjected to long waiting times, by using Deliveroo Wagamama are complicit in Deliveroo workers being denied basic rights such as holiday pay, pensions and minimum wage. Very sad that Wagamama are happy to use exploited workers to boost their profits. IF YOU WOULD NOT TREAT YOUR OWN STAFF THIS WAY WHY ARE YOU HAPPY TO USE MISTREATED PEOPLE?

Once I went with my family just couldn’t keep quite cause of the really long wait and also the way the staff spoke to us. Even we saw them treating some delivery drivers like homeless cause they went inside of the restaurant and they suppose be outside waiting for they order. I felt to them and hopefully we will never return there!!!

Good Food and service but was tlaking to a Deliveroo rider rightly complaining that the waiting times are too long and he is not treated well. WONT USE GO TO YOUR RESTURANT UNTIL YOU TREAT RIDERS BETTER!!!!!!!!!!

Food and table service are a good standard for Spitalfields but treatment of Deliveroo riders collecting orders is poor. The riders receive no compensation for waiting time and are not treated with respect.

Good Food and Friendly staff but isn't it time the Deliveroo riders are shown some more respect from your company. They work tirelessly to provide an excellent delivery service for your company, but are not rewarded fairly. Come on Wagamama let's demand good wages, and rights for Deliveroo workers. When your income depends on the amount of deliveries you do it is simply not right to have your delivery riders waiting half an hour to collect the food for delivery.

Nice food and friendly personnel, although, speaking with the rider that once brought me food, I gathered that they have no regards towards them. This is unacceptable. They must provide at least the basic rights that should be given to any worker

Chose this restaurant as it was close to where we are currently working away. I fancied some soup noodles and chose the wagamama ramen noodles. Service was great as food didn't take too long. Food was fabulous, prawns, chicken, pork was delightful along with simple noodles in a soup. Really enjoyed it, a must to try, thanks. Wagamama is literally heads and shoulders above the vast amount of of eateries /stalls. The firecracker is very hot and the food is exceptional.

Vegatsu was very disappointing. Seitan was too fried and also dry. The curry sauce wasn't enough as a result and also tasted watered down.

I have visited your restaurant few days ago for a quick grab and guess what ... I have been served by the same lovely lady as me and my wife few months back. Emilia , was great, very professional. Great experience !!!!

I have been to wagamama a lot of times as i am one of their regular customers. I love the food, the location and especially the people are working there. Very friendly atmosphere. All the managers and waitress are very supportive and helpful with the menu. Very good service and they give you options to decide what makes you happy to eat on that day! I highly recommended 💪🌺❤

Siempre sabes que va a ser una comida sabrosa y buena.Tuve la coliflor bang bang (que estaba delicioso) y tofu Itame.Ambos fueron geniales, calientes y no tardaron demasiado. Buena ubicación también 1 piso de la calle con un techo cubierto, por lo que con un clima horrible puede sentarse en la terraza.¡Volveré!

Nicolae waited on us and advised on dishes to suit our needs. He was very polite and friendly. Representative of superb customer service. Best experience in a Wagamama restaurant to date.

La pasé muy bien en tu restaurante hace unos días. La encantadora señorita Emilia nos sirvió. Fue grandioso. Nos revisó varias veces porque mi compañero y yo no estábamos seguros de qué pedir. Ella recomendó excelentes bebidas y comida. No escribo reseñas de restaurantes, pero esta experiencia tuvo que salir a la luz. Food was nice. Although I was a bit surprised that they haven't any sushi there. Service was quite quick, but my food arrived 3-5 min later than for my friends. That was a bit awkward. We paid by cash and the waiter ask us if we want our change ie £9.90. That was a shock and I don't want to return there as the impression while paying the bill wasn't nice. We left a tip, but the amount is at our discretion.

Vine aquí con mi novia como amamos wagamama! y nos estábamos quedando en la zona, nos sentamos y pedimos nuestro plato favorito, el ramen de karo y no esperé mucho para que llegaran mis amigas, pero lamentablemente estaba nadando en el agua y apenas tenía sabor, pasaron 10-15 minutos y no hay rastro de mi comida aparentemente, se olvidaron de hacer mi pedido de todos modos, el gerente se acercó a nosotros y se disculpó y me informó que mi comida será gratuita, ¡lo cual fue una gran noticia! ¡Lo único fue que cuando llegó el mío, también nadaba en el agua y no tenía sabor! Gracias a Dios era gratis. Cuando pedimos la factura, pudimos ver que mi comida no había sido descontada, así que le pedí que volviera a hablar con el gerente y él aconsejó al camarero que presionó el botón equivocado hasta que (mala excusa en mi opinión), tuvimos una noche horrible y No puedo esperar a salir, nunca volveremos aquí de nuevo!

My friend and I met here recently for lunch. It was great - good service and as always good food and drinks (juices) - just very busy and noisy. I would return though.

Worst experience ever. Restaurant practically empty but yet told had to que up with others outside. When I asked the manager why people couldn't be seated, I was told that kitchen was overwhelmed by orders. Really that's your reason?? Gave it twenty minutes went back few extra people inside (see photo) but still told I had to que outside never going back there. Ever!!!

Ordered wagamama reman, should be one of the signature ramen, but I was so disappointed. broth tasted like water, shrimps were raw, chicken is very dry. Two stars for good services.

Food is so tasty, fresh and well cooked! Each dish is colorful and perfect. Service is quite fast and nice. They welcome you well. So, I let you enjoy your curry ;) "Itadakimasu!"

Stick with the stalls on the ground floor of the market. The chicken in my ramen tasted like an unseasoned frozen breast that was reheated in the microwave. The bang bang cauliflower saved the meal.

During my visit there were a lot of staff and the service was fantastic, food as good as it usually is and came quickly, I didn’t have to ask for anyone or get anyones attention once. They came over exactly when I needed. Perfect service. Will visit again for sure!

We went here around 3pm to have the firecracker. We got one with rice and one with noodles.

Very busy on a Friday night but usual excellent quality food and service. Only had to wait a couple of minutes to get a seat. Food was quick and tasty

Visiting Londen I had diner with 9 colleagues at Wagamama. Again I really enjoyed the low level atmosphere and the correct staff. The fine bottle of Japanese beer completed the delicious meal. The only point of improvement are the restrooms, they can be more tidy and clean.

Ramen was not great, service not waou. We ate beef noodles that was very good though

The food was OK but the service wasn't. One dish wasn't ordered for us so forth person had to eat alone (we had to finish the soups that got colder as we waited). Table wasn't cleaned nor had catlery, napkins.. we had to travel to the nearest empty table and grab those ourselves. Overall experience isn't the best, we won't come back here.

Terrible service during busy lunch hours! I only go as I like the food but if you’re on a lunch break try somewhere else and come back when you’re not in a rush. Food is tasty though.

We were lazy and came in as it was nearly empty. No wonder really. Spicy noodles, curries and stirfry. Ho hum, no atmosphere, decent service. Eat and go.

Can't believe the service here. Really slow and stood waiting to be seated for ages while several staff looked at me and ignored me. Ended up going inside and asking to be seated but wish I hadn't bothered. Waited ages for someone to come and take our order. Drinks came out wrong and then they forgot to bring out the correct drinks even after asking three times. Only two of us yet mains came out at different times. We were told this is because they cook fresh to order... i laughed as i have eaten at loads of places that cook fresh to order and yet it comes out together and hot. It wasn't busy so god knows what it would be like if busy. Wouldn't recommend go somewhere else.

Like all Wagamamas, Wagamama Spitalfields has a big menu. All menu options are great, and the location is nice. There is an indoor section and a cooler outdoor section, in the second mezzanine level of Spitalfields. It can be a bit hard to find but all staircases will lead you to it.

You know exactly what you're going to get with Wagamamas. It's a blessing in a city like London where so many restaurants are all about style over substance. It's a nice location and everything you'd expect. Just wish they'd bring back the mochi balls!!

We were there one hour befor closing. The food, i know its an hour befor, but if they said its out or anything like this, we wouldn't be so disapointed about that dinner yesterday. So we paid the full price for a unfresh and I'm sorry for writing it, a really bad dinner. Another point ist the service. It would be better to say: Hey guys, we close in an hour. Instead the Service runs threw the tables to put the chairs on the table (we sit next to those) etc... If they want to close - we go, okay, but if the say come in and enjoy - sorry, thats not okay.

I have eaten at dozens of Wagamama restaurants over the years and this is by far the worst. The service was slow but not due to it being busy, the staff walked passed us several times. When asking for 2 plates to come as starters and 2 as mains the man snapped that 'all food comes when it comes' meaning my 'starter' arrived after my main. This was extremely annoying the vegatsu (vegan katsu) was the main reason for going as it is one of our favourite dishes it was bland and not at all like the ones we have had before.The gyoza was bland also and my pad thai was cold and rubbery. Definitely will not be going to this branch again.

I rarely find the need to write a poor review but am a frequent eater at Wagamama all over SE. This one is grim. The food was inedible. We sent back strips of unbiteable rubber that were supposed to be the chilli squid. The Yalu udon has two prawns in it and little meat and the smallest portion going. It took 15 mins for drinks to arrive on a sweltering day. No service on one side of restaurant and no one came to ask if all was ok with meal. We hunted down a young lad who put out cutlery and he alerted someone about the squid. The manager then said they would leave it on the table and take off bill. Why?! It was inedible! No other compensation offered. Just a real let down. Avoid and have the katsu downstairs in a consession instead

Not a fan of wagamama as they don't time the food very well. I was waiting 6 minutes to get my food after my colleague and it just makes it a bit awkward considering its a quick work dining option so you never stay long.

Typical wagamamas, with typical wagamamas food. Have to point out that the toilets were absolutely foul though and needed a good scrub.

My friends and I all went to wagamamas to catch up. Once leaving a few hours later one by one we all felt ill and couldn't stop going to the toilet. It was embarrassing and a horrific experience. We lost days of work and uni due to food poisoning after sharing starters at wagamamas. I will not be using this restaurant again, it is the second time my friends had been given raw chicken.

This is the best Wagamama I’ve been to by far. I only went in yesterday to get take away and they were super friendly, efficient and offered me a cup of green tea while waiting. How lovely!
