Food and service a bit disappointed tonight, not kids menu and crayons available.

Went yesterday at evening at Nando’s Mile End fully disappointed their service and food quality too low .

sajida was lovely, very hard worker. customer service was amazing!

Old oil chips. Cold food, leaking delivery.

The manager in the green t shirt male white man is very rude and he scared me again from Mile End Nando’s I would’ve punched on his face but it’s Ramadan

Huge thank you to Syed who was busy handling a busy restaurant last night and was really kind as we waited for a free table. Without asking, he gave us chairs to sit on, provided my friend and others who were waiting with dates to break their fast for Iftar, and was just generally really friendly with a lot of composure despite the constant influx of customers coming in and asking to be seated while the restaurant was full. It was obviously a very stressful time to be working yet Syed did an outstanding job at making us comfortable as we waited, and even began to write a list of phone numbers for others that were waiting so that they could leave and be called when a free table popped up. Syed was super friendly throughout our entire meal including as we left. Huge respect as it helped make our evening a good one :) Food, of course, as delicious as always and arrived swiftly.

Good food. Consistent with Nandos standards. Good service given how busy nandos gets! Atmosphere could be better

I feel the food here was once upon a time quite nice, flavoursome and tasty. My recent experience proved the complete opposite. The chicken lost its moisture and was rather dry. The wings seemed to have shrunken and were not very filling, they certainly were grilled more than preference as it had more grill flavour than hot spice on there. This is a nice branch and most of the time has spaces available without the long waits so will give them another chance and hoping the chicken tastes more soft and like chicken!

Fantastic Service given by Sheikh. Food came on time and was delicious with a nice atmosphere. Will come again!

Didn’t get my post Nando’s meal survey like I usually do but today (like always when he’s there) Sheikh went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service. A smile is brought to my face when I realise he’s working and able to look after our service and have great conversation with.

I requested some colourings from the gentleman but received only the paper as the worker thought I was joking but I indeed was not because I wanted to colour

This is the best Nando's I've been to. I'm a regular here and I'm never disappointed. We were served by Sheikh today and I can honestly say that his service is amazing. He goes above and beyond and treats his customers like they're eating at a fine dining establishment. He needs to be promoted to manager.

Abdullah H cleaned a whole table literally so we could sit in the booth. He served food super quickly and other staff are so friendly and helpful.

One of the staff members was clearly very sick with a cold. Staff should be able/made to take paid leave if they’re unwell. Particularly as this is a food establishment

The quality of rice was a bit low than other Nando’s in the Yorkshire region.

Excellent food, the chicken is nice and charred from the grill and the peri peri sauce is the best of its kind. My only critique is my frustration with payment method. You order online with a QR code and my payment was declined 5+ times. A worker told me this was a rather common error for transaction mistake.

No heating. Freezing in there. Food was good but cooled faster than we could eat it (while wearing our coats).

My first Nando experience ever and the waitress was an absolute darling guiding me through the menu and offering top-notch service. The location looks airy, clean and resembles nothing of a low-cost fast food chain. Highly recommended

Nando's has always been a go-to for me, either at Stratford or Mile End. The staff is super nice, kind and helpful. We tried the VUSA sauce today which was banging!

Danny and another staff member and the team helped me out with my order that hasn't come through for about 10-15mins but was reassured and said we'll get it as soon as possible which he did, the food was great staff members was kind customer service 10* and enjoyed my first time in nandos and got a extra free drink on the house which was the best.

an absolute gem. stumbled upon this place whilst walking around east london and had the absolute best meal of my life. i ordered one of everything, as it all looked so good, and not a single dish disappointed. by the end i was near fit to burst - a bit like that fat man in the meaning life, if you’ll all recall that infamous scene. still, i plowed ahead and ate the whole menu. by the end a crowd had gathered and was chanting my name and throwing money at my feet and women were literally proposing to me. beautiful women too, no uggos. can’t believe more people don’t know about this place - a real hidden gem of mile end. will absolutely be back.

Danny Waiter or manager is very rude taking to much advantage of his position not nice to customers and being very rude to delivery drivers so rude and aggressive

Ordered chicken in pitta with pineapple and there was no damn pineapple in it! They charged for it though. CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE....thieves

Management must address the consistent decline in the quality of the food at this restaurant. The chicken thighs are rubbery and under cooked, not lovely and crunchy like they used to be. The fries are old and soft. I would encourage franchise management to give this store a proper shake up and quality check all of the food produced until things improve.

Why mile end nandos take away service is so poor, always have one or two missing items on delivaroo orders ..im so fed up and frustrated with ther services ..will not try mile end Nandos again ..

I was in the shop and it was packed and crowded and a bad atmosphere as a whole. To add on they FORGOT MY SECOND BUN. I ordered a sunset burger and no chutney and they forgot my bun? How do you forget a bun in a burger? It’s actually disgraceful because now I’m eating patty with a side of bread.

Great staff, we now know the staff well including the manager Arman. Very accommodating and always attentive no matter how busy they are. We have been there many times with lovely experiences and thought it would be sensible to write a good review. Lots of choice that is great. Even better value if you have an NHS email on the app. The chain 1 mile down the road could learn a lot from this branch.

That was the worst Nando's experience ever! Staff had absolutely no attention to the customers! No one was clearing the tables, not packing the food to take away even after requesting. It was an absolute Bazaar environment! Very disappointed! Visited this branch after 4years!

They are closing 20 minutes before closing time, website is saying they close at 22pm and they refused to do take away order from me.

The people here got my order wrong. I asked adesh for hot wings TWICE yet he decided to put plain. The drinks machine isnt workinh as i put down diet coke and recieved carbonated water. Is this a joke??!! Im not coming back id rather go to a diff nandos. Rubbish!

Chicken was dry, and rice was very bland. Food has definitely been better at other branches. Service was very slow, we waited ages for our food. Staff were not attentive at all and were very slow. Ordered halloumi and didn’t receive the chilli jam, asked for it but waitress didn’t come back to give. We waited then eventually went to ask and she said we did not add to order but she could’ve told us earlier instead of us waiting for nothing!

Really enjoyed the food and the waiter named sheikh was really helpful. Even reminded me of a shopping bag I left. Amazing service.

This is the best Nando's branch I've been to. All of my food was cooked to perfection 😄 The sweet potato wedges were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. My chicken was succulent and the macho peas was delicious and flavorful. Everything was piping hot. My Mum appreciated this meal after her fasted, ultrasound appointment. And our server, Abdullah was attentive and polite.

Service 7/10 Cleanliness 6/10 Food 10/10 Ordered butterfly chicken (hot) and salad. A few of the sauce lids came off as my friend poured sauce on his meal. Staff stated they’ve ordered new ones and waiting but no apologies or asked if we’d like replacement chips etc as it was covered in sauce 😅

30min wait I am sorry.. absolutely messy in there, dont get how they can let chavs to eat their kfc inside the restaurant leaving a mess. Questionable why am I supposed to pay for drink if everyone can walk in and use it for free without being told off

Historically, 2 years back I reviewed this place 3* but I just went there on Friday evening and Danny (I think he is the manager) is amazing! Food, time and hospitality was faultless. I went with my brother sister and aunt and they loved it too. If there was ever a degree in customer service written and led by Danny I would sign up within the minute. My chosen Nando's from now on. Good choice of food. We have found really tasty grilled chicken, Salads, Pita with chicken and haloumy. And apart of good food we found really good warm restaurant staff attention and guidance . With our thanks to Danny, who helped us to manage with all of our questions!) Thanks for good mood)

waited 35 mins just for meal to come after asking twice what was happening with our order, was told it was only 15mins since order placed but it hadn't been as they made mistake as didn't count from when starter order was given/prepared then told 5mins 2nd time but waited at least 10 mins. 2 tables came after us and had been served before us. The quality of drinks weren't great very weak. The half chicken didnt have much flavour so had to add sauce to it.

Worst customer service. Rude Behaviour. Bad food quality. Ordered a full family platter. Chicken was too dry and hard. They didnt even care after complaining. Wasted my money and family time here in mile end nandos. Stratford nandos was way better.

Nando's normal food quality, very well put store architecturally, but service was lacking: rushed and generally not very polite.

The food is the usual Nandos chicken and is the same as other branches. The sauce bottles were dirty and one even had the metal nozzle covered in green (metal corrosion it seemed). The store is located at the edges of Mile End park on the A11, very close to Mile End station and bus routes 25, 205, 425, 339, D6, D8, there may be others as it's just off a busy junction too. There is no parking nearby unless in the evening in which case it's very limited in and around local streets

Love the Nandos at Mile End to eat in. Nice staff & so helpful. Deliveroo delivery was ordered at 9pm and will be there around 40mins...Great. Next message to say food delivered, sadly not to me. Still not received my £20 refund. Deliveroo app now taken off.

I just went today 13:50 there to order online , no one talk to me , I was asking a lady but she do like she don’t see me , that’s so unprofessional! No one wants to help ! Ridiculous !

As much as I love Nandos, this is probably the worse branch. Customer service is awful, rude and not helpful. Walked in last weekend with 7 people, restaurant was half empty. They tried to seat us a table of 6 and when I told them we are happy to wait, they said it may take couple of hours for a table. Never heard that from anyone else

Your usual nandos fair. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed my meal.

Horrible management. I was having my food and I had some sauces on table. But because the closing time was near they started to take away the sauces. It was kind of rude like in a way to tell that we will be closing so get out. Also they messed up my order like I specifically told them to not put nuts and they still did. Moreover there was a girl in the kitchen with extremely long hair and she was making her hair as her hair had some knots and I saw that she loosely put the hair on the kitchen floor. This leads to unhygienic cooking place.

Didn't give us our glasses for drinks. Instead, gave small glasses like we were kids, lol

I have been hearing about Nando's for years and years, and finally had the chance to try it and the experience was amazing really enjoyed the food especially the chicken and the Halloumi sticks, a must to go restaurent for sure.

The staff were really accommodating. Food came really quickly. Edward there really made the experience perfect and made us feel comfortable. 10/10 restaurant

I always have a great experience in Nando’s Mile End branch till today 10mins after ordering my food a mouse/rat was spotted running around the reasturant everyone was screaming standing on chairs I felt like I couldn’t finish eating a couple mins later I’m eating my chicken and find a peice of hair inside the chicken I felt physically sick. I’m going to give 4 stars because other then today the staff are all so polite and the food is always great!!

The food , the staff and the atmosphere were fantastic and we all had a wonderful lunch. The food was packed full of flavour and the chicken wings were spicy which was a medium level of spice. Just enough to give it a kick but not over power the food. I would recommend this place.

Not the best Nandos. I ordered take away and realised the meal was missed items once I got home. Very disappointing. It was too late to complain. As a take away you don't always open the box to check if stuff is correct. 😑

Ordered the BBQ chicken burger with chips and 5 wings. Burger bun was hard but the chicken was juicy and tender. Wings were nice. Great environment.

Third order which has arrived with no sauces. The staff won’t tell you that they have no sauces, and if they had I would have bought a bottle. Food arrive not only cold, but the chicken in the pita was undercooked and missing slaw and mayonnaise. The corn on the cob was under cooked and cold, the brussels where hard and lacked their usual flavouring. Will be the last of many orders I have made to this branch. Go for Whitechaple or Stepney branches.
