Service was okay and the shop looked nice and clean but when it came to food,absolutely astonishing how you can mess up cooking fried chicken.The chips was perfect,perfectly salted and then came the chicken the chicken was pink and the veins were bright red absolutely disgusting.

He got the kebab out of a bucket from under the counter I’ve been on the toilet with food poisoning since do not eat here

Food was soo bad. Chicken burgers dry. Chicken thigh dry. Threw it all in bin. Suppose to be under new management. Waste of chickens life close down ur shop or fix ur food.

Quality is not the best and uncle in the shop always seem to have an attitude, no customer service it seems like ? And usually its not clean!

Was popping to local garage so tot I’d give a try. Shop doesn’t look all that from the outside but have to say was Suprised. Doner could have been spicier (did ask for hot). Would defo come back

Pizza was damaged and disgusting...child vomited straight away ingredients were old, box smelt like old oil and vommitty smell..put us all off the rest of the food!!! Called to tell them very unhelpful didn't do anything! had to throw all the food away! So disappointed should've never ordered the disgusting pizza! Won't be ordering from here anymore..oh by the way water pounder also had a bone in it just kept getting worse.

Pizza was ok. Chicken and wings awful. Old and not sure what the batter was made of as it smelled strange. Wont be ordering again.

On my last visit I asked owner for sauce as there was a very minimal selection on the till and he replied with “this is my private sauce” not entirely sure what that means. This to say a bad customer experience.

The food is cheap and the quality is ok for me, the wings are not too salty. The man is friendly although his English is not very good. I came here only twice but he still remember what I want, I'm really appreciate it. Definitely comeback again.

Good food and good prices! Undiscovered gem. Naga Wings deal, cheap with great taste! All meals reasonably priced. I order and collect, as i spoke to the owner they find it difficult to find drivers, hence limiting themselves from justeat. They are on deliveroo/ ubereats (I believe from the owner)

Ordered whole grill chicken. Food was awful, chicken on this occasion seemed old and tough. Called the shop to complain but they didn’t seem to concerned. Had to throw away the food, waste of money. Very upset and disappointed.

Not happy today all chicken was old and rock hard but most of all the whole food was cold

The burgers were as usual, the kebab was very tough and very little salad and the chix wings were covered in an uncooked Naga paste which was inedible. Very disappointed from a place we have visited for the last 5 years

To be honest I haven’t had food so bad for a long time, the pizza was undercooked, the chips was cold, half chicken grill was dry like it’s been warmed up in the microwave and it had no flavour it was just spicy couldn’t even eat any of the food. The only nice thing was the salad it was very fresh.

First time ordering from here! Spot on food! Ordered some naga wings! Packs a nice kick! Also Mrs got some hot wings some chicken pieces on point nice and juicy as it should be! Will order again! Also the young lad who dropped of the order very polite and friendly!

Esta es la mejor tienda de comida rápida, tenía un kabab realmente bueno y caliente como a mí me gusta. El personal fue muy servicial y la comida estaba realmente enojada. muy cerca de Chick King pero estos chicos hacen pizza y kebabs. La comida es buena y tienen asientos si prefieres comer en ella. Es bueno para un bocado rápido o si buscas algo para llevar.

the food was too spicy to consume. we can handle our spice (usually), but despite writing ‘mild spice on donner kebabs’, it deffo was not at all mild. we know chillgrill overdo it with chilli in kebabs, hence writing ‘mild spice’. it was just a ridiculous amount of chilli poured onto the kebabs, especially when we ordered 7 donner meals, 3 of which were MEANT for children. nobody ate the food, instead we threw exactly 5 and a half boxes away and ‘washed’ down the other 1 and a half with milk. legit. so bad, dont leave a box for notes and messages, if you wont listen to them.

I placed my order 8.10 for 9.00. The order was accepted. I called at 9.05 asking about where the order was, I was told they're running a bit late and it would be with us in 10-15 minutes. I called again at 9.20 and was told that the food would be with us in 20 minutes. No apology, only told that they're running late. I asked them why they accepted my order and didn't let me know why they were running late but wasn't given a proper answer. I called at 9.25 and said if the order hadn't left with the driver, to cancel the order. I was told "ok. Cancelled" again no apology. Would not recommended. Awful service. No manners.

They delivered in 1 hour 20 minutes instead of 45 minutes

I had to call the shop to find out about my order as it wasn't delivered on the estimated time. Order came 50 minutes late. Food was nasty, never order again

Fantastic restaurant, always order from here, delivery guy is always friendly. The food is always on point. Kebabs taste grate and the hot wings are just as good. Brilliant value for money and its nice that they take notice of the notes section which some restaurants dont. Only down side is i would like to see more options for drinks rather than jus coke, diet coke and water. Adding a few other options like Dr pepper, Ribena, fanta ect.

Delivered wrong food to what I ordered and turned up 30 minutes later than what was said, called back to tell them and they said they would re deliver which took another hour and half and when the food got to us it was freezing. Definitely will not be ordering from here again.

Don't usually write a review but superb quality quarter pounder and chicken shish. Will definitely look no further !
