Very bad service and waste pizza i haven't ever ate or experienced like this .

Rude behaviour to riders and customers.

Here the food is not hygienic at all and also very bad experience from the staff side..

Name is mohmad he is very rude to customer. We ordered in store and we asking for swap to another topping. And he teach policy.

We placed an order for chicken tikka spicy pizza but what we got there is raearly chicken and spice they make with chili flakes also the size of fries box can’t even imagine really very very bad experience

We ordered pizza from this place and were really disappointed. The price was way too high for what we got, and the pizza size was much smaller than expected. Definitely not worth it and totally unacceptable.

I’m honestly shocked at what I received for the price I paid. I ordered large pizza, but when it arrived, it looked more like a personal-sized pizza. Definitely not worth the money—tiny, barely enough for one person, let alone to share. For the price, I expected something filling and decently sized, but this was just ridiculous. I felt completely ripped off. Won’t be ordering again.

I recently ordered from this pizza takeaway, and it was a complete disappointment. When the pizza finally arrived, it was cold and soggy, as if it had been sitting around for ages. The crust was flimsy, and the toppings were sparse and lacked flavor. The cheese wasn’t even melted properly, and the whole thing just tasted bland. On top of all that, I paid £20 each, and they gave us an 8-inch pizza! I tried to contact customer service, but they were unhelpful and didn’t seem to care. Overall, a terrible experience, and I won't be ordering from here again.

1 Star - Absolutely Disgraceful We ordered two pizzas and spent £40 expecting at least a decent meal — what we got instead was beyond disappointing. Each pizza was shockingly small — barely enough to feed one person, let alone two. We were left stunned, hungry, and completely ripped off. For £40, we expected quality, quantity, or at the very least something reasonable. What we received felt more like a joke. It’s genuinely insulting to serve such tiny portions at that price. This isn’t just poor value — it’s daylight robbery. We called the restaurant to address this and were met with zero accountability, no explanation, no apology — just indifference. This experience was an utter letdown. If the management has any sense of pride or professionalism, they need to take a hard look at what they’re offering and how they’re treating paying customers. Based on this experience, we will never order again and will make sure others don’t either.

Too bad service and staff behaviour

This pizza shop staff is very rude. They should monitor the use of their staff.

Food on app didn’t match the collection time. Topping were sparse, food wasn’t warm. Won’t order from again. Avoid.

Staff in the back of Pizza Hut on Cambridge Heath Road are eating food and chewing gum whilst preparing food? What’s that all about?

Terrible service. They got our order wrong when we made it clear to them what we wanted and then had the nerve to gaslight us by saying we were in the wrong and weren't clear.

The app claims the pizza was delivered, but it wasn’t. And you can’t even track it via the app. I ordered it for my elderly mother (I am in hospital, my wife has just given birth). My mother wanted pizza and is really hungry. This is outrageous.

Fantastic halal option to have. Pizzas made fresh and hot to order. Get the £29.99 meal deal - two pizzas, two sides and a drink. Sizzler was fanatsic with cheese bites and I'd recommend the loaded wedges. Staff very friendly and accommodating despite being so busy and overwhelmed with online orders. Will definitely come back. No pork on menu.

**Review:** I recently visited this Pizza Hut , and it was an extremely disappointing experience. First of all, the food was terrible—completely not up to the standard I expected. The pizza was soggy, tasteless, and a total waste of money. I could have gotten better quality at a fraction of the price elsewhere. On top of that, the service was appalling. The person at the counter was incredibly rude, showing no respect or courtesy at all. Their behavior was disgusting and made the whole experience even worse. This is not how customers should be treated. Overall, I will never be returning to this place, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. There are plenty of better options out there. Save your time, money, and patience.

I mistakenly thought that all pizza’s come with a dip, so I only ordered one extra, when it arrived, it only arrived with one and I had 2 large pizza’s. Luckily the AMAZING 5 star service from the staff at Bethnal Green branch, specifically Mohammed, instructed the driver to come back with not only 2 but 4 EXTRA sauces of my choice. Exceptional service from the team at Bethnal Green. I’m heavily pregnant and couldn’t come to collect it so this really warmed my heart and made my meal extremely enjoyable. Big Thank you to Pizza Hut at Bethnal Green.

I ordered eleven pizzas from this particular branch using Deliveroo. Six of these were delivered on time by the first rider. The Pizza Hut manager then kept kept telling every subsequent Deliveroo rider that the remainder of the order had been handed over to a rider when it clearly hadn't been. Deliveroo sent a total of four riders before cancelling the order leaving half of our group without lunch. The Deliveroo riders who called me said that this wasn't the first time this particular branch had done this.

This place is opposite the park so can just collect halal Pizza Hut and enjoy. Staff are very friendly

Cut their menu in half over night replacing all bacon and pepperoni with awful-tasting alternatives in order to crowbar in halal - avoid.

The food arrived cold and there was not even an update for ETA on the app. As soon food was delivered app said still waiting for the driver. Both pizza and potato wage were cold 😔
