Dead. Fried chicken shop standard grilled chicken. The noodle dish was just greasy and bland. The steak chips and stir fried veg on the side for grilled chicken was good. Bbq sauce tasted like that cheap tangy sauce you get from lidl. Tables are sticky which was put off. There table sauces are decent.

Really delicious food, I don’t know what they put in their sauce but it was really good. Highly reccomend checking it out if you’re in the neighborhood. They also had good prices

Their sauce makes everything taste better than they are and they aren't bad. I recommend them for a quick bite.

An asian fusion which provides halal food and beverages.It is a place where you can appease your hunger with plenty of delicious dishes such as wings and chips,Noddles,Fried Rice,Flame-grilled burgers,Oreintal Starters on top of that various types of soup.I am too much fond of this Wok and Grill due to its savoury taste and appealing food texture.Whenever I get my spare time I visit there to placate my thirsty and hungry soul with its palatable super dishes.I strongly recommend this restaurant because their food variation and chefs are authentic in regards of cooking and all cuisines. Hope to see you there guys for checking their yummy cuisines and drinks to find a better taste of food which will never be forgotten.I'm reviewing them 10/10 from my part. I was at the work and grill today I started ordering food for my 14yr old son who has egg and fish allergy, and told them about his allergy and asked if they can serve him chick strip and chips, and grill chops. They staff at the front clearly said thay cannot cater for him due frying everything in same oil. I am very disappointed with the service they provided toady... Shock that they don't follow the allergy process for customers. No wonder they are out of business..

Its alright. Near queen mary. Halal. Quite spicy. For £8.49 a rice box is good enough these days. The rice is dry just like how I eat fried rice. Like the street vendors fried rice guy in my hometown :)

The food was good. Really enjoyed it. But the service were really terrible. The staff were like they don't want to work. We ordered a side but somehow he forgot while taking order. After asking for that he started to argue that we didn’t ordered. Never going to dine in again.

My husband loves this place. He just can't comprehend why the drinks are so expensive. A can costs more than £2. Workers are pushy in selling their drinks. However, my husband always asks for tap water, of which every restaurant has to provide for free.

I was initially disappointed that Nando’s was full and went a couple doors down to here instead. Verily this was a blessing for by Allah the grill peri peri chicken here was superior to Nando’s. They also have their own delicious bottled sauces. I would be interested in purchasing some if they were for sale. The pad Thai was also very good. I asked them to turn the AC on and they happily obliged. It appears to be a criminally underrated joint. There is no reason to queue up for Nando’s nextdoor when this is waiting for your patronage.

Been coming here for over 5 years solo and with friends. Have spent a small fortune over the years eating here as its got the best wings I've had (personal preference). Their sauces (miss medium hot) are a lot more flavourful than nandos. Overall its my go to place in London.

Very good food, an nice alternative to Nando’s next door (they even offer chicken with 2 sides for the same price as said chain restaurant). Grilled chicken was cooked well, as were the lamb chops. Malaysian fried rice with beef was also good. Service was excellent, would recommend as a solid local restaurant.

Long story short ordered prawn fried rice take away was charged for prawns Went home to my disappointment it was chicken fried chicken. Went a few days later sat down to eat in. So I ordered prawn fried rice and told the person at the till he gave me chicken last time and to discount the fried prawn rice cos I was charged 2 pounds extra. The guy at the till spent 10 mins arguing with me telling me how it was my fault they got the order wrong. Lost my appetite forced him to pay up the difference £2 and walked out. Joke of a restaurant no customer service skills whatsoever. This was written by some one with 10+ years of management experience. I predict this business will be dust in 1 or 2 years time. Reason being poor customer service and complaint handling procedures.

They have charged me extra, I went yesterday and ordered 3 burgers and chips costing £5.95 each, I checked the receipt the day after due to me being in a hurry and noticed they’ve charged practically doubled the price which is not alright, they are a really dodgy establishment

Has to be one of the worst value meals I have ever ordered. If they can't get a skewer of satay chicken right, they need to close shop. A complete waste of nearly 95 Pounds on a TakeAway delivery. Main Courses were marginally more edible than the starters, but just as bad. My feeling is a bunch of Bangladeshi chefs are trying to dish out Chinese Food and thats where the problem lies.

We were craving for some noodles so chose to go there as it was my local. The food was awful!!!! Our noodles along with a stir fry was drenched in oil. It was sickly and was litrellally dripping in it. Chicken strips were also the same. So much batter that it was falling off. Chicken fillet burger was nice. Staff were apologetic and rounded our bill to £50 instead of £54. Food was overpriced. All was blamed on the new chef. This didn't make a difference to us as it ruined our experience. Certainly will not be going back!!!

Decided to try this out as it’s just opened up new. The place looks really nicely decorated and clean. Was very busy when I went in and unfortunately waited 25 minutes just for some bbq chicken wings and noodles. However, the staff were really friendly. I only had the chicken wings and the noodles, my sister ate. The wings were really nice, crispy and well seasoned. Will definitely come back and try something else off the menu.

I tried their feast for 2 where you get grill chicken, chowmein and starter. Their food was amazing and very tasty. I want go there again and again.

Seen the mixed reviews here. Maybe we got lucky. Ordered black bean curry with noodles and prawn and it was delicious. Mum ordered Malaysian fried rice with beef and she was also very happy. I thought the prices were fair and the staff were also good. Only downside was the wait time. Otherwise a solid experience eating in.

Food was pretty poor and did not enjoy the noodle dishes but grilled chicken was nice. Unfortunately most of the food was left over and could not finish. Friendly service. Quite expensive for what it is. Maybe we went on bad day but personally wouldn’t recommend.

Their ‘House Special’ Stir Fry. Is the best, their sauces are mouthwatering.

They have changed their menu and recipe. Thai stir fry was decent before, used to order here and there. Now it’s changed to a rubbish curry style noodle dish I could’ve made at home. What a waste of £10. I asked for it extra saucy and it was the most dry noodles I have had so far. Will not be ordering again.

I was recently on a trip to London. Originally I had plans to eat next door at the Korean BBQ but unfortunately it was closed. I decided to give Wok & Grill a go and was not disappointed. Everything was clean and professional inside and the staff were polite and attentive. The food was great with grilled chicken wings that could easily rival Nandos in terms of flavour. I ordered the Chinese stir fry with noodles chicken and prawns whilst my brothers ordered the beef Pad Thai and the chinese black bean sauce stir fry with rice. They catered towards the amount of heat we'd like and we all went for Hot. The spice and flavours did not disappoint. The portion sizes were amazing especially for the price. We decided to get a take away for our mum who we knew would definitely enjoy this and she did. I would definitely come here again or order online if I was living in London!

Amazing, fantastic experience on Tuesday! After an intense study session in the Library, me and my mate were after some high quality, filling food! And this was just the place! I promised the owner a 5 star review as they thoroughly deserve it! The customer service was brilliant and he was very friendly and helpful. He loved having a chat and gave us excellent recommendations on what to order. Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Fish but after how delicious the Crab Claws were I'm hooked up! They were very creamy, crispy and delicious! I will definitely be returning for that again! I definitely recommend that you also try these for starters as they were impressive. For my Main Course, I had Potato Wedges and 1/2 Grilled Chicken. I was impressed with the portion size as the portions are huge! The starters look like a main course honestly! Well worth my money! The grilled chicken tasted smoky and was cooked throughout. It was very delicious and flavoursome! It was very filling to! I understand it is hard for Wok & Grill to compete with Nandos but after eating here I'm definitely gonna return here more often than Nandos! Wok and Gtkll is delicious and well worth your money. There is a great variety on the menu with a range of Burgers and Noodle dishes hence there is everything to suit everyone's taste. There are various dessert options such as Milkshakes too. I will definitely be returning here with my Family or if I want to treat myself for Lunch. I certainly recommend that you eat here as well you will not regret it and you will not be disappointed! No negatives at all!

Wok and Grill is one of the most underrated restaurant in East London, the food is delicious and the pricing is decent, way better than Nando's next to it, customer service on point no complaints. Would recommend 100%

Giving this review with disappointment and anger😟😟 .I don't like to put bad review for anyone bussniess but sometime I think it's good to tell people honest opinions .I went today this place from Kent for something different with my boys Nathing like Chinese food .All tandoori cook .I felt like eating Bangladeshi chicken tikka and veg curry on top noodles😂😂Crispy chicken strip was very oily and not even crispy. Over price drink and food. Service was good the person served the food he is friendly. Not going there again weast of our journey and money😣😣😣

I had a beef burger for only £1.99 recently from here. It was really very tasty and very low in price. Quite impressive.

Don’t bother rude service, went there in the late in the afternoon and the guy takes the lunch menu off my hands and hand me the more expensive menu for the same food.

I came into this place not knowing what to expect and I left feeling hugely impressed. First of all their staff were really welcoming and accommodating, we were being one of those fussy customers asking for a lot of changes to the food! Luckily the waiter was more then helpful and did everything we requested. For starters we had the sesame prawn toast and king prawn butterfly, as always I am honest, the king prawn butterfly is not the best and I personally would not recommend it, the sesame toast however was amazing! For mains we had Malaysian rice with chicken and Chinese style black bean sauce. Both were amazing choices full of flavour and done exactly how we like it! I would strongly recommend people to check this place out! I will certainly be coming here again!

Went to try this place as craved noodles. Ordered Malaysian noodles with king prawns. It was great! Soo much flavour,tasted authentic and lots and lots of prawns. I really enjoyed it and will always return for my noodle fix.

Excellent customer service and very nice food. We always have the Malaysian chicken its really tasty and fresh 😋 it can be very spicy though so make sure to tell the staff if you don't want the food too hot.

I order Flame 100% beef burger, Spicy wedges, Barbican strawberry. During the eat out to help out and I found the food to be stuffing. It filled me up the spicy wedges were really nice but the beef it self from the burger felt like a bit like a overpuffed sponge with oil if only their was a bit more seasoning inside I was hungry so it was bareable. I would give the wedges a 10 just the beef burger a 6/10. Customer service was one of the other reason why I am giving it a high rating overall so its a 4/5 altogether.

Me and hubby went during the last day of eat out help out scheme The wait wasn’t so long and the service was reasonably quick. I got King prawn Thai fried rice and it Was absolutely bland. The most tasteless rice I’ve ever tasted. No flavour whatsoever let alone any Thai hint Was really disappointed. The king prawn was tasteless not any flavour to them. The portion was small but I didn’t care as I left half of it on the plate! Hubby bought the oyster sauce fried noodles which was average. The starters we got butterfly king prawn was small. The crab claws was nice Chicken satay was over cooked and dry All in all not good and I’m glad I didn’t pay full price of nearly £40 for all that! Won’t be going back at all.

I called at least 15 times to book a table but there was no answer. Luckily they did have tables available when we got there. Then I ordered a thai stir fry and I specifically said no prawns as I'm allergic to prawns . They presented a dish with chicken , beef and prawns! Because it had sauce all over, I couldn't tell it was prawns and put one in my mouth! When I informed the waiter, he was apologetic but the excuse was, since I said no to prawns they assumed I wanted KING prawns ??? Owner did come and apologise which was nice but a discounted bill would've been better.

Went here with a friend this week since it was part of the eat out to help out scheme thanks to COVID. It was quite busy as well so we could tell it was a popular restaurant in the area. The food was great and so was the service. We both ordered the spring rolls, Chinese style black bean sauce noodles with beef and Malaysian noodles. My friend said that her Malaysian noodles were extremely spicy so I tried it and she was right. I would only recommend getting this if you’re bengali or someone who knows how to handle extreme spice. My noodle dish had a lot of beef so I was happy. They give you a range of sauces and it’s not just the standard mayo, mustard and ketchup type of place. I just wish I took a picture of the food beforehand so I could add it to the reviews. I’ve heard good reviews about their Pad Thai so I want to get that the next time I visit. Plus they even let us charge our phones!

After a morning of authentic Bangladeshi grocery shopping with family, we decided to go and grab a bite to eat. Initially, we had our mind set to dine in Nando’s but unfortunately they were only offering Take Out service. This led us to walk on and we came across the local restaurant “Wok & Grill”. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The menu offers a variety of food to meet everyone’s tastes and palettes. As we have never eaten in Wok & Grill before, my family and I stuck to the easy option of ordering the Beef burger meal. Although the pan Asian dishes looked appetising, we were sceptical as to how good it would be considering it was not an authentic East Asian restaurant. But our burgers were superb. They were fresh, juicy and full of flavour. The portions were fantastic too. I ended up only paying £3.99 for my entire meal as the restaurant signed up to the governments “Eat out to Help out” scheme. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and we would definitely go back. Overall a pleasant experience.

I visited this restaurant because it was HMC certified and it was nearby and sounded like fun. But I found the prices to be too high and when I was asked if I wanted spicy noodles I said yes but it was so spicy with green chillies and some of the sauces were very chilli too that my nose started running along with other customers too so I would recommend not going for the spicy option at all. I didn't like the noodles much in terms of taste (I ordered the chicken option). Having been to Oodles Chinese in Walthamstow, I had to compare.
