I recently ordered a Ferrero and Nutella waffle through the Uber app, which was advertised as including a free chocolate chip cookie dough. I tried reaching out to the restaurant (Cookies and Cream Mile End) to resolve this, but the call quality from their end was poor, making it difficult to communicate with the staff. When I finally did reach them, they informed me that this promotion was not theirs and advised me to contact Uber directly. This experience felt misleading, as the promotion in the app did not align with what was actually provided. Such discrepancies can lead to a frustrating experience for customers who trust the accuracy of the app. Because of this, I cannot recommend the Uber app, as clear information and accessible customer support are essential to a positive experience. I hope this feedback can help address and improve the accuracy of promotions and the communication process in the future.

I am a regular customer at Cookies and creams and they do everything nice here especially the milk shake. Today we came in and ordered 1 milk shake, 1 sundaes and 1 biscoff milk cake. My 2 star review is based on the milk cake and nothing else. Firstly, it is very overpriced for a milk cake at £6.95. Secondly, the size of the cake was small and not reasonable and thirdly the taste of the cake was very average. I know what good milk cake is because my wife always makes and I have it in good places. So never order milk cake from cookies and creams if you don't want to waste your money on a very average milk cake at a very high price.

This is one of my local desert shops not a bad place to go It is very well organized and clean The shop service is also quick the team is very fast and efficient and the menu does have a lot of options only down side sometimes the options on the menu is not available which can be annoying sometimes but overall its not bad.

Selim , Emu and Rahii Jumu and Joinal were very friend and accomdating i had never been to this shop so had asked tor a recommendation on what to get and they had given me banging suggestions in terms of dessert and drinks will be visiting again!!

Avoid at all cost, the guy with a pull back picked his nose and picked up some fluff off the floor then continued to touch our food without washing his hands or wear gloves. He then doubled charged me and didn’t return the change! Value has really gone down hill in this place and portions have halved compared to other places like creams (down the road) or all the other local dessert gaffes is much better choice; better priced and modern and much larger portions.

Good quality was poor. The ice cream was smelly and you could tell it was stored in the fridge for a while. There was one small ferrero on the waffle. The cake tasted weird and not very nice. I won’t be ordering from here again. I would give zero stars.

This is really good. It tastes immaculate so good. I like it so much it has the right amount of everything and it’s so succulent. It is fresh ingredients I can tell by tasting it you should try for your self. It’s fantastic I would recommend getting it %100. For the workers I am RONEQ MIAH :D

Okay food, Cookie dough was quite a small portion. The churros were good. They had French toast on the menu but didn't have any available. Service needs to improve. They asked us to take a seat but no one came to take our order so we had to go to the till to order. We asked for tap water but they forgot to give it to us.

Not fond of sweet now days and being a family men with young children don’t have option to overlooked when it’s comes to deserts, after wandering around with the kids in Whitechapel then discover the outlets, must say very fine eatery & atmosphere was tremendous, children loved their ice cream with sprinkle on top while me & mrs indulged our self into mouthwatering Ferraro rocher whaffel and many many thanks to Ghalib & the rest of team, will call again some times

Found beard hair in my order and asked for a refund staff refused, they don’t wear any PPE mask gloves or any hair nets there no hygiene the staff in the picture refused my refund and had swore multiple times at me which I have video evidence of Absolutely disgusting customer service would not recommend and needs to be shut down!!! Beware of the blue bubblegum milkshake. It’s good…like really good. Perfect amount of thickness, good quantity and a strong bubblegum flavour. The only reason why I advise you to stay away is due to my experience. Or shall I say…aftermath? During one of my daily toilet expeditions, it was all going well until I looked inside the toilet bowl. To my disbelief, the entire bowl was blue. It was as if I had exerted the entire smurf population. Imagine a red bloody massacre…but blue. I took several toilet trips, which I attribute to the spicy food that was consumed the same day. Each time I visited the white bowl of gloom, I let out more blue minions. Surely Gru must be planning a masterplan to eradicate me? I wonder what my insides are like right now? It’s legit been 3 days, and It’s still blue. Have my intestines turned blue as a result? Am I going to slowly turn blue..you know like that kid from Charlie and the Chocolate factory? The service was a little slow in the beginning I got a table and a menu quickly then when I was thinking on going to the till to order a server came and took my order. It was wonderful from there. My dessert came quickly and frankly it was fantastic. I ordered a honey&cinnamon pudding. The sponge pudding was hot and very cinnamony which I loved I couldn’t taste the honey tho. The ice cream was good nothing special but that’s fine. The whipped cream next to it wasn’t handmade sadly which was expected this way but I was still hoping for it. Overall it was lovely. And the price is fair too in my opinion. Second visit today I came with my fiancé everything was exactly as the first time which means the quality is consistent. I chose the same dessert and my bf chose an oreo cake which was delicious too.

Went in, as the kids were hot and wanted some ice cream to cool down. We took a seat and told the gentleman that we were ready to order. He said he was just taking an order and would be back. After 10 minutes he didn't come back, so we just left and went elsewhere. If you are not providing the service, why should I give you my custom. Shameful, Not the kind of service I am used too.

I ordered Nutella waffles yesterday evening’ with strawberries but when I received my order there is no strawberries on my waffles. And I also mentioned to this on the notes for the restaurant. But they ignored the instructions on the notes and then when I called up they were laughing with respect to my order.
