Unfortunately the recent visit was a big disappointment, having travelled a distance to visit. We were seated by our self but then had to wait quite a while to order and then insisted one of the gentleman take our order when he said that the lady will take it. Staff had been standing around talking and ignoring us. Let's start with the;waffle with banana and two types of ice cream. Unfortunately my daughter started to eat it but she mentioned there was a weird taste on of the hazelnut ice cream we now know. When I mentioned this, I said it taste of fairy liquid but my daughter and eaten a significant amount. So was offered some bubble gum ice cream. I thought that the waffle would be okay so I tried the rest and unfortunately an hour had passed and I threw up along with my daughter. The hot chocolate cake was not hot and my wife said it tasted off and now she feels queasy and threw up. Lastly the cough dough was not good either and my sister has thrown up. The only saving grace here was the bubble gum ice cream in the plastic tubs. I'm guessing either there is some hygeine issues with the cleanliness of the cutlery and plates or the food was off. I have left my details on the voicemail.

Went there with my BF and was informed they were doing a 2-for-1 offer on waffles, but my BF didn’t want waffles. The staff were so kind to still offer the 2-for-1 with what he ordered, even though they didn’t have to. The ice cream portions were incredibly generous, most dessert places only give you one scoop, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive two and then with cream. Besides that, the dessert was absolutely delicious, and I really enjoyed it. The atmosphere was also lovely, cute, cosy, and I love warm lights. It feels like we've found our new favourite spot to visit. Great desserts, great atmosphere, and excellent customer service. Thank you x

I am a regular customer at Cookies and creams and they do everything nice here especially the milk shake. Today we came in and ordered 1 milk shake, 1 sundaes and 1 biscoff milk cake. My 2 star review is based on the milk cake and nothing else. Firstly, it is very overpriced for a milk cake at £6.95. Secondly, the size of the cake was small and not reasonable and thirdly the taste of the cake was very average. I know what good milk cake is because my wife always makes and I have it in good places. So never order milk cake from cookies and creams if you don't want to waste your money on a very average milk cake at a very high price.

Avoid at all cost, the guy with a pull back picked his nose and picked up some fluff off the floor then continued to touch our food without washing his hands or wear gloves. He then doubled charged me and didn’t return the change! Value has really gone down hill in this place and portions have halved compared to other places like creams (down the road) or all the other local dessert gaffes is much better choice; better priced and modern and much larger portions.

They asked us to take a seat but no one came to take our order so we had to go to the till to order. We asked for tap water but they forgot to give it to us.

Found beard hair in my order and asked for a refund staff refused, they don’t wear any PPE mask gloves or any hair nets there no hygiene the staff in the picture refused my refund and had swore multiple times at me which I have video evidence of Absolutely disgusting customer service would not recommend and needs to be shut down!!! Beware of the blue bubblegum milkshake. It’s good…like really good. Perfect amount of thickness, good quantity and a strong bubblegum flavour. The only reason why I advise you to stay away is due to my experience. Or shall I say…aftermath? During one of my daily toilet expeditions, it was all going well until I looked inside the toilet bowl. To my disbelief, the entire bowl was blue. It was as if I had exerted the entire smurf population. Imagine a red bloody massacre…but blue. I took several toilet trips, which I attribute to the spicy food that was consumed the same day. Each time I visited the white bowl of gloom, I let out more blue minions. Surely Gru must be planning a masterplan to eradicate me? I wonder what my insides are like right now? It’s legit been 3 days, and It’s still blue. Have my intestines turned blue as a result? Am I going to slowly turn blue..you know like that kid from Charlie and the Chocolate factory? The amount of blue pigment in the bubble gum milk shake is astronomical. As I type this, I feel dizzy…I can see my fingertips trnjng blu smeone hlp mi
