I have been here many times and loved it , but this time was so disappointed with the customer service. No one came to take our order, kept getting stared at by 2 members of staff, especially the lady. At one point, the Music was deliberately put on full blast to the point we couldn’t hear ourselves speak. Even customers walking in were shocked. If there is cctv the manager can check, it was on the 04/05/2025 evening. As we were leaving a member of staff shouted in Bengali, but we did not turn around. We knew it was aimed at us. I am still shocked at the rudeness and how uncomfortable we was made to feel. This comment is mostly for the manager to be aware of his staff behaviour.

Crepe is my all time favourite dessert....and am very choosy about it but yess I said this crepe was perfect as well as strawberry and Nutella waffle.... everything is perfect and perfect location for dessert..... offcourse staff is very amazing 10/10 to everything

Unfortunately the recent visit was a big disappointment, having travelled a distance to visit. We were seated by our self but then had to wait quite a while to order and then insisted one of the gentleman take our order when he said that the lady will take it. Staff had been standing around talking and ignoring us. Let's start with the;waffle with banana and two types of ice cream. Unfortunately my daughter started to eat it but she mentioned there was a weird taste on of the hazelnut ice cream we now know. When I mentioned this, I said it taste of fairy liquid but my daughter and eaten a significant amount. So was offered some bubble gum ice cream. I thought that the waffle would be okay so I tried the rest and unfortunately an hour had passed and I threw up along with my daughter. The hot chocolate cake was not hot and my wife said it tasted off and now she feels queasy and threw up. Lastly the cough dough was not good either and my sister has thrown up. The only saving grace here was the bubble gum ice cream in the plastic tubs. I'm guessing either there is some hygeine issues with the cleanliness of the cutlery and plates or the food was off. I have left my details on the voicemail.

Went there with my BF and was informed they were doing a 2-for-1 offer on waffles, but my BF didn’t want waffles. The staff were so kind to still offer the 2-for-1 with what he ordered, even though they didn’t have to. The ice cream portions were incredibly generous, most dessert places only give you one scoop, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive two and then with cream. Besides that, the dessert was absolutely delicious, and I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was also lovely, cute, cosy, and I love warm lights. It feels like we've found our new favourite spot to visit. Great desserts, great atmosphere, and excellent customer service. Thank you x

Horrendous portion size of the cookie dough, the brothers should be ashamed of being able to scam customers out of their hard earnt money. Basically, if you’re reading this, please avoid this place at all costs- this place isn’t even one star worthy.

When I finally did reach them, they informed me that this promotion was not theirs and advised me to contact Uber directly. This experience felt misleading, as the promotion in the app did not align with what was actually provided. Such discrepancies can lead to a frustrating experience for customers who trust the accuracy of the app. Because of this, I cannot recommend the Uber app, as clear information and accessible customer support are essential to a positive experience. I hope this feedback can help address and improve the accuracy of promotions and the communication process in the future.

I am a regular customer at Cookies and creams and they do everything nice here especially the milk shake. Today we came in and ordered 1 milk shake, 1 sundaes and 1 biscoff milk cake. My 2 star review is based on the milk cake and nothing else. Firstly, it is very overpriced for a milk cake at £6.95. Secondly, the size of the cake was small and not reasonable and thirdly the taste of the cake was very average. I know what good milk cake is because my wife always makes and I have it in good places. So never order milk cake from cookies and creams if you don't want to waste your money on a very average milk cake at a very high price.

Avoid at all cost, the guy with a pull back picked his nose and picked up some fluff off the floor then continued to touch our food without washing his hands or wear gloves. He then doubled charged me and didn’t return the change! Value has really gone down hill in this place and portions have halved compared to other places like creams (down the road) or all the other local dessert gaffes is much better choice; better priced and modern and much larger portions.

Okay food, Cookie dough was quite a small portion. The churros were good. They had French toast on the menu but didn't have any available. Service needs to improve. They asked us to take a seat but no one came to take our order so we had to go to the till to order. We asked for tap water but they forgot to give it to us.

Not fond of sweet now days and being a family men with young children don’t have option to overlooked when it’s comes to deserts, after wandering around with the kids in Whitechapel then discover the outlets, must say very fine eatery & atmosphere was tremendous, children loved their ice cream with sprinkle on top while me & mrs indulged our self into mouthwatering Ferraro rocher whaffel and many many thanks to Ghalib & the rest of team, will call again some times

Found beard hair in my order and asked for a refund staff refused, they don’t wear any PPE mask gloves or any hair nets there no hygiene the staff in the picture refused my refund and had swore multiple times at me which I have video evidence of Absolutely disgusting customer service would not recommend and needs to be shut down!!!
