Subway Whitechapel in Tower Hamlets

Went subway 7th feb 2025. Ordered chicken tikka With in few hours started to feel sick and pain in my abdomin, then had to go use the gents many times. Later realised it was food poison from the food. Its been almost 5 days still no improvement Thanks subway for an unforgettable experience, never in my life experienced that.

Worker SAIM messed up my order costing me extra money to get my break covered by someone. Guy couldn't follow simple instructions at the till. Please train staff to be more attentive.

I went in to order a takeaway and the staff was extermely friendly, respectful and helpful.

Bought a Subway during a 50 % off campaign period. The seller didn't even advertise me to download the app so that I could get the discount (I paid the full price). Also he talked very quietly, was hard to understand, and – the biggest let down – didn't allow me to charge my phone while I was eating. Not a good customer service experience. The sandwich itself was okay.

I don't think an establishment should not have a toilet especially when they just refurbished it...

It is very local to me and convenient but when I went in to order foot long meat balls, the guy with was serving me was really rude. The way he was talking to me felt like he didn't want to serve me.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. THE TALL MAN IN PARTICULAR IS THE WORST. IVE BEEN GETTING FOOD FROM SUBWAY OVER 5 YEARS IN GENERAL AND NEVER HAD ISSUES UNTIL NOW. Absolutely terrible service! Selling me false information. Mansour deluar and Amin, the workers there gave me nothing but horrendous service with the lack of understanding and making me go last eventhough I ordered before everyone. SO CALLED FAST FOOD?! He tried to make me give him Good review by bribing me with a free drink. I’ve never experienced absolutely poor customer service like this. There are better Subways around who would treat you with at least a bit of respect.

Great subway. A lot of subways have terrible or lazy customer service. The guys here were brilliant. Didn't bat an eye lash at the long line and got everyones orders pretty well and swiftly.

Customer service does not exist. My son stopped going to Whitechapel Subway because of their service. No smile no care, literally throwing the food at the counter table. Never going back. Never buy the Nachos.

The staff at this branch had such poor service there was only 1 customer in the store yet they failed to acknowledge or even begin to serve us. Instead they were busy twidling their thumbs. We ended up leaving after waiting 10 minutes! I've been to busier branches where I've waited for less! Lazy staff!

This is by far my favorite subway store, great location, friendly staff and for some reason the best Turkey breast I can only find it here. But Saima's costumer service is always a step further, please keep people like her.

Just went in to buy cheesy nachos. A middle aged guy served me with sprinkling merely 5-6 strands of cheese with half a scoop looking salsa. I have been buying since 10 years now and this was the most unprofessional encounter. Plus he then was bad mouthing in front of me in hindi thinking I dint understand. I mean if i just wanted plain doritos why wouldnt I go to tescos instead?

The worst ever subway I went to and potentially worst "fast"-food. Staff is never welcoming, sometimes barely speaks English. But worst than that, they just never have basic ingredients! Only one type of bread in the evening (7pm), no meatballs, card machine works randomly. Shut down this place it hurts the subway brand

New management is horrible, staff are rude when I asked for certain salads rolled their eyes and seem to throw it in instead of spread it evenly will never go back, subway what are you doing with these clowns behind the till, AVOID at all costs!!

New management has destroyed this place. Less staff, flies everywhere, drinks machine never topped up, even the Sub toppings are less. You just lost a regular customer. Although the old staff try their best to keep me and my colleagues happy, its not good enough that everything has been cut down. Shame.

Wow Healthy option when you out and wanna have something in good money

Me and my family we love it there. Staff are very friendly. They make sure everything is good for you be4 they serve you food. The place is always tidy and representable. Price is reasonable. Service is good. Seating area available. There are no toilets available for the customers. Parking you have to be lucky. Other food shop ate nearby as well as a dessert place. Barclays bank is also nearby. Bustops are nearby.
