Amazing food, highly recommend.

Don't expect a shred of service here people. You can stand there at the counter, look them dead in the eye, waiting for even a single sound, and they'll just go back to playing candy crush on their phone. Walked out without even ordering. Not even thais working there so wouldn't expect much from that rabble. Lazy. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

Ordered the chowmein and the spicy noodles with Naga, perfect for those who love spice. Very affordable and good service, would come again

More like Vegetable special could count one one hand how much meat was in there ,curry had no taste and special fry rice bland for £15 .felt had to leave comment to this joke of place , if i can stop one person from been ripped off happyman .also time to delete uber that allows con off restaurants there

I stumbled upon this fast food restaurant in Shoreditch. Clearly, the atmosphere was rather calm, which should have alerted me to the quality of this fast food restaurant. The dishes are tasteless, the vegetables look frozen as do the spring rolls. I didn't enjoy eating here at all. Nevertheless, the staff is really very nice, and the place has potential.

Ordered Friday night delivery, selection of starters and massaman curry. Arrived promptly, tasted delicious! Will definitely be ordering again

Just had a gorgeous takeaway, really well-priced, super tasty vegan Red Curry that had LOADS of vegetables. I’d post a photo but the plate is empty 😅

Order from this place regularly, they do incredible sushi, the best vegan pad Thai I've had and a delicious chocolate cake, their plant-based chicken is so tasty and their tofu is divine. I live in Leytonstone and they tend to deliver to me within 1 and a half hours of placing my order, normally around an hour and 10-15mins, as i live a fair distance away from the restaurant, this is quite impressive. Filling, nutritious, warm, delicious, wide variety of options, all completely vegan. Heartily recommended.

Service is zero. You have to beg for they to say how much time will take? Their faces are not customer service at all. This is the kind of employee that even if food is good the welcoming experience will ruin the experience.

I order my food from Hi Thai on a weekly basis. Food is fresh and tasty, my favourite is the vegan pumpkin katsu curry. The staff is friendly and humble and the prices for the food are reasonable considering the place is in the heart of Shoreditch.

I have ordered multiple times and have visited in person to get a takeaway as well. Prices are fair. Food is good, even though some items are heated in a microwave or defrosted (edamame, chocolate cake...). The guy who served me in person was nice enough. I like the taste of their vegan menu, HOWEVER, am starting to wonder whether there is a possible cross contamination going on? I have had pain in my stomach a few times, especially after eating the pad thai, including this evening, when I have had two visits to the bathroom already, after eating the pad thai earlier today for dinner. Is it possible that the noodles are vegetarian and not vegan - and contain eggs? As I cannot quite understand why on Earth I would have such tummy discomfort so often after eating their food. I do enjoy the taste, even though it does not necessarily taste like authentic Thai, it tastes nice enough and tends to satisfy my cravings! Their vegan chocolate cake is shop bought, but very tasty! I will now stay away for a while, as the stomach discomfort is too big of a price to pay.

Ordered for delivery. Got the jungle curry which had zero flavour and might as well have been hot water. Pad Thai was equally tasteless. Disappointing experience all round!

i only ordered the mango sticky rice and it's the worst i've had in my life! the mango was tinned/canned, there was even syrup remnants soaking into the rice. as for the rice, it didn't taste at all like coconut milk and whatever sauce they put on the top wasn't made with coconut either. nothing was right about it and i'm so disappointed, it definitely didn't get rid of my craving.

ordered on deliveroo, after 10 min they rejected my order and called me saying that i have cancelled my order myself, which i did not! then they said that my food was ready, waiting to be delivered only that i needed to order it again on a different app… scam

So happy I stumbled on this place, tried it once and I've been back quite a few times. They have plenty of vegan options that are so incredibly tasty! My favourites are the salt and pepper tofu, Singapore vermicelli and the pad kee mao. Super tasty dishes!

Ordered on Uber eats and for some reason can’t review on that platform (despite them showing ratings….?!) All I can say is the penang curry tastes nothing like penang. The egg fried rice tasted like uncle bens microwave (uncle bens might even be better) Then there was a aubergine stir fry dish - totally inedible. Not sure how this place calls itself a thai restaurant if I’m honest

Very late, flavourless, bad service. I ordered crispy chicken, dumplings, gravy chips & coke at 7.47pm for 8.33pm delivery, but the food arrived at 10.10pm. I called several times and each time they told me the food was 5 minutes away. I called a third time, they said it was 15 minutes away, when I questioned them on this they said "actually it hasn't been picked up yet" - like why say 15 minutes?! They just lied the whole time. They said they would give me a free food item but they did not. Food arrived cold. The gravy on the chips was hard, chips soggy, dumplings below average, chicken not crispy, very small with zero flavour. They gave me a refund, but the food tasted so bad it wasn't worth it. Similar places in the area that are way better. Update: I haven't received my refund over a week later- they sent "evidence" they did this, but I cannot see it in my bank account. I called on Monday and they were going to call me back on Tuesday but they never did. The guy on the phone is patronising.

You order food, wait for almost 2 hours and it never arrives. This hasn’t happened only once.

Small portions, really stingy with the protein - I paid £10 for a prawn dish with 4 small prawns. Poor quality too, didn’t end up finishing

Took forever, forgot rice, said they'd bring the rice so we waited to eat and they never did, called again said they wouldn't be giving the rice and to bring it up with Uber eats, not gr8 for the price

Great tasting Thai food and super quick delivery within 25 mins of ordering. Neat presentation and our food was warm on delivery. Good veggie strings rolls, good pad thai tofu and chicken, and also the salted calamari bits. I'll be ordering again. Regular price not cheap not expensive but it's correctly priced in my opinion having eaten at many Thai takeaways. High five for Hi Thai.

It's absolutely my favourite local shop, you can get thai, sushi and also Italian proper food. Never been disappointed once!

Friendly service, very tasty food. Good value, around £8 per person for a main, side and drink. I had the vegetable red curry but there was also a vegan option. Will definitely return

Food is great and the staff is super friendly and helpful! Came with my mom, we had the vegetable dumplings, Green Curry and Jungle Curry, everything was super tasty! Watch out with the Jungle Curry because is wild spicy 😂 thankfully the chef made it a little less spicy for me ❤️

Food here is great. Everything has lots of flavour and there are so many great vegan options. We tried the vegan pastas and they were delicious. Ive also tried the spicy stir fry vegan noodles which were great too. Staff are very friendly too and accommodate any requests!

I love this place! And their environment They provide first-rate food, their menu is large, The chief cook in that spot is a real pro, I like a lot trying all their food. The dishes are always fresh and tasty, the service towards the customers is friendly. I go often to this restaurant and I am not even once was disappointed. I recommend it to all my friends. Specially the Pad Thai and their special Chowmein. Highly recommended❤️

Ordered from Hi Thai Vegan at the weekend: Massamam, Penang and Jungle curry, pad thai and starter platter. Everything was delicious.

The service is horrific. The staff are rude. They accept order take the money. Delay giving the order (milkshakes for my little babies) then upon enquiry say they can’t accept the order....doesn’t stop there. When trying to get a refund it’s ridiculously time consuming! Disgraced by the service. Never again. I’d advise whoever is reading this. DONT Order from here!

I see it’s a new place and I hope they work out. The food just now had potential but the order arrived late and the pad Thai was not ideal. The starters were very nice though. I’d give another shot but this first order was so so.
