Very good food and servers, specifically Shan, were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Shan is amazing, sorted out a table for 10 in no time, showed us where the toilets, drinks, sauces are before we needed to ask, and was very friendly. He actually served me in the Canary Wharf nandos and still remembered me!

Very good. The chicken was very tasty, it was just a little spicy even though I ordered it without spicy. The mac and cheese are divine and so is the mash.

Visited at 5:20 pm today on a Sunday. Half of the restaurant was empty. Waited to be seated for half an hour. The female staff at the front refused to service us and rudely replied to keep waiting. Asked her again about being seated after another 10 minutes and she furiously replied we will serve you when we can. I asked why can’t we be seated now when there are so many empty clean tables and she replied you can go somewhere else if you can’t wait. No apologies or politeness in her manner of service. First time faced such horrible customer service from any of the Nandos. 4 delivery drivers were rudely told off upon becoming impatient when they had been waiting outside for 30 minutes and were asked rudely to leave as well.

Worst Nandos ever. Half the restaurant was empty and they made us wait for 30 mins. The sever got angry at us for enquiring why we’re asking them for a seat.

The waiter Mahshood was very rude. The tone of his voice when I asked him a question was distasteful and patronising, he acted as if I was being stupid when he asked if i “couldn’t see” that the booths were full. I’ve never been treated with such dismissal by a waiter before. I decided to order for takeaway instead

It was Mother Day’s 2022. Me, my sisgdt and my mother were on our home since we were returning from Vue Stratford after watching the Dreamworks movie The Bad Guys a movie where five animals led by Mr Wolf as a where they listed as the most wanted criminals. The Villain was a Guinea pig who seemed kind and honourable when he set up the trap of Mr Wolf and his friends to steal a very rare diamond or asteroid Mr Wolf throughout after rescuing a cat from the tree realised he and the others can change to become better people. “Never judge a book by its cover” The experience was unforgettable the food might have spicy, but sometimes trying or doing new things pulling out of your comfort zone

I had an amazing experience on Raman’s server! The service was impeccable, and everything was well-organized and smooth. Good food. I ordered online and went to collect. The wait could be long to collect when busy but that’s ok. The only put off was how reserved they are to give more than two small sauces for a whole chicken order upon collection :/ The other location (spitalsfield ) were more genourous when it came to giving right amount of sauces. Apart from that all okay and enjoyed the food.

Booked well in advance but we didn’t get the seats we wanted as a group. Not enough drinks, not enough desserts. sorry for the cashiers . Managers not helpful at all .

Was a horrendous experience, had to wait for upto 20minutes apart to get my food orders, when they was placed together. Few male staff members gave attitude when dealing with the problems. Absolutely distraught being a regular weekly customer there.

The place closes at 10pm officially and they served our food at 10:45. Poor communication concerning our order.

I went to this starbucks after university for a quick dinner. The food and the service was impeccable although I found the atmosphere to be somewhat lacking as I thought that it smells a bit weird throughout the store. Other than that it was good.

My partner and I love to come to this Nando’s not only out of convenience as it is right by their house but also because of how quick the service is. The food is also always great! Another asset the restaurant has is one of their staff members, Tipu! He was so welcoming from the first time we came to eat and even remembered us on the following visits! His attentiveness to customer satisfaction is great! We’re always hoping our visit to the restaurant falls on his working shift!

We went last night and dined in. The staff were friendly( props to the man who had pony tail hair). The food was perfection but the only problem was that the floor was dirty and there was snot on the sauce.

Lovely Nandos, food comes out well cooked and in a reasonable amount of time. Staff are all friendly and helpful and despite the surrounding area not being so pleasant, the restaurant looked great with a warm atmosphere.

Went to Whitechapel branch for dinner. Food was good. We have to wait for about 15 minutes. Its not that bad. Place was clean.

Staff Hassan was very polite and responded quickly to our requests. It was just so noisy inside.

Visited here Saturday 5th October with friends, busy restaurant and staff doing a great job. Restaurant was very clean and staff were very friendly and attentive. Placed my order online to come to the table. It arrived quickly. The food was ok- not fantastic. Mac and cheese was dull, chicken was crispy and dry- not how it should be. The only thing that was perfect were the peri salted chips, and I need perinaise with those, which you have to pay for (a joke). The food is wayyy to expensive for what you get (a drink is £3.95). Overall, a fine experience, not fantastic.

Food was how I ordered it, the lady with short hair english was lovely had very nice customer service and was very patient while I couldn't decide what I wanted. I haven't been to Nando's first time experience.I give 4 stars to the atmosphere because i didnt dine in, it was super busy. Overall while I was waiting for my food (T1 - 663) at the waiting area i noticed how the staff had very good customer service they were friendly 👌 and straight way helping customers out. I was shocked with this service because normally in London u get rude ppl. Nope 🙅‍♀️ these guys from the chef 👨‍🍳s to the assistants and cashier they work hard and fast and really go the extra mile. I would like to wish 🤞 all of them. The best 👌 and keep up the fast pace service which isn't easy. Godbless all and extra compliments to chef 👩‍🍳 👨‍🍳 who cooked my chicken with love ❤️. X

I’ve been to many Nando’s locations, but unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I’ve had. An employee named Marija was incredibly rude and unprofessional when I asked for some paper for my baby to draw on. Instead of responding politely, she reprimanded me in an uncalled-for manner. When I told her I would speak to the manager about her behavior, she sarcastically responded, “Good luck, because I’m the general manager.” This kind of unprofessional attitude is completely unacceptable. I’ve always loved Nando’s and used to visit at least once a week, but now I’m seriously reconsidering if I’ll return. No one should be treated with such disrespect, and this kind of bullying behavior needs to stop. I can’t help but feel that this treatment was related to the fact that I wear a hijab, which makes it even more disappointing. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their appearance. Gibbin however did exceptional service, thank you.

was closed at 9pm. On many occasions this particular bunch of nandos closes early even though official. losing time.e is 10pm. Yes you might be busy but it means you require better management of your business if this happens regularly.

The food is really delicious, I loved the flavoursome chicken thighs (halal), especially with the rich mac and cheese. Service was good, noting the self-serve ordering option (QR code scan), maybe adding some smiles to waiters' faces will make it more comfortable

The staff were all exceptional went above and beyond to offer great service. Shan, Nazrul and Tipu were of great value and really welcoming and gave outstanding hospitality.

Food was OK, preferred it in canary wharf. I really didn't like being sat in a smelly wooden booth where you can see all the previous people's sauce stains on the rustic wood.. it's a really poor decor choice. It had a slight smell there. The air was stale and stuffy. Then we asked if the ac was on, staff said "OK well go and check" and turned it on. Then we realised the AC duct was above us. We had 2 young kids, 2 & 5 and they were now complaining it's too cold on a hot day. By the time we realised we were under the AC all the other tables were filled. The staff need to have some common sense and not seat families with you kids directly underneath the AC duct

I had visited this place approximately 2 weeks ago where I had ordered a quarter chicken, when it arrived it looked like the top had been sawed off, I asked the manager if this was normal especially due to its small size, I went to order another chicken and got another absurdly small piece of chicken for £5, I asked the manager and she stated that it was normal, I took a picture of my friends to compare and you can see it’s size and I’m still unsure why my chicken was sawed off.

Placed an order online for 25 meals and nothing was missed surprisingly 👏🏼

Great service, food was quick and offered kids colouring pad and crayons when asked. Kids max and cheese was good. Chicken breast in pitta was good. Cloudy lemonade was OK. Soft serve ice cream available in the kids menu too

The supervisor who goes by Jarick is extremely rude and does not know how to talk to customers. He clearly needs to find a new job not in customer service because his service was despicable. Arguing with customers and having no courtesy. Was a regular but I will definitely not be coming here ever again.

Mi plato fue despejado incluso pensando que mi hija todavía estaba comiendo su comida y todavía había comida en el plato de servir, podría haber entendido por qué si estaba ocupado, pero no lo estaba. Mi hija mordió un trozo de pollo y luego lo escupió diciendo que sabía raro. Como tenía prisa le dije que lo dejara y nos fuimos, sé que debería haberlo probado pero no lo hice. Ojalá lo hiciera, ojalá comiera algo más donde como era peor Nando’s he comido. No volveré a esta sucursal de nuevo.

Alright, let me tell you about this Nando's in Whitechapel - it's a total winner! Popped in there the other day and man, did it hit the spot. The chicken? Juicy as hell and that peri-peri sauce is no joke. I went for the medium spice 'cause I'm not trying to breathe fire, you know? The vibe's pretty chill too. It's not fancy or anything, but it's clean and the staff are proper friendly. Plus, it's right in the heart of Whitechapel so it's dead easy to get to. My mate's veggie and even she found something tasty. Those halloumi sticks? Addictive! Best part? Didn't have to sell a kidney to afford it. Proper decent grub that won't leave your wallet crying. If you're in the area and fancy some cheeky Nando's, this spot's got you covered. Just don't blame me when you get hooked on that chicken!

Never disappoints me. Shan was really good in his service, really attentive and really lovely. 24th August 2023 - I went back there again and I must say the service gets better and better! Shan deserves a promotion for being one of the best waiter there and also another guy nazir was excellent at his service. I had to write another review as being pregnant and being really particular with food this nandos did me well! So thank you to staff mentioned and the food is 10/10

Great service at this hidden spot not when we walked the Cambridge Heath Road and couldn’t find anything it was worth stopping by at good ol’trusty Nandos to grab something. First time trying the fully loaded wrap and it was delicious. I usually get the Fino Pitta but decided to try something different and didn’t regret it. Paired it with the Cloudy lemonade and it was great. The toilet facilities are clean but few and the drinks station, right near the door can be easily found as you see it on the way in to getting seated. We enjoyed a nice window/ outdoor view with our dining experience.

The staff are great, the service was very good but the food was a huge disappointment. Wings were burnt and the chicken was so dry. Without the sauces i would have asked for a full refund

Visited this nandos on Thursday night and it was an amazing experience! We were served by two lovely gentlemen- Tipu and Nasir. Both of them were really welcoming and constantly made sure we were okay- definitely made this visit worthwhile!!

Took 15 mins to get told that we could not have a seat cos they had no space. When they had a tonne of seats available. Some lady called Rasa was super rude to us. Attached a photo of how empty it was. They told us they were fully booked. I didn’t know you could book at Nando’s

I'm a regular customer for Nandos and I tried different branches. Unfortunately this one was below standards. I had to wait 25mins for my food but I know Nandos usually get it sooner. The chips were Luke warm, I did address it to one of the staff and he just said "Sorry" rather than replacing them. The hummus seems like smaller than usual portion but in my recent visits that wasn't the case? Sometimes little things can be a big thing for customers. Overall wasn't the worst service but needs a little improvement.

The food here was absolutely amazing! The best chicken I've ever had! We also ordered multiple side dishes and I can honestly say everything we had was absolutely delicious. Not to be dramatic, but even the rainbow salad was great haha! The staff asked multiple times if we had any allergies, we found this very thoughtful and liked the gesture even though we don't have allergies. The sauces were so good, we bought 2 gift packs on our way out. That should say enough. I would highly recommend this place!

Very bad service, told to wait 10 minutes for a table went up to place an order as I have NHS discount but got told to scan QR code and do it myself so we left. There was a reason why I got up to do it in the first place. Appauling service and absolute waste of time!

Many thanks to the boy who greets the guests on hosting area Svyat. Such an amazing nandoca; sociable, friendly, he told our children what they need to eat in order to grow big and healthy, after which our children immediately ate portions of their food. He has an approach to visitors and does everything at the highest level! Our opinion is that this guy should be at the supervisor level. The Nando’s Whitechapel restaurant shows the highest level.
