5 years ago we stayed at the Hilton and enjoyed the high quality cuisin at this restaurant. We arrived 2 days ago and wanted to dine again in Cinnamon. But,the disappiontment was great: very dull Hamburger , unfresh bun ,stringy meat. A small fish a bit smelly and frozen chips.I. Miss the italian chef !!!!

Very limited choices and for some reason a single menu was shared between the restaurant and bar. Service was great with useful info on the mains. It was empty and I had wished that perhaps I should have gone to the mall for a more atmospheric dinner environment.

We visited as a group and were pleasantly surprised by the prices and I had steak it was gorgeous, rare and tender. We came here as some of the group were staying at the hotel so it was part of their hotel. It was more out of convenience, but I am glad we did. My wife ordered Belly Pork and it tasted immense, really lovely. Our waiter was TOP NOTCH so helpful and had us all laughing

Average dinner.The service was excellent and the waiter was very nice but the location and the food were average. Also, the menu chooses were limited. I guess it’s because of covid, maybe it is usually better. Around these times, I wouldn’t recommend it unless you are staying in the hotel

We visited on Wednesday 9th October for a Bottomless Brunch deal - £29 pp with 2 hours of Bottomless Prosecco and 3 course Brunch. We booked for 1pm but arrived at 12pm, we were told we could be seated early. Great welcome on arrival by Jorge, seated quickly and brought the menu - drinks were served straight away and we were left for just under 10 minutes to enjoy the drink and look at the menu. Our drinks were filled and we chose the Eggs Benedict and Bacon Waffles, the Brunch Roast each... I had chicken and my friend the steak and we chose fruit platter and cheesecake for desert.

I have had many afternoon teas but have never been served toasted scones. We questioned our waitress about this and was told they were toasted so that they could be served warm. She informed us that since she had been working there (7 months) they had always been toasted!!!

A great spread for breakfast. Didn’t have to wait first time and a short wait the second time. Egg station with omelettes which were great. All typical English breakfast components available! Pastries too, cold meats, cheeses, juices and yogurts and fruits. Staff made sure we were ok. A good choice.

With a group of friends we chose the Cinnamon Restaurant for a bottomless prosecco brunch and it was quite disappointing . The service was pretty slow and we did not feel like the staff was attentive enough especially to refill our glasses. My friends and I get together for a brunch every month and this is the first time we actually had to let the staff know it was time to refill our glasses. The food was correct, but nothing special. There was obviously some miscommunication within the staff. Also, we were served some bread with "olive oil" and balsamic vinegar and knew by knowledge it was not olive oil at all. It tasted more like sunflower or rapeseed oil. This could have been dangerous if any of us had some allergy to any of these oils. This is not to be mean towards you team but just to let you know you really do have to step your game up as we had strong expectations for the Hilton brand. I believe you can do better to provide the best customer experience. :) We do appreciate however your understanding of our complaint and your commercial gesture .

This restaurant and bar is situated on the ground floor within the Hilton Hotel, Canary Wharf.We stayed at the hotel during a weekend and used the restaurant and bar on two occasions and were not disappointed.The food we ordered was cooked perfectly, tasted great and was very well presented. We also had a hot breakfast buffet one morning that had lots of choice of both English and continental style breakfasts.The staff in the restaurant and bar were also very helpful and friendly during our stay.I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Located on the bottom floor of the Hilton, this restaurant was convenient . It had a delicious hot breakfast buffet with a little bit of everything . I loved the fix your own oats bar . Very healthy and unique . The host was engaging and helpful . He greeted me by name in the second day . It was clean and inviting . There were good menus for all of the meals .

Food & Service were great. Was overcharged on the bill for 3 items and had to email my reciept and complaint. Recieved a refund also with service charge refunded after over a week. Wanted to go back for the good food but wasn't offered a discount on next visit or anything else just refunded what we were owed anyway. Not the best service for wanting customers to come back.

Dinner was a gift in the form of a voucher - three courses for 2 with a glass of cocktail to start. I was a little apprehensive after reading some reviews but was pleasantly surprised. The cocktail was a refreshing fruit syrup with prosecco, our pork belly starters were tasty, our steak main course was really delicious - perfectly cooked steak, the dessert was nice. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that after such a meal I had expected home made desserts, such a shame. All the staff were polite and friendly - all in all we had a lovely evening

Very impressed with the service, quality of food, decor of the restaurant and drinks menu. We chose the seafood board in the end and we were not disappointed. The layout, taste and options were absolutely excellent. We enjoyed every single bite and the wine complimented the meal very well too. Visité aquí con amigos y familiares como parte de una opción de oferta en línea.El restaurante era como era de esperar dentro del hotel Hilton en Canary Wharf.El servicio fue inicialmente lento (tal vez habíamos llegado en un momento de mucho trabajo) pero cortés y atento. I came here on a wowcher for birthday and I can say I definitely won't be returning. We explained to the gentleman taking our order that our table was even and was causing everything on the table to wobble, (including my champagne which ended up spilling all over the table). He then told us, no one else has complained about this table today and didn't even try and help us fix it. He then said, there are no other tables available in the restaurant, even though there were only 5 other parties dining and there were at least 5 other tables unused. They didn't have half the items on the menu, which wasn't explained until we tried to order, the steak which we ordered medium was hard a rock and the starter was overcooked.

Redeemed a Wowcher Voucher for a meatboard and bottle of wine. Sergio our server was very polite and considering we went through the entire bottle of red after having already having drinks at a bar nearby, very patient with our slightly sloppy exit. Would definitely go again!

Always mystified when I go somewhere and have polar opposite views to other reviews. The food was very good, as was the service. Used a 2 person voucher my mum was given and paid extra for another meal. I’ve not used many vouchers but this was far and away the best vfm. Food was hot, well presented, good quality and just the right portion size. Highly recommend the sirloin steak. Would have no hesitation in returning.

Had the pleasure of dining here two nights in a row. First night: goats cheese salad - beautiful flavours and perfect presentation. I’d have to deduct a mark or two as it was extremely cold - perhaps had been in the fridge for too long before serving? Some of the cheese, although tasty, was almost icy! I couldn’t fault the steak from the grill. Perfectly rare (as requested) - an utterly delectable delight. Best steak I’ve had in a very long time. Second night: scallops followed by tiger prawns from the grill. Wow! Scallops were incredibly fresh and a total taste sensation. I savoured every mouthful. The tiger prawns were also wonderful. Perfect with the asparagus and garlic butter. Possibly a small bit of fresh crusty bread to mop up the sauce and add a a perhaps needed modicum of carby substance to this otherwise perfect meal. Excellent, attentive service and a quick chat with the chef doing a walkaround was a nice touch. Well done; Hilton - I hope to be back next year to sample these culinary delights again

Ok so I’m sold.I spent a night in the hotel a couple of months ago and wrote a bad review!I had promised myself I’d never visit again but I had an old voucher for the restaurant which I came across lately and I had to use it of course (who wastes money?)So I call up my friend and we turn up for our 6pm reservation.First I forget to print the voucher when I had expressly been told to do so!The lady on duty smiled sweetly and asked if she could see it on my phone.Even worse my phone had died!The lady graciously (sorry I didn’t take her name)walked me to the concierge and plugged in my phone and waited patiently for it to charge .Five minutes later she verified the voucher and asked where we wanted to sit.We picked a table and then we had a look at the menus and placed our orders.We were served in total by four different people all gracious, prompt, impeccably well mannered, friendly but unobtrusive and just nice, pleasant happy people, and the meals themselves - heavenly!Michelin style presentation and cooked to perfection!I have never given five stars on a review and I’ve never wanted to, to be honest,but I truthfully and sadly can’t fault anything today!Not the service , not the for food, nor the ambience.SO ITS FIVE STARS FROM THE FUSSY DENTIST!Well done Hilton Canary Wharf!I’m impressed.

My wife and I have enjoyed a couple of afternoon teas at the Hilton on Park Lane (plus at other establishments) and once again we had a Buyagift voucher. For this afternoon tea, we chose the Cinnamon Restaurant at the Hilton Hotel, Canary Wharf.On entering the restaurant, we were shown to our table for two by the front windows, the afternoon tea side of the restaurant was fairly quiet with just a few other tables occupied. Our “sparkling cocktails” which I can only describe as pink grapefruit was not quite what we were expecting. My wife had a pot of tea which wasn’t very hot and I had a coffee. Our three-tier tower of sandwiches and mini cakes arrived soon after. The four quarters of sandwich with various fillings were very small and barely made up one decent sandwich and some of the bread was a little on the dry side. The cakes too were a little uninspiring although the warm scones with jam and clotted cream were good.At no time were we asked if everything was ok but I did ask the waiter for another coffee. We were never asked if we would like any more but reading other reviews, I get the impression you are charged. At the Hilton Park Lane, they offered us another tier of food without charge and even then, asked us would we like anymore.The ambiance of the Cinnamon restaurant wasn’t very inspiring with drab brown décor. The outlook from the windows looks across a busy main road with a building site opposite plus you have the rumbling of the DLR trains almost above your head. All-in-all a rather disappointing experience and not a patch on the Park Lane Hilton.

Got a discount ticket of a 3-course dinner with a bottle of prosecco. The experience was brilliant! The food is good and the staff were nice. The portion of the food was not too large so that we were able to finish all the 3 courses. The restaurant is on the ground floor of Hilton hotel but it's not noisy at all because it's far from the entrance and the concierge. Great restaurant!

I wasn't overly concerned when I saw quite a few bad reviews as I prefer to judge for myself. I visited with my wife on Sat 23rd March for the roasting board dinner with bottle of wine for 2. We were greeted on arrival to the restaurant by a gentleman who was quite pleasant and we were seated. The restaurant was pretty empty at the time and we were given the option of a bottle of red or white wine and a choice of either meat, fish or veggie. We opted for the meat which consisted of steak, chicken, potatoes and vegetables. It took about 20 minutes to arrive but was served very hot and I found the meal very tasty. There was more than enough for the 2 of us. We paid £29 instead of £75. At £29 I think this was very reasonable but wouldn't want to pay the full £75. Our experience was very good and I would recommend to others if this wowcher is still available. No service charge was added but we tipped the waiter a fiver anyway. I've eaten at many different restaurants and have had worse experiences at other so called 5 star ones.

We visited the hotel for my husbands birthday, we used a Wowcher code for the restaurant. Unfortunately staff was so concerned about expressing and placing emphasis on the voucher code. I explained that money was not an issue, which I feel that we should not have had to explain. I requested for a slice of cake to be brought out as a surprise and explained I was happy to again PAY EXTRA. They totally ignored the request and brought out cold food. The food was nice, but it can out in the wrong order. In addition they added a service charge, which I explained I was not happy to pay as our steaks where bloody and had to be sent back. Our sides were delivered cold and no cake was brought even though I had requested it. We was forced to pay the service charge to avoid and arguement. Service was incredibly lousy

Wrong We was seated across from a family who had cartoons on and volume up on the phone. Ruining the atmosphere. We ordered our food. Crispy pork belly for starters. The pork was so underdone the texture made me feel sick. Charred steak was not charred not cooked as specified and i stated medium to make it simple. The blobs of mash seemed to be smash and the peppercorn sauce was thin and dark and full of juices where the steak had not been left to rest. With 2 courses down and over an hour passed by we cancelled dessert and left. We recieved no check back if our meal was ok. Just plates taken and nothing done to correct the meals. Just because it was a wowcher i dont feel the service i recieved should have been any different to the paying customers around us wich it clearly was. I will defo not be returning ive had a better steak in a weatherspoons.

If having regular afternoon tea the only issues would be ambience (Tv on instead of relaxing music) and service (had to refill our own hot water pot amongst other issues).Also neither of us drink alcohol but we weren't offered an alternative. However, if you have ANY dietary requirements please avoid. I had contacted the hotel by email and messenger to ensure my afternoon tea was a) gluten free and b) free of salmon and mustard and b) that my partner had no pork.Rang bell ignored - staff on mobiles taking picturesTapped on door let in but not warm welcomeGiven gluten free sandwiches for me and gluten free cakes and scones for both of us. Had long wait for partners sandwiches. I said that my partner wasnt gluten free so would want normal cakes and scones. 15 minutes later after i had eaten most of the gluten free cakes I was informed they weren't gluten free as advised by the waiter.They are lucky it wasn't my daughter with her peanut allergy or theyd be dealing with a dead body.Manager was great but it was too late then.Disappointing Valentine's day

El "supervisor" es una vergüenza para su profesión, ya que arruinó el ambiente de la experiencia al estar constantemente junto a nuestra mesa con discriminación. La rubia camarera que, comprensiblemente, el inglés no es su primer idioma, malinterpretó las solicitudes que nos llevaron a cobrarnos. Vimos al supervisor y la camarera debatiendo y llegamos a la conclusión de que estábamos equivocados y ella tenía razón, lo que llevó a que el supervisor nos acusara por mentir. Él no fue imparcial y dijo que debido a que ella estuvo en el papel durante el año, confió en ella sobre nosotros. Una experiencia muy mala y le aconsejo a cualquiera que vaya en pareja que no vaya. Tendrás más por tu dinero en un restaurante de comida rápida. Realmente decepcionado con este restaurante. Debe estar cerrado

The food was really nice and flavourful. Staff was friendly, although one of them kept calling me sir - I get mistaken for it more often with my short hair but it never lasts the whole evening! The atmosphere of the restaurant is very hotel-y.

Mi esposa recibió un cupón de té de Buyagift Afternoon por su 60 cumpleaños. Decidimos ir al Hilton Canary Wharf ya que pensamos que sería bueno tener una vista sobre los muelles. La descripción decía que esto era cuando era posible. Sin embargo, posteriormente descubrimos que esto no ha sido una opción desde principios del año pasado. Ahora se proporciona té en el restaurante de canela. Ahora estás sentado en la planta baja mirando la carretera principal. Para perjudicar aún más la vista, fuera de la ventana hay vallas de los constructores detrás de las cuales se encuentran las obras viales, y furgonetas de los constructores estacionados. El té de la tarde en sí no coincide con la imagen que se muestra en el folleto. Las raciones eran escasas y la presentación ordinaria. A modo de ejemplo, el té era solo una bolsa de té en una olla, no hojas sueltas como suele esperarse. También mi esposa tuvo que pedir una segunda taza de té, ya que no se ofreció. El camarero ofreció una copa gratis de vino espumoso para compensar la falta de visión, pero para entonces ya estábamos molestos. Como dije, este fue un regalo de cumpleaños número 60 para mi esposa, pero tenía más ganas de comer té a la vuelta de las tiendas. Muy ordinario, no vale la pena el dinero. ¿Volveríamos aquí de nuevo, no.

Having the knowledge that it is a lovely restaurant, and not to mention in Hilton, my expectation is high. When we came, to my surprise, we were directed and sat at the Bar area. The Supervisor (Asian/Indian) saw the look on my face, he immediately stated, “Roasting Board is on that side”. Almost like, you have a Wowcher voucher so you are not sitting at the restaurant. Take note, our booking stated Seating Area is at the Cinnamon Restaurant “Not Bar!”After our order was taken, we waited for over 30mins for our food to come. When the waitress served the roasting board, she dropped the pepper shaker and it smashed on the floor. She apologised but there was no sense of urgency to clear it up. So I went to the bar and called the waitress and asked to clear it. The waitress then came over with an aggressive attitude to clear the broken ceramics, with no intention to check if it is all clear and safe. Therefore, I had to call her back as there is another big piece of the broken ceramic just beside my friends chair. When she came to bring the plates, she just shove it on our table with no care whatsoever. On top of this disgraceful customer service, the waitress has a very bad body odour. It is such a pity that we had a truly unpleasant experience because the food is actually really nice. However, I will never recommend this restaurant at all nor will return. Thought the whole idea is to be able to introduce the restaurant to new clients and have a great experience, but this was not the case on this occasion sadly.

We had a table booked for 9, took the waiter ages to come and take our order - we ordered from the set menu, the drinks arrived fairly quickly but no food whatsoever was received until nearly half ten (and when food did arrive, the starter was probably the smallest starter I’ve ever had in a restaurant, I’ve been served bigger amuse-bouches for free elsewhere) The mains didn’t arrive until ten to eleven and the chicken breast was like a bog-standard Hunters Chicken that you can find on most pubs menu (and a pub cook would probably pay more care and attention to make it look more appealing than what arrived at our table) Dessert finally arrived at quarter past eleven, a chocolate fondant that was ok but wouldn’t win any awards. The waiter continually kept on about how busy they were on a Monday night, but I would have said there were only 20 or so other people in the restaurant at the same time as us: the couple one side ordered steaks, but they must have waited the best part of an hour for the side vegetables to arrive, and the lady of the couple said her steak was seriously over cooked (although their steaks must have been stone cold by the time the vegetables arrived), and the couple the other side had plates with their leftovers piled up for a good two hours or so before anyone bothered to clear their table. We were offered free coffees as an apology for the time it took to get our food, alas they were nondescript cups of semi-warm, milky water so we left sharpish at this point. It was about twenty to twelve when we finally left - hard to imagine how it could take anyone so long to serve up what was essentially not a lot of food.

Grupo de nosotros nos reunimos aquí para tomar una copa y jugar un juego de mesa mientras disparábamos la brisa. Decidido sobre algo de comida, muy bien presentado, sabroso y gratificante. También conocí al dueño (¡Jimmy!) Que preparó una silla y jugó un juego de "cartas" con nosotros. Encantador tío, atento y cortés personal. El establecimiento está a punto de someterse a una reforma pero se adapta perfectamente a mis gustos. Compacto y bijou.
