Very good customer service. Really appreciate your service and your food.

I am a regular customer at Cookies and creams and they do everything nice here especially the milk shake. Today we came in and ordered 1 milk shake, 1 sundaes and 1 biscoff milk cake. My 2 star review is based on the milk cake and nothing else. Firstly, it is very overpriced for a milk cake at £6.95. Secondly, the size of the cake was small and not reasonable and thirdly the taste of the cake was very average. I know what good milk cake is because my wife always makes and I have it in good places. So never order milk cake from cookies and creams if you don't want to waste your money on a very average milk cake at a very high price.

This is one of my local desert shops not a bad place to go It is very well organized and clean The shop service is also quick the team is very fast and efficient and the menu does have a lot of options only down side sometimes the options on the menu is not available which can be annoying sometimes but overall its not bad.

Selim , Emu and Rahii Jumu and Joinal were very friend and accomdating i had never been to this shop so had asked tor a recommendation on what to get and they had given me banging suggestions in terms of dessert and drinks will be visiting again!!

Avoid at all cost, the guy with a pull back picked his nose and picked up some fluff off the floor then continued to touch our food without washing his hands or wear gloves. He then doubled charged me and didn’t return the change! Value has really gone down hill in this place and portions have halved compared to other places like creams (down the road) or all the other local dessert gaffes is much better choice; better priced and modern and much larger portions.

Good quality was poor. The ice cream was smelly and you could tell it was stored in the fridge for a while. There was one small ferrero on the waffle. The cake tasted weird and not very nice. I won’t be ordering from here again. I would give zero stars.

This is really good. It tastes immaculate so good. I like it so much it has the right amount of everything and it’s so succulent. It is fresh ingredients I can tell by tasting it you should try for your self. It’s fantastic I would recommend getting it %100. For the workers I am RONEQ MIAH :D

Okay food, Cookie dough was quite a small portion. The churros were good. They had French toast on the menu but didn't have any available. Service needs to improve. They asked us to take a seat but no one came to take our order so we had to go to the till to order. We asked for tap water but they forgot to give it to us.

Order was missing item-don’t understand why as it’s a desert place and only 4 items ordered. Called up the shop was told to ask for refund from just eat but they don’t always refund the money. So not a very happy customer. Not sure I’ll be ordering from there again.

Not fond of sweet now days and being a family men with young children don’t have option to overlooked when it’s comes to deserts, after wandering around with the kids in Whitechapel then discover the outlets, must say very fine eatery & atmosphere was tremendous, children loved their ice cream with sprinkle on top while me & mrs indulged our self into mouthwatering Ferraro rocher whaffel and many many thanks to Ghalib & the rest of team, will call again some times

Found beard hair in my order and asked for a refund staff refused, they don’t wear any PPE mask gloves or any hair nets there no hygiene the staff in the picture refused my refund and had swore multiple times at me which I have video evidence of Absolutely disgusting customer service would not recommend and needs to be shut down!!! The response to this review is dishonest as well and one sided just goes to show how the restaurant is run as they have full knowledge all staff was wrong but had yet decided to side with them and blame the customer I have recorded it from the beginning but the restaurant will tell u otherwise hence why it’s rated below 3.7 stars and that’s why there’s other reviews complaining about the customer service and how they charge extra also maybe the restaurant should learn some manners and hygiene at the same time anyways many thanks for ur dishonest response

Beware of the blue bubblegum milkshake. It’s good…like really good. Perfect amount of thickness, good quantity and a strong bubblegum flavour. The only reason why I advise you to stay away is due to my experience. Or shall I say…aftermath? During one of my daily toilet expeditions, it was all going well until I looked inside the toilet bowl. To my disbelief, the entire bowl was blue. It was as if I had exerted the entire smurf population. Imagine a red bloody massacre…but blue. I took several toilet trips, which I attribute to the spicy food that was consumed the same day. Each time I visited the white bowl of gloom, I let out more blue minions. Surely Gru must be planning a masterplan to eradicate me? I wonder what my insides are like right now? It’s legit been 3 days, and It’s still blue. Have my intestines turned blue as a result? Am I going to slowly turn blue..you know like that kid from Charlie and the Chocolate factory? Made me wait an obscene amount of time to take my order and pay for the bill - would look at us then ignore us. Asian Male in lighter grey shirt was particularly rude in his ignorance.

The service was a little slow in the beginning I got a table and a menu quickly then when I was thinking on going to the till to order a server came and took my order. It was wonderful from there. My dessert came quickly and frankly it was fantastic. I ordered a honey&cinnamon pudding. The sponge pudding was hot and very cinnamony which I loved I couldn’t taste the honey tho. The ice cream was good nothing special but that’s fine. The whipped cream next to it wasn’t handmade sadly which was expected this way but I was still hoping for it. Overall it was lovely. And the price is fair too in my opinion. Second visit today I came with my fiancé everything was exactly as the first time which means the quality is consistent. I chose the same dessert and my bf chose an oreo cake which was delicious too.

Went in, as the kids were hot and wanted some ice cream to cool down. We took a seat and told the gentleman that we were ready to order. He said he was just taking an order and would be back. After 10 minutes he didn't come back, so we just left and went elsewhere. If you are not providing the service, why should I give you my custom. Shameful, Not the kind of service I am used too.

Used to go there quite often when I was living in whitechapel, but also went some times when I was living north of london, felt in love quickly with cookie dough, still miss it loads

I ordered Nutella waffles yesterday evening’ with strawberries but when I received my order there is no strawberries on my waffles. And I also mentioned to this on the notes for the restaurant. But they ignored the instructions on the notes and then when I called up they were laughing with respect to my order.

It’s discuss service. This was my favourite place. But unfortunately today we wait 30 minutes for someone come get our orders. It was not busy like we had been before only our table. 2 times I had been tills ask come get our orders they said we should wait. After 30 minutes 3. times when I go to tills two staff played with phone. When I ask come get our orders they showed me Uber eats orders and we should wait. I wanted speak with manager there’s no manager. I have my business as well the owner should change all staff.

Enjoyed a biscoff milk cake which was good, not silly amounts of sugar and you can taste the original biscoff biscuit flavour used. The cookies & cream sundae was also great, enjoyed the thickness of it.

There’s a lady who made amazing milkshakes but haven’t seen her recently. However the male staff are appalling and the customer service is really bad. They served two customers who had come after we had ordered first and then served us the crumbs of the milkshake which can be found at the bottom of the blender. Worst milkshake ever and worst customer service experience. Uncles, just serve your customers one at a time and treat them equally.
