No volvería. Malgasto de dinero. Además, te piden que uses el código QR en la mesa para autopagar - ¡te cobran por hacer esto!

We arrived 10 minutes early but had to wait 25 minutes for our table. We were asked to leave our table when halfway through food (so we were unable to order more). We sat at our table for 1.5 hours, which would have been fine if service had been faster. We moved to a seat outside but, within 20 minutes were asked to leave these seats too.

Wasn’t expecting much as we were on a tight schedule and just needed to find something decent in between Tate visit and train home. When I saw the price of the specials board we nearly left, thankfully the normal menu was a bit kinder, so gave it a go. Really glad that we did, some really nice wines by the glass (With some good commentary and biog of the wines), very good steak tartare, which would’ve been very good on its own, but came on a bed of dauphinoise potato (or similar kind of thing anyway) and Parmesan grated on top. For a starter, the steak tartar and anchovies were pretty substantial and I was wondering if we had ordered too much with the pasta and Main to come. (anchovies were terrific, and the bread they came with was good with about half a pack of really lovely butter.) rigatoni with oxtail ragu Next, very good, Glass of house Merlot, made me want to be in the mountains. Then we had home-made meatloaf with house salad. The meatloaf was probably under selling itself with that name, (I am sure there must be a more fancy Italian name for it?) it was first class. Tiramisu was (by this time) unsurprisingly good. Okay, the bill was a bit heavy, and we hadn’t intended to spend or eat quite this much, however in this postcode you could probably spend the same or more and have nowhere near as good a meal. (Based on what we ate, I would probably imagine a starter and glass of wine would be just right for a weekday lunch?) very glad we came here, very pleasantly surprised overall. (The owner chucked in a couple of amaretti at the end, too, nice touch 🥳)
