Food was amazing. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was fairly quiet but we did visit at lunch time mid-week. the music and lighting were perfect. Antonela was a wonderful server, so polite, professional and friendly.

Great time at Players social. Happened to find the place by accident when we were looking for somewhere for food, really glad we stopped by. Food was great and so was service. Will be back if we are in London again!

Great night out with my team, playing Shuffleboard and then chatting over drinks. Staff were very helpful both beforehand with questions about my booking, and during the evening. We had the two Shuffleboard tables outside (under cover and with some heating) which was great fun, and then two booths inside for drinks. A few of us stayed for pizzas which were delicious, proper wood-fired ones. Thanks, Players Social!

Had an amazing time here at players and a special thanks to Steven and Wale, they took the time to make sure we was comfortable.

Our group had a booking for 7:30pm on a Tuesday, only to be told they overbooked and didn’t have room for us inside. They were unwilling to compromise with anything in regards to our booking, offering us a glass of water as ‘compensation’. Unacceptable, patronising and argumentative attitude from the manager. Wouldn’t recommend coming here at all.

Bar was cool with the games but the drinks prices are a joke, £7.80 for a Guinness is way too steep, also adding service charge just for drinks seems a bit much on top

We went to Old Spitalfield Market for lunch and chose this sports bar! Prices are rather high, with “normal” English food plus an automatic tip, which is included on the bill. Well, we played table tennis for an hour after dinner in the middle of London ;)

Great atmosphere, mid range prices, a great place to come if you're in the area with friends or a date, if you're looking a casual upscale vibe.

Staff were lovely and the games are a lot of fun. Company was great too.

Their table football / foosball tables got a big upgrade: the now have 4 brand new Tornado tables! This definitely makes it the best place to play foosball in town.

£8.40 for a pint of Lucky Saint is ridiculous. But on the plus side, the atmosphere is great, and they have four professional quality foosball tables, and also shuffleboard.

We came on a Saturday afternoon as a group of 8 (included 4 kids aged between 1-6) and we had a great time. The staff were super friendly and helpful, letting us play the various games with the kids. Would definitely recommend as a relaxed place to go as a family that needs sone entertaining. Matteow was great and made us all very welcome!

The food and cocktails were great, but please be careful, a 13% tip is automatically added to the bill amount. We had 14€ for two people.

It's so funny how poor service can affect your experience so much - shuffleboards are fun, DJ was great but staff kept saying it was table service, yet didn't actually walk around and instead stayed behind the bar. Incredibly bland energy from the staff behind the bar as well. One lady did come around but as she had no help from her colleagues it took quite long. A saving grace was we got shots for poor service - added one star.

Good evening however we paid a compulsory 12.5% service charge (not discussed) and then the decision was taken by Players Social to take the 'rest' of the budget as a tip, rather than allocate more food / drink to our group. Meaning we paid 16% as a service charge in total. We only found this out when we asked for the VAT invoice. Be warned.

Very nice place, very kind staff and fabulous atmosphere!

Stopped here on Friday evening for some grub and a drink. Chicken fillet burger and fries, portions good, food tasty, nothing out of this world. Bar clean and well laid out. We sat outside the bar, in the covered area. Nice area, staff very friendly and helpful out here. Can play a selection of games inside such as football, air hockey variation etc, we didn't play as others there. Overall, a nice bar and location with friendly staff.

Stopped for an impromptu drink and to play one of the shufl board games - great fun. Think it was £3 per player for about 30 mins …although could be wrong and no one booted us off. Lots of other games options - table tennis, table football etc. we didn’t eat but food options looked good.

Came for a few drinks and games and had a great time. It was a quiet mid-week night so there was not too much atmosphere but the staff were friendly and I can imagine on a busy night it would be a great atmosphere.

After a disappointing first experience here we came back and it was absolutely brilliant! It seemed to be more busy than the first time we came yet the service was amazing! Lily, Steven and Terry absolutely shined throughout our time here. Shuffleboard was so much fun as none of us had played before Steven was energetic and happy to show and explain the game whilst lily and Steven were so helpful with our food and drink whilst also chatty and friendly! Honestly it was such a fun great experience with family and friends and i really do recommend it! Will 100% be back soon x Food was delish really recommend truffle fries!

Lunch out with our staff. We were shown to a very small table for 4 people. Food took a long time to arrive, the food wasn't bad but not great. It was quiet and didn't really have much atmosphere. Our staff asked to leave rather than stay and play the games, it was not the treat we had hoped for. 13.5% tip added to the bill without notice. I can imagine this is a great spot for a night out when it's busy.

We didn’t eat but drank a LOT! Fantastic evening playing Shuffleboard. Superb atmosphere and Terence our brilliant server, looked out for us all night making sure we didn’t go without! Totally recommend for a great evening with friends.

Epic fish n chips, the wine per bottle is great value. You need the wine, mid way through the summer hols. The kids were very happy with the pizza & flat breads & chips. There are some great games to play too. Oziel was fantastic !

We had a great afternoon here while killing some time before heading to the Spurs game. The games on offer were a lot of fun, especially with a small group. The cocktails were excellent, the snacks were tasty, and Stephen provided wonderful service, making us feel very welcome. This spot is ideal for drinks and substantial bar food. While the food was pretty good and reasonably priced, it's really the lively atmosphere that makes this place special. There are indoor games available, and despite it being busy on a Saturday afternoon, we easily found a table. There’s a wide selection of drinks, the servers are extremely welcoming, and the atmosphere is loud and perfectly suited for a social hangout. We even had a few Jäger bombs to top off the experience. Highly recommend for drinks and snacks!

Is our first time in players social bar. The stsfg os very warm, welcoming and very polite. The food os nice and Molly makes one of the best caipirinhas i tasted in London. I would recomend you wont regret.

Came on a Saturday at 11am for the free shuffleboard games they advertise on the website. Got there and explained to a worker that we were here for the free games (and was NOT told to pay to get free games), and was allowed to play. Had a fun time until we were approached by the manager BEFORE midday to pay for our hour game. We had shown them the website and they still insisted on us paying in total. We immediately paid the £25 and left, completely ruining our moods. Won't be coming back. Edit: I'm sorry but nowhere on the website does it say that any purchase was required on entry for the games to be free. We also did not decline, we asked to pay for a small item and still was told to pay half by the manager. Your website is misleading and would be disappointing to future customers, instead change it to 'buy a drink and get a free game' and it would be more accurate.

Nice location, good food at affordable prices. The variations of the pizzas, for example, are extraordinary. The food came a little too quickly, so it felt like they wanted to clear the table quickly. Great environment in Spitalfield Market.

Good atmosphere, horrible service & the most rude server. They broke my 5 year sober card, I asked for a non alcoholic beer and brought me a 4.3% beer and didn’t tell me. We will not be back here, absolutely tragic.

Drinks for the table next to us were added to our bill. The waitress wasn’t able to refund the value in cash as they are cashless. Was asked for my email address to process a refund but they’ve not reached out. I’ve emailed them twice now over the last four days and no reply. Be careful!

Everything was great. The food was good came here for the first time with some colleagues too. Best part was the service especially waitress Oziel. She is the epitome of brilliant service so bubbly loved it!!!

Food is actually pretty good - service is sub optimal and it’s definitely not the ‘games bar’ it’s sold to be! And there is no djs on Thursday nights. Brought a big crew down her and was super deflated by the experience. Also service charge is 13.5% for doing very very minimal. Avoid if you can

Very nice place to sit and have a catch up whilst sampling the cocktail menu. Only had some chips but the taste and portion was good. Sat in the market which has it's good and bad points. Staff were OK, service not very quick.
