Our server, Ramen was a legend. So nice and friendly. Must visit!!

5 stars – Great service! I had a great experience at Nando’s thanks to our waiter Ramen. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was spot on from start to finish. Our food came quickly, drinks were topped up without needing to ask, and they checked in just the right amount—without hovering. It really added to the whole vibe of the meal. Would definitely come back again thanks to the great service!

Nando’s food is standard anywhere you go but Natalie’s fantastic service and cheerful attitude is the reason why we will keep coming back to this specific location! Thank you so much Natalie ⭐️

All 3 portions were full of burnt rice in full platter as sides. Very sad instead of enjoying the meal of £35 collection. I don't know why people/staff don't respect customers hard-earned money.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They checked up on us and thanked us for choosing to dine at Nandos. However, the seats we were placed at had not been cleaned, and even when we moved to another table, the table was sticky, and one of the menus was dirty as it was covered in food. We had ordered the sharing platter, but the chicken was a tad too dry. Furthermore, we ordered 2 regular sides of normal chips and peri salted, but only half the peri salted chips were actually covered.

Have been a hundred times here. Food and service is always perfect. Manager is super friendly

I did have a couple of issues with my food but the team showed they really cared and offered a complimentary dessert. Mistakes happen and we all do it but it's how you turn it around for the customer that makes a difference! Thank you to the lovely Nat and the Syed who made my experience better 😃

This was a good experience. Came with some friends but after we had the platter , everyone felt sick and had food poisoning from the chicken

I had a great experience at Nando’s in Mile End. The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly, but what really stood out was the excellent service. Our waiter, Ibz, was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed and checking in with us throughout our meal. His positive attitude and attentiveness made the visit even better. Definitely one of the best Nando’s I’ve been to will be coming back soon!

Customer service poor at face value, online order always forget the sauces and the extras, who wants to eat plain chips and chicken… received food in a ripped bag which meant eating food from the floor. Overall -0 rating for the price u pay!

I rarely post reviews, but wanted to leave one for Ricardo, Danny and the other managers and staff at this branch of Nando's because they recently went above and beyond to make my dad's 70th birthday really special. (Yes, we celebrate all our family birthdays at Nando's!) The team were able to hold the upstairs space for us, put sufficient seating in there for the number of guests, allowed us to decorate the area, and then did an amazing job of getting all the food out. It was a huge and complicated order for 30 people and every single person got the correct thing, with it arriving quickly and still hot (and delicious). The email / phone communication before we came in, and the service whilst we were there, were fantastic. Every member of staff was really kind, attentive, and worked really hard. Dad had an amazing time and we're incredibly grateful. Thank you!

Food is great as usual, service is slower than other nandos...can get busy during peak times...sauces available most times.

The food was cold and looked horrific, one of the staff was a bit rude and the peri peri potato chips was greeny suggesting that it's old Edit - we where forcibly told to change the review the last time we came there, so I will put it even more down, they tried to bribe us with some complaints...

Drinks ain’t fresh! Put ice cream swirl there and the waiter got upset ok what am doing. If it ain’t free what’s that there doing next to the drink and doesn’t show a pay and splay sign! Half a chicken doesn’t even LOOK half a chicken!

Irresponsible delivery service I came for the order I wait 10 minutes outside it's very cold I call him they don't even answer the phone I don't know how long I have to wait it's very irresponsible

I've updated and upgraded my review. We went at a very busy time in the evening. We were seated quickly but there was a slight mix up with our seat and we had to move. It was sorted quickly and the manager gave us free drinks (family of four). The staff are incredibly hard working and helpful. No complaints at all

Best halal nandos in east London tasty chicken

Our experience last night around 9pm was incredibly disappointing. The staff responsible for seating customers was shockingly rude. We politely asked for a sofa table at our regular Nando’s, which we prefer for comfort, but her curt reply was, "more people are coming." On a quiet Thursday night, being denied a table felt completely absurd. Prioritising potential future customers over those already present is unacceptable!!! She then said she would look for a table for us, but when we were finally seated, it was at a cramped table with no privacy. The young, short Asian girl serving us had a negative attitude and ignored our requests. She could have simply explained that the sofa tables were reserved for larger groups. Instead, we later saw two sofa tables—each seating four—allocated to pairs, not groups. Her dismissive behavior ruined our evening, and we were very close to walking out without eating. It felt as though she simply didn’t like us and was being difficult. This is unacceptable! You’ve lost loyal customers. You might need to reconsider training her, she clearly lacks customer service.

Always a nice spot for a Sunday evening substitute family meal by going out. Pricier than your usual East London griller

Great aesthetics and music. Loved the Afro Portuguese music as an Angolan myself. The server was attentive, however originally sat me at a dirty table and the floor was wet but it was great that the manager moved us to another table to resolve the situation and apologised. Food was made within 15 minutes which I think is a decent time, had two portions four chicken thighs one with peri chips and grilled halloumi with mac and cheesse along then the other portion with rainbow slaw and peri chips with the new strawberry + dragon fruit. The food was 10/10, my partner said so also but wasn’t fans of the drink. Cons : - Went to use the toilet and it nearly cut my bum as the toilet seat is broken. Toilet checks hadn’t been done cause there was a lot of toilet paper on the floor.

Great food, chicken and peri peri sauce are always delicious. Bottomless drinks is a fantastic idea, specially in hot days when you need more than just one beverage to refresh. The rice and coleslaw are two brilliant sides to come along the chicken and fries. Close to the tube station and bus stop.

I recently visited this Nando’s and was truly impressed by the customer service of one of the staff members. From the moment I walked in his attentiveness and polite demeanour was evident. When I inquired about an item not on the menu he made every effort to accommodate my needs despite the busy rush. His genuine willingness to help and cheerful attitude truly stood out, and he is a true asset to the team! Big shout out to Sheikh

The best chicken I've had from a Nando's in a long time

Food was great but guy who dealt with us (9 customers so big bill) was rude.

Walked in wasn’t acknowledged by anyone and had to stand near the til for someone to come over and take my order. Wasn’t asked how my meal was while I was eating and still wasn’t acknowledged by anyone throughout my whole visit. Just walked out after finishing my full platter which I had to myself. Thanks for taking payment 🫡🤝👍🏽

Such a shame such a nicely designed restaurant but it was under staffed and food came cold it was sitting out for so long, no forks when we did get forks they were dirty.

Great service by the guys here despite a very hot day with lots of customers (Sunday 2nd June). they cautioned us about the long wait time but it was completely fine and we didn’t wait long for our food. Fino pitta was definitely worth a try with new wild herb marinara. Thanks Mike End nandos team.

came here to grab some lunch during uni. this place is consistently good. meal was 10/10 and so was the service, honourable mention being andrea! she was a star, took care of me and my friends and met all our requests.

visited for lunch the other day. the staff were absolutely fantastic - super friendly and attentive throughout our meal. The place itself was clean and had a great ambiance with its stylish decor. As for the food, it was delicious as always; Nando’s never disappoints! One thing I wish they'd consider is selling their famous Vusa sauce at the restaurant. I find myself asking about it every time I visit, and I know I'm not the only one who'd love to take some home.

Huge thank you to Syed who was busy handling a busy restaurant last night and was really kind as we waited for a free table. Without asking, he gave us chairs to sit on, provided my friend and others who were waiting with dates to break their fast for Iftar, and was just generally really friendly with a lot of composure despite the constant influx of customers coming in and asking to be seated while the restaurant was full. It was obviously a very stressful time to be working yet Syed did an outstanding job at making us comfortable as we waited, and even began to write a list of phone numbers for others that were waiting so that they could leave and be called when a free table popped up. Syed was super friendly throughout our entire meal including as we left. Huge respect as it helped make our evening a good one :) Food, of course, as delicious as always and arrived swiftly.

I feel the food here was once upon a time quite nice, flavoursome and tasty. My recent experience proved the complete opposite. The chicken lost its moisture and was rather dry. The wings seemed to have shrunken and were not very filling, they certainly were grilled more than preference as it had more grill flavour than hot spice on there. This is a nice branch and most of the time has spaces available without the long waits so will give them another chance and hoping the chicken tastes more soft and like chicken!

Didn’t get my post Nando’s meal survey like I usually do but today (like always when he’s there) Sheikh went above and beyond to provide us with the best customer service. A smile is brought to my face when I realise he’s working and able to look after our service and have great conversation with.

I requested some colourings from the gentleman but received only the paper as the worker thought I was joking but I indeed was not because I wanted to colour

This is the best Nando's I've been to. I'm a regular here and I'm never disappointed. We were served by Sheikh today and I can honestly say that his service is amazing. He goes above and beyond and treats his customers like they're eating at a fine dining establishment. He needs to be promoted to manager.
