What I liked most about this Nando's was the service, 10/10! I didn’t ask the manager’s name, but he was incredibly nice. You don't often find people in hospitality nowadays who are passionate about their jobs, so I want to congratulate the manager and his team for their amazing service.

La peor comida de prueba de la historia, la comida era muy sosa sin sabor en absoluto ni siquiera sal cuando le pregunté al camarero respuesta era que viene soso que no era útil en absoluto.

Staff are amazing but the shop is too hot to drink hot drinks inside. No working air conditioning, it is shameful for such a profitable company to leave staff in those conditions!!!

Kolapata has amazing Bangladeshi food, connecting you to the culture of the Asian country. Food has wonderful taste and SPICE. The restaurant service is a little slow, yet manageable. Food doesn't cost much. The restaurant is hard to get to via public transport. A tip - their mix bhorta gives you a lot - making a great price-saver.

I have been here many times and loved it , but this time was so disappointed with the customer service. No one came to take our order, kept getting stared at by 2 members of staff, especially the lady. At one point, the Music was deliberately put on full blast to the point we couldn’t hear ourselves speak. Even customers walking in were shocked. If there is cctv the manager can check, it was on the 04/05/2025 evening. As we were leaving a member of staff shouted in Bengali, but we did not turn around. We knew it was aimed at us. I am still shocked at the rudeness and how uncomfortable we was made to feel. This comment is mostly for the manager to be aware of his staff behaviour.

Came to subway on Sunday 27th April at approximately 11:15. I come to this branch often and have never had any issues. I Was served by a gentleman called ‘Foyez’. I asked for one chicken sub and one tuna sub. I asked him to put lettuce on the tuna sub but he put it on the chicken sub by mistake this was not a big deal but when I reminded him that I wanted lettuce on the tuna sub and not the chicken sub, Foyez proceeded to take the lettuce off the chicken sub & put it straight on the tuna sub, contaminating the tuna sub with chicken which was for someone that is a vegetarian. I had to request for a new sub to be made, Foyez did not think it was a big deal, he clearly has not been trained properly as cross contamination & dietary requirements is a big deal in the food industry. I would advise all customers with dietary requirements to be weary & vigilant when ordering here if you are being served by Foyez.

I have been to so many other GDK shops but this is one of the worst. I am convinced they are using a very very bad quality oil for frying the rolls. Also they are not using the fresh food.

Disgusting service, we ordered their food for my son's wedding and we had a really bad experience. We had 500 guests and they only provided us with a few waiters. Some of the chicken pieces were uncooked and the daal was burnt. Many of our guests didn't get any food and some of them were served cold food after waiting for a long time. It was so embarrassing as some of our guests travelled a long way to attend this wedding.

Very convenient location next door to Bethnal Green tube station, good selection of lager but as a real ale drinker somewhat disappointing as no ales on handpumps and ws limited to a small choice bottled ales. Good venue with very friendly staff but rather noisy music to talk over and later was showing a Spanish football game on Sky sports so got a bit busier and noiser.

Este es el peor lugar en Whitechapel, Tenían unos 5 hombres detrás del mostrador soñando. ¿Por qué tengo que pedir tenedores, servilletas y mi bebida, los hombres me dieron 1 de cada uno cuando pedí más miró a la mesa donde estaba mi familia también ver si realmente lo necesitaba, qué broma de un lugar. Pedí 3 comidas así que obviamente necesito 3 tenedores. Le pedí salsa de chile y me pidió mi plato para que lo pueda verter, ¿por qué no lo puedes verter en una tina pequeña? También el tamaño de la porción era diabólicamente pequeño. Literalmente, podría contar unas 13 papas fritas. La falta de servicio al cliente era ninguna. Este lugar tuvo suerte de estar con mi pareja e hijo o de lo contrario le habría dado a estos plátanos grasosos 🍌 ⛴️ un especial de khabib
