Pizza Hut Delivery in Tower Hamlets

This is my 6th time ordering and i would not change to eat anywhere, good quality 👌 and taste

This branch serves halal meat options now, unfortunately the pizza is terrible. Absolutely no flavour and their portion size was wedges is tiny and they were hard.

I always like to order prom here. It’s my go to weekend meal! 😻🙌

Mo and the others were really nice and interactive. The people working here always make good food and if you have the chance to go to the food place they are really welcoming and warm

No missed call says he arrived , resend it but only when I call in and ask . The food is cold , and the ice cream was melted by the time it been delivered .

Fantastic halal option to have. Pizzas made fresh and hot to order. Get the £29.99 meal deal - two pizzas, two sides and a drink. Sizzler was fanatsic with cheese bites and I'd recommend the loaded wedges. Staff very friendly and accommodating despite being so busy and overwhelmed with online orders. Will definitely come back. No pork on menu.

**Review:** I recently visited this Pizza Hut , and it was an extremely disappointing experience. First of all, the food was terrible—completely not up to the standard I expected. The pizza was soggy, tasteless, and a total waste of money. I could have gotten better quality at a fraction of the price elsewhere. On top of that, the service was appalling. The person at the counter was incredibly rude, showing no respect or courtesy at all. Their behavior was disgusting and made the whole experience even worse. This is not how customers should be treated. Overall, I will never be returning to this place, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. There are plenty of better options out there. Save your time, money, and patience.

I mistakenly thought that all pizza’s come with a dip, so I only ordered one extra, when it arrived, it only arrived with one and I had 2 large pizza’s. Luckily the AMAZING 5 star service from the staff at Bethnal Green branch, specifically Mohammed, instructed the driver to come back with not only 2 but 4 EXTRA sauces of my choice. Exceptional service from the team at Bethnal Green. I’m heavily pregnant and couldn’t come to collect it so this really warmed my heart and made my meal extremely enjoyable. Big Thank you to Pizza Hut at Bethnal Green.

I ordered eleven pizzas from this particular branch using Deliveroo. Six of these were delivered on time by the first rider. The Pizza Hut manager then kept kept telling every subsequent Deliveroo rider that the remainder of the order had been handed over to a rider when it clearly hadn't been. Deliveroo sent a total of four riders before cancelling the order leaving half of our group without lunch. The Deliveroo riders who called me said that this wasn't the first time this particular branch had done this.

This place is opposite the park so can just collect halal Pizza Hut and enjoy. Staff are very friendly

They made it halal now which is great tastes really good especially margarita.

Cut their menu in half over night replacing all bacon and pepperoni with awful-tasting alternatives in order to crowbar in halal - avoid.

The food arrived cold and there was not even an update for ETA on the app. As soon food was delivered app said still waiting for the driver. Both pizza and potato wage were cold 😔

I have mentioned this before, and sincerely hope this time that this feedback will be acted upon. The food quality is excellent. However, as before, I had problems with the delivery. I am blind, and find it hard to get to certain places. Unfortunately, the driver's map on this occasion, as on previous ones, was faulty. His information, too, was faulty, as he can enter the Queen Mary University gates and walk up to a residence hall building (which he did not do). On a previous occasion, my Pizza Hut order was delivered half-an-hour late because of the driver's map being messed up, and I had to stand, lost, in an unknown place, in the cold. Pizza Hut is the only restaurant where I have had difficulties like this with my delivery. *Every other* restaurant I have ever ordered from has carried out my delivery smoothly, with the driver arriving at my residence hall main door, and me collecting it from there. If this kind of a mess-up happens again, I will not order from Pizza hut in the future. This cannot be Just Eat's fault, for how can every other restaurant manage?

Visiting friends in Bethnal Green, I popped into Pizza Hut on Cambridge Heath Road. Order was quick, hot and super great service. The pizza was delicious! Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a beyond meat vegetarian pizza. It was initially replaced with a real pepperoni pizza, and then with a Margherita pizza with just sweetcorn and peppers as the topping, which was completely tasteless. It's a shame to leave a bad review, because they used to be good, but we won't be ordering from them again because it seems very likely they will make the same mistake again.

P.Hut owner deliberately misled me into believing I was getting a Mozzarella ( xtra cheese) pepperoni beef Pizza. instead he substituted it with a cheaper version of cheese Emmental cheddar. I've never had a worse pizza in my life.initially observing him carving the slices I noticed the pizza looking very dark with out having a Mozarella cheese glow. I believe he targets certain cultures deliberately.

Worst Pizza Hut in the country!

I absolutely loved the Pizza. It is my absolutely my favourite. However, my experience was slightly spoiled. The reason I rated the restaurant service as "disappointing" is because the driver did not take my accessibility needs as a disabled person into account. He could have easily found my precise location - student accommodation building inside a university campus - but he chose to wait outside. I had to walk a great distance to find him. Drivers from other restaurants have entered my campus and found my building without any difficulty at all, I don't know why this one couldn't. Nobody stopped him (as far as I am aware) entering the campus, as he eventually did, when I had almost got to the entrance after a long time. This isn't the first time I have had difficulty with Pizza Hut drivers. Please do better from next time.

I have been to multiple pizza hut places but I have to say this one in Bethnal green is by far the best I have been to.

Order came 30 minutes late, pizza box looked concerningly dented and pizza was cold. Disappointed since I usually order here.

We recently placed a large order (20+ pizzas) for a work event and the staff were extremely accommodating and efficient. They kept us updated throughout and delivered the food promptly and with a smile! We will definitely be ordering again.

The worst customer service I received in my life!! Last night I ordered cookie dough and ice cream and drinks and only received cookie dough. I only live 2 min away so I thought I’d call up and get them to rectify the issue. I wasn’t upset at this point as mistakes can happen. When I called, the man who answered the phone had such a disgusting tone with me from the beginning, he put me on hold for a long while straight away and when he finally came back and I told him what had happen he spoke in such a disgusting manner to me and he hung up the phone like I had done something bad! I simply told him my issue and wanted to know the best way to fix it. I called back again because I really wanted this man’s man so I am complain he kept refusing ad hanging up and declining and putting it on hold. He finally said his name is yaqoub but I think he was lying. Me and my family are regular customers but from now onwards I will never ever order from them again. I don’t want to ever get spoke to like that again. His tone with me was so horrible he completely ruined my weekend. He has no respect for women and looking at these reviews, no one for that matter. Being nice doesn’t cost you anything. Food could be rubbish but service is everything. Please re-think your staffing!

Waited for 1 hour 20min for a cookie dough but no sign. When called they said they cannot cancel the order and we need to take it regardless. You go online to cancel and that advices you to call the restaurant. Where do you go? Absolute shambles poor service and poor customer experience.. never again

Pizza is ok but customer service is going down day by day

If I could give this a 0 star I would. I ordered today at 19:30pm it’s currently 21:28pm and I only just got a notification that my order has been cancelled. When I tried to call the declined my call. If they didn’t decline they put me on hold. When I got a notification from the app saying a driver was on its way 5 minutes later it would say “ your order has been delayed”. But it would say after it’s being prepared. The communication was extremely poor and they were extremely rude because they just hanged up, declined and put me on hold. If you want to have a nice meal don’t order from her your better off with domino’s.

Had a delivery this evening by a lovely young man named 'marley' I believe, what a lovely young man. Very pleasant and patient. Delivery was fast and brilliant from store. Definitely recommend

We had a pizza collection on 23rd of February at Cambridge heath road branch and the person who had served us been very rude. We were about to pay the prices of two garlic sauces but other colleague didn't take the money, the rude person came out and asking for money i.e only a pound whether we spent 25 pounds over there. We've decided not to be there again.

We use this pizza hut weekly and have never experienced anything but brilliant service and food. The guys here are friendly, professional and welcoming. The food always arrives at record speed. I would not order pizza from anwhere else! As always huge thank you guys 🙂🍕👍

Excellent service and pizzas. They were asked if they could help out the staff at their local hospital as they are really struggling. The manager, Yacob and his team, went above and beyond at short notice to cook 80 large pizzas for the NHS. This was extremely well received and appreciated by nurses.
